Abstract

The Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Guru Kecamatan Kampar (KPRI-GKK) Air Tiris has debtors whose arrears vary from year to year. In fact, a surat pengakuan hutang or SPH which is used as a form of agreement should be able to minimize the occurrence of bad debts or failure to pay debt installments by the debtor. The purpose of this research is to determine efforts to resolve debts and Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Guru Kecamatan Kampar (KPRI-GKK) Air Tiris and to find out what factors hinder the settlement of debts and Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Guru Kecamatan Kampar (KPRI-GKK) Air Tiris. The author uses a type of sociological research, namely research on the effectiveness of current laws. This research was carried out in Air Tiris, Kampar, Riau Province. More specifically, namely at the Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Guru Kecamatan Kampar (KPRI-GKK) Air Tiris. The sample in this research was selected using a purposive technique, namely determining a number of samples that represent the existing population, namely 3 people. The data collection technique for this research is interviews, literature review. The results of this data analysis are concluded deductively, namely a way of thinking that draws a conclusion from a statement or proposition of a specific nature, from which various conclusions suggestions can be made. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the agreement for lending and borrowing activities at KPRI-GKK Air Tiris uses a Debt Acknowledgment Letter. The management, through the treasurer, will summon debtors who do not fulfill the agreed SPH contents, then investigate what is the cause of the failure or non-payment of the debt to the cooperative. Then the cooperative will provide several alternatives, such as increasing the grace period for payment or reducing the amount paid until the SPH on the debts and receivables that have been created can be implemented and run smoothly. The way to resolve this is by resolving the dispute through non-litigation, namely a settlement outside of court. Usually called Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa (APS). The APS system is implemented through negotiations. The cooperative always applies the principle of kinship in every problem. Based on the research results that researchers obtained, if members do not meet their achievements, the cooperative does not terminate the agreement, does not transfer risks and does not take this matter to a judge.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel persepsi, motivasi dan religiusitas terhadap minat menabung serta dampaknya pada keputusan menjadi nasabah perbankan syariah. Persepsi masyarakat yang hanya memandang bank syariah sama saja dengan bank konvensional. Rendahnya motivasi tentang bank syariah, kurangnya kesadaran seorang Muslim sehingga keinginan untuk menjadi nasabah juga rendah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat DKI Jakarta yang belum menjadi nasabah dan yang sudah menjadi nasabah bank syariah di DKI Jakarta. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 responden. Data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat DKI Jakarta masih banyak yang belum menjadi nasabah bank syariah karena persepsi yang kurang baik, kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai produk perbankan syariah dan religiusitas yang tidak mempengaruhi seseorang untuk memiliki minat menabung dan mengambil keputusan menjadi nasabah bank syariah.

Abstract

Salah satu kawasan di Kota Surabaya yang tercatat sebagai kawasan dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak ialah Kelurahan Sidotopo Wetan sehingga memberi peluang yang besar terjadinya berbagai kasus, terutama stunting. Melalui Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DP3APPKB), Walikota Surabaya menggalakkan program Kelas Calon Pengantin (Catin) sebagai aksi konvergensi penurunan prevalensi stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian implementasi Kelas Catin sebagai wujud penurunan angka stunting di Kelurahan Sidotopo Wetan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kegiatan observasi dan wawancara kepada petugas Kelas Catin di Balai RW dan Kelurahan Sidotopo Wetan, Kader Surabaya Hebat Kelurahan Sidotopo Wetan, dan warga yang melaksanakan Kelas Catin pada (Pusat Pembelajaran Keluarga) Puspaga Balai RW di Kelurahan Sidotopo Wetan serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi program Kelas Catin yang menjadi upaya pencegahan belum efektif dilaksanakan sebagai wujud penurunan angka stunting di Kelurahan Sidotopo Wetan, melainkan melalui berbagai upaya pemberantasan lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fleksibilitas togok dengan kemampun renang gaya kupu-kupu 25 meter pada mahasiwa akademik 2023 Program Studi Penjaskesrek Universitas Pattimura Ambon. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2023 sebanyak 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan fleksibilitas togok dengan kemampuan renang gaya kupu-kupu 25 meter pada mahasiswa akademik 2023 program studi penjaskesrek unpatti dengan nilai rxy = 0,971 r(0,05) (28) = 0,361. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, jelas bahwa fleksibilitas togok mempunyai hubungan yang erat dan mempuyai hubungan yang penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan renang gaya kupu-kupu, kontribusi yang diberikan oleh flksibilitas togok terhadap keberhasilan renang gaya kupu-kupu sebesar 91,16%. Hal ini memberikan gambaran pentingnya fleksibilitas togok dalam kemampuan renang gaya kupu-kupu.

