Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

The experiments begin at Lebak Sari village of Sukaluyu the East Telukjambe sub-districts of Karawang districts from March 2021 until April 2021. The research method that used in this experiments was the experimental method using singular factor Randomized Block Design (RBD). The factor that would be tested was rice rice cleanse water. The design to be done was 7 level treatments that repeated 4 times. The concentration treatment that done in this experiments were A (0% Rice Cleanse Water Concentration), B (20% Rice Cleanse Water Concentration), C (40% Rice Cleanse water Concentration), D (60% Rice Cleanse Water Concentration), E (80% Rice Cleanse Water Concentration), F (100% Rice Cleanse Water Concentration), G (4 gram NPK Fertilizer as a Comparison). Overall, concentration giving of rice cleanse fermentation water into caisim crop (Brassica juncea L.) not yet could gave better significant growth doesn’t really reach maximum for the caisim was because the contents of nutrition that inside of the rice cleanse fermentation water was classified as low. Abstract

The background of this research is the low realization of the absorption of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) in Langir Village, and accompanied by the instability of the percentage of absorption of the Village Budget (APBDes) from Fiscal Year 2015 to 2019. This study aims to analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Community Development and Empowerment for the 2015 – 2019 fiscal year in Langir Village, Kangae District, Sikka Regency. The analytical tool used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, namely analyzing target data, expenditure realization and income by using the ratio of effectiveness and efficiency. While the data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the average value of the effectiveness of the management of the 2015 - 2019 Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Langir Village, Kangae District, Sikka Regency is 85%, with the category of Quite Effective. Meanwhile, the average efficiency level is 40% in the Very Efficient category.

Abstract

The research aimed was to determine a combination of rice washing water as well as the type of planting media of red spinach (Amaranthus tricolor) using the Floating Raft method, in order to increase the yield of red spinach plants. The research was conducted in a screen house in Kepuh Al-Jariah Village, Karangpawitan District, Regency Karawang, West Java Province, from August to September 2020. The method used was an experimental method with used Randomized Block Design (RDB) single factor, consisting of 10 treatments and 3 replications, andyielding 30 experimental units. The treatments were: A (AB mix and Rockwool); B (AB mix and Cocopeat); C (25% Rice washing water + Rockwool); D (50% Rice washing water + Rockwool); E (75% Rice washing water + Rockwool); F (100% Rice washing water + Rockwool); G (25% rice washing water + Cocopeat); H (50% Rice washing water + Cocopeat); I (75% Rice washing water + Cocopeat); J (100% Rice washing water + Cocopeat).

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the role of the principal on teacher performance in improving the quality of education at SDK Ona Nangahure. The research used was descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of the data used in this study, namely research using source triangulation. Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques start from the data collection stage, the reduction stage, data display, and verification/conclusion. The results showed that the role of the Principal of SDK Ona Nangahure on teacher performance was that the principal always controlled each teacher during the learning process so as to produce quality education. Obstacles faced by principals in improving teacher performance at the Ona Nangahure SDK are the lack of teacher discipline in entering school and teacher delays in submitting learning tools. Efforts made by the principal in improving teacher performance at the Ona Nanaghure SDK are always, providing motivation and encouragement to subordinates so that they work well, based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the principal's role on teacher performance in improving the quality of education at the Ona Nangahure SDK is that the principal the school always controls the teacher in the learning process

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the numbered head together (NHT) model on critical thinking skills and cognitive learning outcomes. This research is action research conducted in the classroom, or classroom action research (Classroom Action Research). Classroom action research is research conducted by teachers in the classroom by (1) planning, (2) implementing (3) observing and (4) reflecting on collaborative and participatory actions with the aim of improving their performance as teachers, so that student learning outcomes can increase. Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of brand image on the decision to choose a campus by taking the perception of quality as an intervening variable. This research was conducted. Abstract

Verticulture is a method of farming both indoors and outdoors that utilizes limited land. One of the plants that can be cultivated with a verticulture system is red spinach. Red spinach is an annual plant, usually grows in tropical areas and is an important vegetable crop for people in lowlands. This research was conducted in March - April 2021. This study used a non-factorial randomized block design consisting of 7 treatments and 4 replications : A­­0- kontrol (0 ml/l), A0+ kontrol (POC NASA 6 ml/l), A1 (100 ml/l), A2 (200 ml/l), A3 (300 ml/l), A4 (400 ml/l), dan A5 500 (500 ml/l). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fermentation of old coconut water on the growth and yield of red spinach and to find out at what concentration the fermentation of old coconut water gave the best results for red spinach with a verticulture system. The results showed that the plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight and dry weight obtained the highest average value in the A0-control treatment (0 ml/l), while the lowest value was obtained in the A5 treatment (500 ml/l). The fermentation concentration of old coconut water had no significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight and dry weight of red spinach plants.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student perceptions of democracy in the city of Maumere. The research method used in this study is qualitative in the form of case study research through data collection techniques, participant observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The findings of this study are: First, the implementation of democracy in various aspects of the Maumere community, namely the implementation of civil liberty rules, the implementation of political rights for every community and the development of democratic institutions (institutional democracy) in government and society. civil. Second The condition of civil society freedom in Maumere can be seen from the relatively high level of freedom of association and assembly of civil society organizations, civil society organizations that appear in every social structure of society. The three factors that influence democracy in Maumere consist of: community welfare factors, social and political factors, civic culture and historical roots.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the implementation of the policy on structuring and relocating PNS teachers in the education office of North Halmahera Regency, (2) to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors, and (3) to describe the efforts of the education office of North Halmahera Regency in overcoming the obstacles that arise in implementation of the policy of structuring and transferring civil servants at the elementary and junior high school levels. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects in this study included the head of the education office of North Halmahera Regency, the head of the education planning section, and the head of the elementary and junior high school with the object of implementing the policy of structuring and transferring civil servants at the elementary and junior high school levels at the education office of North Halmahera Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model, namely the stages of data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The triangulation used is source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the PNS teacher structuring and mutation policy includes three stages, namely organization, interpretation, and application. The organizing stage is in the form of a special team from the education office in charge of analyzing the data on teacher needs and submitting it to the service, then from the office which determines the results of the analysis. The supporting factor for implementation is good communication between the education office and schools. The inhibiting factors are teachers and schools who object to the policy. The education office of North Halmahera Regency has made efforts to overcome the obstacles that arise, namely by making regulations aimed at schools regarding the appointment of honorary teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Non Performing Loans, and BI Rate on lending. The research population includes all conventional commercial banks in Indonesia. The data analysis method used is panel data regression with a random effect model. The research period used is monthly from January to December 2015-2019. This research was conducted by taking secondary data from the publication of the Financial Services Authority (www.ojk.go.id). The results of this study indicate that (1) ROA has an insignificant negative effect on lending to commercial banks of 0.495 (2) NPL has a positive and insignificant effect on lending to commercial banks of 0.200, (3) Bi Rate has a significant positive effect on lending to commercial banks is 0.0034. (6) Simultaneously Roa, NPL, and BI Rate have a significant effect on lending to commercial banks with an F-statistical probability value of 0.030598.
