Abstract

The 2024 Simultaneous Election is a Democratic process that has been mutually agreed upon by the Government and the People's Representative Council. This process certainly does not only bring about constitutional consequences but also legal certainty which has implications for all stakeholders in the central, provincial and district/city governments in Indonesia. Accountability from election organizers, namely the General Election Commission (KPU) and the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) in all stages is very important, because the stages and results determination process are expected not to cause conflict between election participants and their sympathizers. Then the quality of elections also needs to get serious attention, this quality is also related to the professionalism of election organizers, so to answer these two demands there needs to be information disclosure as stated in law number 14 of 2008 concerning public information transparency. Banten Province can run simultaneous elections in 2024 if the KPU and Bawaslu work in a professional and accountable manner from all stages. Election quality in Banten province can be achieved if the organizers know and implement the current regulations. Leadership Commitment, Collaboration with all stakeholders, and carrying out various innovations to convey Periodic information, immediately, and information at any time about the implementation of the 2024 Election must be carried out by the KPU and Bawaslu of Banten Province. Commitment, Collaboration and Innovation in the holding of elections in Banten province are novelties in this research. democratic, honest, fair, transparent and the results can be accounted for.

Abstract

This qualitative research aims to find out about the application of the e-gov portal application in improving the work discipline of ASN Tangerang City, as well as understanding the obstacles that occur in the application of the e-gov portal application in improving the work discipline of ASN Tangerang City, especially at the Office of Communication and Information. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research site is the Communication and Informatics Office of Tangerang City. The research subjects were the Head of the Application Maintenance & Implementation Section, employees, Computer Programmers. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, documentation and triangulation. Data analysis techniques by reducing data or summarizing the data obtained, then by presenting data that has a relationship with the title then by drawing conclusions. In the application of e-government according to the results of research and studies from the Harvard JFK School of Government (Indrajit, 2016: 11), "to implement digitalization concepts in the public sector, there are three elements of success that must be owned and considered seriously. Each of these success elements is: support, capacity, and value." Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of e-government through the E-gov Portal Application in improving ASN work discipline at the Tangerang City Communication and Informatics Office in the Application of E-government in the e-gov portal application can run effectively, both from the Office of Communication and Informatics as the implementer and from the user.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the main task and the special role of the communication and informatics center in the field of service and delivery of information for the people of the city of Tangerang. The communication and information technology center of the city government of Tangerang always strives to satisfy its people in creative and innovative ways. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of management information systems on community satisfaction. The type of research that researchers use is quantitative research using sampling techniques that are accidental sampling techniques. Based on the results obtained in this study between management information systems and community satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on results obtained in the management information systems variable that is equal to 81% of the criteria set and the results obtained on the community satisfaction variable that is equal to 86% of the criteria set.Keywords: Management Information Systems and Community Satisfaction

Abstract

This journal entitled Implementation of Electronic Absence Policy (BNI E-Attendance Innovation) Affects Employee Performance in the Jakarta Division of Collection Management at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 1946 (Persero) Tbk, West Jakarta ”. The population in this study are employees who work at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 1946 (persero) Tbk, West Jakarta, which measured 222 people, from which the researcher used 69 people as samples to be tested. The research method used in this research is the associative method, the data technique used is literature study and field study through observation and questionnaires. Abstract

This study analyzes the innovation of the corona prevention alert program in the public sector in the Larangan District area of Tangerang City by using the dimensions of innovation, the corona prevention alert program, and the public sector. The innovation dimension uses indicators of impact, partnership, sustainability, change and response from society. The dimension of the corona prevention alert program uses indicators of program implementation facilities and infrastructure, program implementation methods, human resources implementing the program and work enthusiasm in implementing the corona prevention alert program, while the public sector dimension uses indicators of program objectives, program funding sources, program accountability, structure the implementation of the program and the characteristics of the budget used in implementing the corona prevention alert program. The innovative form of the corona prevention alert program is an application used by the heads of Neighborhood Associations and Resident Associations to collect data on people affected by Covid. Based on the results of the research and discussion, there is a suggestion that needs to be considered in the innovation of the corona prevention alert program in the Larangan District area of Tangerang City, one of which is that it is suggested that this corona prevention alert application can be accessed by the general public and the need for budget transparency from the Tangerang City government regarding sources and use for innovation in the corona prevention alert program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Smart Governance pada Kelurahan Salembaran Jaya di Kabupaten Tangerang dan tantangan apa saja dari adanya penerapan smart governance pada Kelurahan Salembaran Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Giffinger (2007) dan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah, belum optimalnya pelayanan publik digital dan partisipasi masyarakat melalui website kelurahan. Website masih minim fitur layanan khusus, ketiadaan saluran aspirasi, dan kurangnya transparansi anggaran. Hal ini diperparah oleh rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat yang menyebabkan pelayanan masih banyak dilakukan secara manual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kelurahan Salembaran Jaya telah meningkatkan partisipasi publik melalui platform digital, tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan dengan menyediakan ruang diskusi pengambilan keputusan yang lebih mendalam. Selain itu, pelayanan publik secara online perlu ditingkatkan dalam pelayanan adminitrasi online melalui website, serta dari sisi transparansi tata kelola sudah cukup dalam membagikan informasi tentang Kelurahan Salembaran Jaya, namun perlu dioptimalkan dengan meningkatkan transparansi informasi anggaran.

