Abstract

PT. RST is a company engaged in the construction sector. Currently, PT. RST is participating in the construction of toll road projects. Toll road infrastructure requires water channels to maintain road quality so that it is not damaged by rainwater puddles. U-ditch drainage is used as a solution to overcome water puddles (Gustomi et al., 2023). However, the process of making u-ditch drainage requires careful preparation to prevent or minimize work accidents, because this work is categorized as high-risk work. Therefore, this study uses the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control method, hereinafter referred to as HIRARC, which aims to identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments and analyses, and determine risk control (Juraman Beatrix, 2020) using interview methods, observations, literature studies and questionnaires.The results of the study showed that there were 38 potential hazards at the work site, the impacts that occurred included minor injuries, physical injuries, fatigue, ARI due to exposure to dust and chemicals, as well as the risk of failure to lift materials and overturning heavy equipment. Risk analysis is conducted by assessing the severity and likelihood, which are then categorized into low, medium, or high risk levels. From the analysis results, 11 potential hazards were found to be in the moderate risk category, 19 potential hazards in the high category, and 8 potential hazards in the extreme category. To reduce the risk level, this study predominantly recommends engineering control, administrative control, and personal protective equipment (PPE).Keywords : HIRARC, occupational safety, risk assessment, hazard control

Abstract

Many students at Politeknik Industri Furnitur dan Pengolahan Kayu have reported musculoskeletal discomfort after prolonged sitting in classroom chairs, including lower back pain, neck stiffness, and shoulder tension. These complaints suggest that the existing chairs may not accommodate users’ anthropometric characteristics. This study aimed to evaluate the ergonomic compatibility of current student chairs and to redesign their dimensions based on anthropometric data to meet both national and international ergonomic standards. The research was conducted through three main stages: (1) identifying discomfort areas using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, (2) collecting key body measurements from male and female students, and (3) performing a mismatch analysis between anthropometric dimensions and chair parameters. The analysis revealed a high level of mismatch—particularly in seat height, depth, and backrest dimensions—which correlated with the prevalence of MSD complaints. A redesigned chair model was then proposed based on student anthropometry and evaluated against available standards. The redesigned dimensions significantly reduced mismatch rates for both male and female users, indicating improved ergonomic compatibility. Alignment with international standards further supports the potential of this design to enhance comfort and reduce musculoskeletal risks. However, despite its functional improvements, the new chair proportions may appear less visually balanced, necessitating further refinement in aesthetic and structural aspects before implementation.

Abstract

Brem Putih Wonogiri merupakan makanan khas dari Kabupaten Wonogiri yang diproduksi secara turun temurun, khususnya di Kecamatan Nguntoronadi sebagai sentra industri Brem putih terbesar di wilayah tersebut. Proses produksinya yang masih tradisional, seperti penggunaan tungku dan oven dengan ventilasi minim, berdampak pada aspek ergonomi lingkungan kerja fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis suhu dan kebisingan di dua bagian produksi, yaitu ruang dapur dan ruang pencetakan berdasarkan waktu kerja yaitu pagi, siang dan sore hari. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kuantitatif, variabel terikat dalam penelitin ini yaitu kenyamanan dan produktivitas pekerja. Sedangkan variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah data hasil obervasi pengukuran aspek suhu dan kebisingan di lima UMKM tepatnya di ruang dapur dan ruang pencetakan berdasarkan waktu kerja pagi, siang, dan sore hari. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji beda (analisis variansi dan uji nonparametriks).  Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi dasar pertimbangan dalam penerapan intervensi ergonomi yang tepat sesuai waktu dan ruang kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the business feasibility of ergonomic harness hewanes in Indonesia from the perspectives of market potential, product value, and financial viability. As pet ownership continues to rise in Indonesia, harness products have become essential for pet owners who emphasize safety and comfort. The study applies capital budgeting techniques—specifically Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP)—to determine financial feasibility. To achieve returns exceeding the Minimum Attractive Rate of Return (MARR) of 13%, the business must reach a minimum annual sales volume of 2,119 units, priced at Rp211,125 each, with an annual sales growth rate of 10%. BirkinPet’s target of 2,200 units per year indicates that the plan is financially viable, supported by a projected NPV of Rp72,175,425, an IRR of 32%, and a payback period achieved in the fifth year. The findings conclude that the business is feasible, as sales projections surpass the minimum threshold. The study further recommends expanding market reach through digital marketing initiatives and continuous product innovation.

