Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Sosialisasi Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tangerang Mengurangi Anak Putus Sekolah studi kasus Pelajar SMP Di Desa Sukamulya Kecamatan Sukamulya. fenomena anak putus sekolah yang juga terjadi di Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan alasan. Sebagai wilayah industri, Kabupaten Tangerang seharusnya memiliki kemampuan untuk meningkatkan pendidikannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Atribusi dan menggunakan 3 perspektif yaitu korespondesi inferial,non common effect,konsesus. Objek pada penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana strategi sosialisasi dinas pendidikan dalam mengurangi anak putus sekolah. Paradigma ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa Dinas Pendidikan juga berperan dalam memperlancar kontribusi dan distribusi informasi kepada masyarakat selain itu menjebatani antara masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam penyebaran informasi.

Abstract

This research analyzes the implementation of the public information service system at the Public Information and Documentation Center (PPID) of Tangerang City with the aim of enhancing public satisfaction. The method used is qualitative, supplemented with quantitative data through interviews, observations, and literature reviews. Data analysis techniques use the calculation of the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) by using the weighted average value of each service element. The research findings indicate that the PPID of Tangerang City provides two channels for information requests: face-to-face and online through the website and email. The verification of requirements takes 3 working days, with information provided within 10 working days if the requirements are complete. The PPID of Tangerang City also improves accessibility with a disability-friendly website and Braille forms. The legal basis for the PPID of Tangerang City is the Public Information Disclosure Law No. 14 of 2008. Socialization is carried out through campus cooperation and Instagram but is limited to internal teams due to low information requests. The PPID of Tangerang City provides facilities and infrastructure in accordance with regulations and improves employee performance through training. This research provides an in-depth understanding of the implementation of the public information service system at the PPID of Tangerang City and serves as a basis for improvement to enhance public satisfaction.

Abstract

This study focused on investigate students’ attitude towards Quizizz in reading classroom. The participant took 4 students for being interviewed. The study used qualitative analysis to observe the data. The result showed students that they had positive responses to the Quizizz experience. The students indicated that they had positive attitude based on three components. In affective component, students revealed exhibit a high level of satisfaction and enthusiasm when using Quizizz in their reading classes. For behavioral, students are more willing to participate in class activities due to the interactive and enjoyable nature of Quizizz. Furthermore in cognitive Quizizz functions as a tool that aids students in understanding and engaging with the learning material more effectively

Abstract

Thinking in legal philosophy about the balance between individual freedom and national security in the context of human rights is an important debate in a democratic society. This study formulates the main problem with a focus on legal philosophy thinking on the concept of balance between individual freedom and national security and the policies that can be adopted by the government to maintain the balance. The article presents a review of the various perspectives and theories that underpin different approaches to this issue. While some views emphasize the importance of protecting individual rights as the foundation of democracy, others underline the need for strong measures to safeguard national security. The article also analyzes the various policies that can be pursued by the government to maintain such a balance, seeking common ground between the protection of human rights and the measures necessary to protect state security. It highlights the importance of legal philosophy thinking in guiding fair and balanced policymaking in the context of human rights

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the provisions of theft crimes committed by children based on criminological theory. and to understand and analyze the legal responsibility of children who have committed theft crimes in the juvenile justice system in Indonesia. This type of research is normative legal research, also called doctrinal research, where the law is often conceptualized as what is written in legislation (law in books) or conceptualized as rules or norms that are benchmarks of human behavior that are considered appropriate. In this study, the approach to the problem used is a statutory approach (statue approach) carried out by examining all laws and regulations related to the legal issues handled. The results of this study are 1) Provisions of the Crime of Theft Committed by Children Based on the theory of Criminology Crime itself seen from the juridical concept, means human behavior that can be punished under criminal law. 2) The juridical liability of minors in the Criminal Code and the criminal liability of minors according to the 2012 Law on the SPPA Child Criminal Justice System, it is clear that minors who commit theft, will be processed according to the applicable provisions, namely by looking at the elements of the article charged, namely the article in the Criminal Code, namely Article 362, but the trial process is in accordance with what is regulated by Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Child Criminal Justice System.

Abstract

Code-switching and code-mixing is a change in language use or from a particular language variety to another. And in communicating even now, many use code mixing and code switching. The song is also a communication between musicians and listeners. And now songs are also commonly heard on social media, one of the social media that provides to be able to listen to songs is spotify. Spotify is a platform technology that provides many songs that can be heard by everyone. The song has also used a lot of code switching and code mixing and can already be heard on social media such as spotify. But many musicians or even the public do not know what code mixing and code switching is like. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the code switching and code mixing of the album of songs by Eka Gustiwana entitled "Sounds of Java". The method used in this study is a qualitative method with content analysis techniques. The data obtained from the album "Sounds of Java" contained 15 code switching and 4 code mixing. And it can be concluded that the album "Sounds of Java" by Eka Gustiwana uses a lot of code switching in making the song.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Indeks Massa Tubuh adalah alat untuk mengetahui seberapa sehat seseorang. Waktu pulih sadar setelah tindakan general anestesi dapat dipengaruhi oleh IMT seseorang. Hal ini karena IMT yang lebih tinggi memetabolisme lebih lambat, yang berarti obat anestesi sisa dikeluarkan lebih lama. Untuk mencegah komplikasi penyakit, penting untuk menghindari keterlambatan pemulihan sadar setelah general anestesi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana indeks massa tubuh (IMT) berkorelasi dengan waktu pemulihan kesadaran pasien dewasa pasca general anestesi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan observasional analitik melalui pendekatan cross-sectional. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel, yaitu sebanyak 43 responden. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rank. Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlambatan waktu pemulihan sadar yang paling banyak terdapat pada responden dengan IMT >25,0 sebanyak 9 responden (20,9%), dengan hasil uji spearman rank 0,000 (<0,05). Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Indeks Massa Tubuh dengan waktu pulih sadar pada pasien dewasa pasca general anestesi di Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kinerja perusahaan pada UD. Adiyasa mengggunakan metode Balance Scorecard. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan pengolahan data primer seperti wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data mengunakan pengukuran masing-masing perspektif kemudian mengukur total skor balance scorecard. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penilaian perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dalam kondisi yang bagus, sedangkan perspektif bisnis dan internal menunjukan kondisi yang cukup bagus. Pengukuran kinerja UD. Adiyasa menggunakan metode balance scorecard menghasilkan nilai 75,72% dengan kondisi Sangat Baik dan tergolong dalam kategori A.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the establishment and management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDES) as a means of enhancing the income of rural communities. To support the attainment of these objectives, the author employs a normative juridical research method, utilizing a statutory and conceptual approach. The findings of the study indicate that the procedures for creating and managing BUMDES for the purpose of increasing rural community income in the economic sector have been effective. This is reinforced by the fact that BUMDES serves as a pivotal driver of the village economy, functioning as a revenue generator for the village (PADes) and as a tool to expedite the enhancement of the well-being of rural communities. The specific regulations governing this matter are outlined in ministerial regulations, rather than in laws, as ministerial regulations serve as implementing guidelines. Consequently, there are normative issues, including gaps in legal norms, which have implications for their practical implementation in the field.