Abstract

Trend alih fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi kawasan permukiman dan industri di Provinsi Banten dalam beberapa tahun terakhir terjadi begitu masif. Peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam upaya mengendalikan kecenderungan alih fungsi lahan tersebut terkendala dengan keterbatasan kewenangan yang termuat dalam Kebijakan Perlindungan Lahan Pertanian Pangan yang saat ini sudah terintegrasi kedalam Kebijakan Tata Ruang. Sedangkan alih fungsi lahan saat ini tidak lagi sekadar kepentingan daerah, namun juga menjadi hajat nasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan dan observasi. Sedangkan Teknik Analisa data menggunakan Soft System Methodology (SSM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salah satu penyebab semakin surutnya lahan pertanian adalah banyak kelonggaran terhadap alih fungsi lahan yang muncul akibat desain Rencana Tata Ruang di daerah. Sementara itu regulasi tentang Tata Ruang di daerah saat ini lebih banyak dikendalikan oleh Pemerintah Pusat melalui Undang Undang Cipta Kerja demi mengejar pertumbuhan ekonomi dan terciptanya iklim investasi.

Abstract

The Indonesian government prioritizes food self-sufficiency to ensure food availability and affordability as a pillar of national stability. The Food Self Sufficient Village Program (DEMAPAN) was launched as an effort to achieve food self-sufficiency at the village level, with Sodong Village as the pilot project location in 2024. This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by the Agriculture and Food Security Department of Tangerang Regency in creating food self-sufficiency through the Food-Self-Reliant Village Program (DEMAPAN) in Sodong Village, as well as the challenges faced. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, involving observation, interviews, and documentation. This study employs Kooten's theory as cited in Salusu (2006). Program Strategy, and Institutional Strategy have been implemented optimally through synergy between the Department, Village Government, and community groups, successfully increasing farmers' income, access to nutritious food, and sustainable training. However, in the dimension of Resource Support Strategy, the results have not been optimal due to constraints such as labor shortages, declining member motivation, and issues related to fund and land management. Other challenges include limited budgets, expensive agricultural equipment, and unfavorable land conditions. To achieve optimal results, it is necessary to enhance resource support, provide continuous training, and pay special attention to motivation management and human resource development.

Abstract

Judul penelitian adalah Manajemen Strategi Pencegahan Peredaran Narkoba Pada Badan Narkotika Nasional Kota Tangerang. Fokus penelitian yang dirumuskan adalah Bagaimana manajemen strategi pencegahan narkoba pada Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kota Tangerang, dan apa saja hambatan dalam pelaksanaan manajemen strategi pencegahan peredaran narkoba pada Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kota Tangerang. Permasalahan pada penelitian adalah pengguna narkoba di Kota Tangerang cenderung naik membuat pemerintah perlu memperkuat BNN Kota Tangerang secara penganggaran dan peraturan sehingga BNN Kota Tangerang dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya dalam menghentikan peredaran gelap narkoba. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen strategi pencegahan narkoba pada Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kota Tangerang, dan untuk mengetahui hambatan dalam pelaksanaan manajemen strategi pencegahan peredaran narkoba pada Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kota Tangerang. Teori yang digunakan dalam Teori Hunger dan Wheelen (2013: 11). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan prosedur reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan oleh Matthew B. Milles dan Michael Huberman. Hasil penelitian yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) komponen manajemen strategi yaitu: (1) pengamatan lingkungan; (2) perumusan strategi; (3) implementasi strategi; dan (4) evaluasi dan pengendalian menunjukkan bahwa dalam upaya melakukan pencegahan peredaran narkoba di Kota Tangerang hasilnya belum berjalan dengan maksimal disebabkan kurangnya diseminasi informasi atau sosialisasi yang dilakukan BNN Kota Tangerang terhadap lapisan masyarakat dikarenakan terbatasnya sumber daya manusia, kekuatan finansial anggaran yang terbatas, rendahnya tingkat pemahaman dan kepedulian masyarakat serta lingkungan ekonomi, sosial dan politik yang cukup dinamis, sehingga faktor tersebut berpengaruh terhadap upaya pencegahan peredaran narkoba di Kota Tangerang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan atau program yang dilakukan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Tangerang Dalam Menanggulangi Pencemaran Sungai Cisadane Kota Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menjelaskan sedetail mungkin objek dan masalah penelitian berdasarkan fakta yang ada, dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan Strategi Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Tangerang Dalam Menanggulangi Pencemaran Sungai Cisadane. Dimana indikator dalam mewujudkan Strategi yang akan dilakukan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Tangerang dapat dilihat dari visi dan misi Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Tangerang yang mempunyai tujuan dan sasaran untuk mencapai strategi yang akan dilaksanakan baik berupa kegiatan maupun program. Strategi yang digunakan mengacu pada manajemen strategi menurut menurut Aime Heene dan Sebastian (2010:9-10) yang masing-masing mempunyai 5 tugas.