Abstract

Self Disclosure merupakan kemampuan atau kemauan individu untuk melakukan tindakan keterbukaan diri pada individu lain. Keterbukaan ini bertujuan untuk menjalin relasi dengan individu lain. Dalam menjalin hubungan romantis, self Disclosure merupakan hal yang perlu dilakukan pasangan untuk menjalin komunikasi yang lebih intim. Hal ini didukung oleh teori penetrasi sosial yang menganalogikan hubungan seperti bawang yang berlapis. Keterbukaan yang dilakukan saat menjalin hubungan jarak jauh tentu tidak mudah, terutama bagi pasangan dewasa awal yang cenderung ingin menjalin hubungan jangka panjang atau pernikahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui self disclosure yang dilakukan oleh pasangan Long Distance Relationship (LDR) untuk mempertahankan hubungannya hingga jenjang pernikahan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode in-depth interview pada 4 pasangan suami istri yang pernah menjalin hubungan LDR. Dari penelitian ini didapati hasil bahwa pasangan LDR yang melakukan self disclosure dengan baik berhasil mempertahankan hubungannya hingga jenjang pernikahan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon commonly found in news presenters who deviate from proper language usage, which can have a negative impact on the future development of Indonesian language competence. The researcher conducted a study on the use of journalistic language by news presenters on CNN Indonesia's January 2023 broadcast and its potential as teaching material for Grade VII Junior High School. This research aims to help readers maintain and recall the importance of using correct journalistic language. The objectives are to describe the use of journalistic language by news presenters on CNN Indonesia's January 2023 broadcast and its potential as teaching material for Grade VII Junior High School. The object of this research is the use of journalistic language in the TV news broadcast on CNN in January 2023, obtained through the official website CNNIndonesia.com, while the subject is the news broadcast on CNN in January 2023. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with observation as the data collection technique through note-taking. Data analysis employs the Direct Element Division technique. The findings of this research are as follows: 1) The news presenters on CNN Indonesia's January 2023 broadcast conform to the characteristics of journalistic language theory by Husen Mony (2020): simple, concise, clear, articulate, transparent, interesting, democratic, populist, and logical. They also adhere to the principle expressed in their jargon, "The News We Can Trust." 2) The news on CNN Indonesia's January 2023 broadcast can be relevant as an example in teaching news text material for Grade VII Junior High School/Phase D. The teaching material takes the form of an interactive video that can be recommended for students' learning, especially for teachers in teaching Indonesian language material, Chapter 5, news text, for Grade VII Junior High School/Phase D.

Abstract

Wonge is a healing ritual that is still often carried out by the people of Pulau Ternate District. The wonge ritual is carried out by interacting and asking for direct help from ancestral spirits to cure someone's illness. Most Ternate people believe that ancestral spirits can find the root of a person's illness, and can provide medicine in the form of mantras and water that has been prayed for as an antidote that can eliminate the illness. The wonge healing ritual is usually carried out on a large scale in November every year. The existence of the wonge ritual among the people of Pulau Ternate District seems to have an influence on the awareness of the people of Pulau Ternate District in utilizing first-level health services in the community, namely community health centers. Based on initial observations conducted at the two community health centers, there is an interesting fact that the data on the number of patient visits to the two community health centers from October to November experienced a decrease in visits of up to 30% from previous months. This is the initial conclusion that there is an influence of the wonge ritual on the utilization of health services at community health centers on Ternate Island. Thus, this is the main reason why researchers conduct further research. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of wonge rituals on the intensity of health service utilization at the Community Health Centers on Ternate Island. The results of the study indicate that socio-cultural factors in the form of wonge healing rituals greatly influence the community in utilizing health services such as Community Health Centers

Abstract

Human personality has been a fascinating subject of research in psychology throughout history, with many theories and approaches seeking to understand and explain the diverse range of human characteristics. Personality research aims to answer fundamental questions about what makes a person unique, why people behave the way they do, and how these distinctive traits develop and influence social interactions and daily life. The importance of understanding personality does not only apply in the scientific realm, but also in everyday life. It influences how we interact with others, make decisions, form personal relationships, and even choose careers. Human personality is one of the most important elements that shapes individual identity and influences how we face challenges and opportunities in life. In this introduction, we examine the background to the importance of understanding the distinctive traits of human personality. This involves recognizing that humans are unique and complex creatures, with diverse experiences, values, and preferences. When we understand these traits, we can feel how differences between one individual and another are natural and important in social diversity. In addition, understanding typical personality traits also helps us appreciate the large role that genetic factors, environment, and life experiences play in shaping a person's personality. This highlights the complexity and flexibility of personality traits that are inherently dynamic. In this context, this paper will discuss the typical characteristics of human personality which reflect the diversity and complexity of humans as individuals and members of society. We will explore these traits in the context of various aspects of life, including social relationships, decisions, creativity, and more. Through a deeper understanding of these qualities, we can absorb their beauty and uniqueness, and utilize them for greater personal development.

Abstract

Anemia is when the body lacks healthy red blood cells or hemoglobin, resulting in reduced oxygen supply to tissues and organs. This disease generally occurs in adolescents, especially adolescent girls. This is because young women experience menstrual periods and do not get enough iron, therefore anemia is a health problem that is often found throughout the world. The Moringa leaf plant (Moringa oleifera) is believed to contain iron which can help increase hemoglobin levels in the body. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Moringa Oleifera leaf flour to prevent iron deficiency anemia in female adolescents. The research uses a literature review study approach, namely by searching for literature material regarding themes that will be taken in identifying national and international literature using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) methodology through four stages: identification, screening, eligibility, and acceptable outcomes. This literature search was carried out by accessing online electronic databases from Cochrane and Google Scholar. Of the 4,392 articles searched, there were 8 articles and journals that met the desired criteria with the results proving that Moringa leaf powder contained 28.2 milligrams/100 grams so it was more effective in increasing hemoglobin levels. Moringa leaf flour has proven to be very effective in increasing hemoglobin in the body, especially for young women, so it can prevent anemia.

Abstract

In order to guarantee quality public services, the government announced in Permendagri No. 4 of 2010 that every sub-district needs to be used as the main communication hub in the region in order to increase the quality and reduce the quantity of public services. provided to residents. The quality of public services in the regions must be increased to a higher level. Compared to services that are based on the information provided by the organizers, local communities have more resources to get the best possible service. For this reason, the Government established a PATEN in Rengasdengklok District. The purpose of this PATEN is to improve the quality of service and improve service to the community and minimize the provision of services in a convoluted manner.
