Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the judge profession thinks in realizing the supremacy of moral justice and what factors lead to violations of the code of ethics of the judge profession. Judges have a central role in ensuring justice and law run well. In carrying out their duties, judges must maintain the consistency of their decisions and accommodate changes in legal values ​​and a sense of justice that occur in people's lives. The judge must also understand that his position is transcendental and acts as a guardian of cosmic balance. Therefore, judges must strengthen their thinking in realizing the supremacy of moral justice. Reconstruction of judges' thoughts can help realize the supremacy of moral justice by maintaining the consistency of judges' decisions in upholding law and justice, accommodating changes in legal values ​​and a sense of justice that occur in people's lives, and increasing judges' understanding of the meaning of the supremacy of moral justice and its role in make it happen. In addition, judges must also develop a progressive law-based mindset to deal with social changes and values ​​that develop in society. In realizing the supremacy of moral justice, judges must understand that their position has a great responsibility in maintaining justice and law in society. Therefore, judges must strengthen their thinking in realizing the supremacy of moral justice by maintaining the consistency of decisions, accommodating changes in legal values ​​and a sense of justice, and increasing understanding of the meaning of the supremacy of moral justice and its role in realizing it. Thus, the reconstruction of judges' thinking can help realize the supremacy of moral justice and maintain justice and law in society.

Abstract

Perkembangan pariwisata Indonesia telah masuk dalam suatu tatanan baru dalam pengelolaannya cenderung berbasis pada era desa wisata. Dalam pembangunan kawasan wisata lokal, partisipasi masyarakat menjadi satu aspek krusial yang harus diprioritaskan. Konsep Community Based Tourism (CBT) yang mengedepankan pengelolaan mandiri dan kreatif oleh masyarakat lokal menjadi salah satu solusi yang tepat dalam mengembangkan potensi wisata lokal. Desa Sambirejo merupakan kawasan pegunungan potensial yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi suatu kawasan wisata. Beberapa destinasi yang dapat dikembangkan yaitu wisata edukasi tanaman, wisata budaya karawitan “Siswo Anjasmoro”, dan wisata edukasi peternakan dan hasil peternakan. Namun, wilayah yang potensial tersebut tidak diiringi dengan dukungan dan partisipasi masyarakat setempat dalam membangun sebuah desa wisata. Oleh karena itu, pengenalan dan penerapan konsep pariwisata berbasis komunitas (community based tourism) kepada masyarakat dan berbagai pihak pemerintah Desa Sambirejo menjadi satu hal yang harus segera diimplementasikan Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan lebih menekankan terhadap suatu kondisi melalui cara berpikir, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan studi dokumen.

Abstract

Guru sebagai fasilitator dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar harus mampu merancang model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model scramble dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas VIII SMP NEGERI 1 Somolomolo. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas ( PTK) yang memiliki empat tahapan dan dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penerapan model pembelajaran scramble dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA. Tahapannya adalah perencanaan observasi dan refleksi tindakan. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa soal evaluasi dan lembar observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes nontes. Hasil penelitian indikator perhatian siklus I yang semula 76% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 92%, indikator partisipasi yang semula 84% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 90%, indikator kesenangan yang semula 80% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 92%, dan indikator gotong royong yang semula 80%. Data disimpulkan bahwa melalui model scramble dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di SD.

Abstract

This research literature with the title Intrinsic Element Analysis In the Novelette My Dream Married Life As A Representation Of Popular Culture In Fizzo Novel. This research discusses the intrinsic elements in the novelette My Dream Married Life and reflection of popular culture in novelette which is studied through the sociology of literature. In the sociology of literature, there is one important part, namely the reflection of era which is the main topic of this research. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of the analysis in this study are that the novelette My Dream Married Life has the theme of wedding dreams. Then, it has a main character named Alea. There is a mixed flow characterized by past and present plots. The second formulation of the problem regarding the reflection of popular culture in the novelette My Dream Married Life is that there are six cultures, including: relativism, pragmatism, popularity, hybrid, consumerism culture, and visual culture.

Abstract

A person who works in the legal profession is known as an advocate. An advocate is someone who offers legal help both inside and outside of court based on the principles of the advocate's code of ethics and includes standards based on the provisions of the advocate law. A person who works in a profession must adhere to certain standards of conduct in order to fulfill their duties. The application of a professional code of ethics is helpful in ensuring that advocates act with high integrity and professionalism and do not stray from the principles of the code in order to further their own interests. It also helps to prevent advocates from providing proper legal services. community so that supporters can be trusted by the populace. The study methodology employed is normative legal research, which is founded on written works, legal doctrine, legislation, and rules. The goal of this research is to identify the legal repercussions for advocates who transgress the code of ethics while performing their professional responsibilities. In accordance with Article 6 of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2003 Concerning Advocates, which has regulated the presence of an ethics code, In order to protect the role of advocates in carrying out their responsibilities and uphold professional standards, profession is crucial.

Abstract

Melalui Undang-Undang Nomor Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) pemerintah Indonesia resmi melakukan kriminalisasi terhadap perbuatan kohabitasi. Hal ini jelas menimbulkan pendapat pro dan kontra dari berbagai pihak di masyarakat. Untuk itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan rumusan masalah berupa bagaimana pengaturan kriminalisasi perbuatan kohabitasi serta apa akibat hukum yang dapat timbul akibat kriminalisasi perbuatan kohabitasi tersebut dalam perspektif pembaharuan KUHP di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif yang dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji bermacam-macam sumber kepustakaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual, sedangkan sumber hukum yang digunakan ialah bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang dasar pertimbangan dilakukannya kriminalisasi perbuatan kohabitasi pada pembaharuan KUHP di Indonesia, pengaturan perbuatan kohabitasi pada pembaharuan KUHP di Indonesia dikaji berdasarkan teori kriminalisasi, serta akibat hukum yang dapat timbul dari upaya kriminalisasi perbuatan kohabitasi tersebut.

Abstract

This study's main goals were to: (1) determine the students' speaking abilities before they were taught using the Wordwall Game for eighth-grade students at MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah; (2) determine the students' speaking abilities following teaching using the Wordwall Game for eighth-grade students at MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah; (3) the significant effects of using Wordwall game media in learning speaking for eighth-grade students at MTs Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak. This study used descriptive quantitative research; a pre-experimental design was applied using a pretest and post-test. All of the participants in this study were in class VIII, and the research sample consisted of 8D students. An oral test served as the measurement tool. The mean score on the pretest was 43.07, while the mean score on the post-test increased to 61.87. As a quantitative method, the researcher analyzed the data by t-test using SPSS version 25. Value Sig (2-tailed) = 0.00 0.05 is the outcome. The calculation's outcome showed that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. It is clear from the calculation above that the impact on students' speaking abilities is significant. Abstract

Preschool education, or PAUD, is how early childhood education is carried out in Indonesia for children ages 0 to 6. The shortage of qualified and sufficient early childhood education teachers has hampered the development of early childhood education in Indonesia. A PAUD, or professional development program for early childhood educators, is one remedy. Several parties have arranged a number of training programs, but they are still operating independently and without incorporating all current stakeholders. All academic and governmental stakeholders are included in the training program SEED, which is run by the Management Department of IPB University. This study's objectives were to assess the SEED 2021 program's effectiveness as well as the sustainability implementation and strategy.

Abstract

International trade in the form of exports and imports can benefit the 2 countries that are mutually concerned and can be a form of cooperation and communication between countries. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to find out whether the superior commodities that can be exported to China, whether these commodities have potential and have competitiveness in the Chinese market. The results of this study show that several commodities in Indonesia are the most exported to China, but do not necessarily have the potential and competitiveness in the Chinese market.

Abstract

In Alquan, there are 49 repetitions that discuss 'aql, except for one, all of which are in the form of fi'il mudhar, especially material related to Wavu Jama'ah such as ta'qilun or ya'qilun. The verb ta'qilun is repeated 24 times and the verb ya'qilun is repeated 22 times. Although the verbs 'aqala, na'qilu and ya'qilu appear once each Reason is not just the power of the mind, the combination of all the powers of man which prevent him from falling into sin and error. That is why the Qur'an calls it the word "aql" (reason), which literally means "rope", which is what binds human passions and prevents them from falling into sin, mistakes, and mistakes. This study uses qualitative research methods with a qualitative approach. descriptive and data collection techniques using library techniques and literature studies. The results of this study are that in thinking humans should use the mind and heart. the power of the human mind is able to reach the physical area of ​​all relative problems, in contrast to the heart which has sharpness in terms of grasping meanings that have a metaphysical and absolute nature. Intellect Education in the Islamic Religious Education curriculum is an idea or notion that is structured in a curriculum document as a guide for educators in guiding, training, and forming students' critical, logical, systematic, and rational thinking skills so that they become human beings who have faith and are pious and have noble character.