Abstract

In the era of customer-centric logistics, the ability to predict delivery time preferences is critical to enhancing service quality and operational efficiecy. This study proposes a predictive analytics framework to classify customer-preferred delivery times – morning, afternoon, evening, or night – using historical logistics data and customer perception analysis. Utilizing the Amazon delivery dataset, categorical time intervals were derived through timestamp transformation, enabling classification modeling with three machine learning algorithms Naive bayes, Logistic regression, and Decision tree. Among these, the Decision tree algorithm yielded the best performance, achieving an accuracy of 77% and a macro F1-score of 0.77. Further analysis revealed that traffic conditions, vehicle types, and product categories were the most influential features in predicting delivery time preference. Survei results corroborated the model’s findings, with customer responses highlighting traffic and delivery timing as top priorities for service satisfaction. This research demonstrates the integration of data-driven modeling with customer insights to support decision-making in last-mile logistics. The findings can guide logistics providers in designing adaptive, preference-based delivery schedules that improve service realiability and user experience.Keywords: predictive analytics, delivery time preference, decision tree, last-mile logistics, customer satisfaction, machine learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan pada CV. Jaya Mandiri dengan fokus pada peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah integrasi Servqual, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Model Kano. Servqual digunakan untuk mengukur kesenjangan antara harapan dan persepsi pelanggan terhadap layanan, IPA digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi atribut pelayanan yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan, sedangkan Model Kano digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan atribut berdasarkan dampaknya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 atribut layanan yang termasuk dalam kuadran prioritas utama (Kuadran I IPA) dan tergolong sebagai kategori Must-Be dan Attractive pada Model Kano, seperti ketepatan waktu kedatangan petugas dan pemahaman terhadap kebutuhan mendesak pelanggan. Integrasi metode ini memberikan panduan strategis bagi perusahaan dalam menetapkan fokus perbaikan layanan secara efektif.

Abstract

Proses pengolahan air limbah berminyak (oily water treatment process) di sektor industri migas memiliki variabilitas yang tinggi, sehingga memerlukan metode pemantauan yang peka terhadap perubahan kecil proses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi stabilitas dan kapabilitas proses oily water treatment di PT. Pertamina Hulu Mahakam dengan menggunakan metode statistik EWMA (Exponentially Weighted Moving Average), CUSUM (Cumulative Sum),dan analisis kapabilitas proses non parametrik. Data hasil uji kadar minyak selama periode agustus hingga oktober 2025 dianalisis menggunakan software Minitab 20.3. Hasil uji normalitas Anderson Darling menunjukkan data tidak terdistribusi normal (p 0,005). Analisis EWMA dan CUSUM mendeteksi dua periode out of control (sampel 10-37 dan 64-82). Nilai Ppk sebesar 1,90 menunjukkan kinerja proses sangat baik dalam memenuhi standar baku mutu Permen Lingkungan hidup No.19/2010 yaitu dibawah 50 ppm. Hasil penelitian menekankan pentingnya implementasi peta kendali untuk pemantauan mutu air limbah secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: EWMA, CUSUM, kapabilitas proses, industri migas

Abstract

PT SYK merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi berbagai jenis kertas, salah satunya kertas CME yang memiliki permintaan tinggi di pasar. Pada tahun 2024, tercatat tingkat cacat sebesar 4,57% dalam produksi kertas CME 150 gsm, jauh di atas ambang batas standar perusahaan sebesar 0,5%. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Six Sigma dengan metode DMAI ( Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve ) untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab utama cacat dan merumuskan solusi perbaikan. Analisis dilakukan melalui alat bantu seperti Histogram, Diagram Pareto, Peta Kendali, metode 5-Mengapa, dan FMEA. Ditemukan bahwa cacat yang paling dominan adalah Ring Crush Low (RCL), yang disebabkan oleh faktor manusia dan mesin. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup peningkatan pengendalian proses berbasis data, pemeliharaan mesin secara berkala, serta peningkatan kompetensi operator. Diharapkan upaya ini dapat menurunkan tingkat cacat RCL, meningkatkan nilai sigma proses, dan memperbaiki kualitas produk secara keseluruhan.Kata kunci: DMAI, FMEA, Quality, Six Sigma, 5-Whys

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the efficiency of inventory management for 3mm stainless steel plates used in the production of automatic coconut milk extractor machines at PT. Cahaya Agro Teknik. The company currently implements a routine ordering policy without an optimized quantitative approach, resulting in high inventory costs. Based on the analysis, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method can reduce total inventory costs from IDR 4,444,000 to IDR 2,667,200 by recommending an optimal order quantity of 20.5 sheets with two orders per year. Meanwhile, the Just in Time (JIT) method demonstrates greater cost efficiency, with potential savings of over IDR 3 million depending on the ordering scenario. The comparison reveals that the JIT method is more effective in minimizing inventory costs and improving overall inventory efficiency. Therefore, JIT is recommended as the most suitable approach to support the raw material needs of the company's production process.

Abstract

Industri plastik menjadi salah satu sektor yang mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan di Indonesia, namun juga menjadi penyumbang utama limbah dan emisi gas rumah kaca. PT Surya Indo Plastik (SIP), sebagai produsen kemasan plastik berbasis daur ulang, telah menerapkan sistem Closed Loop to Cup Recycling sebagai upaya keberlanjutan. Meskipun demikian, tantangan efisiensi biaya, emisi karbon dan rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembalian limbah plastik masih menjadi kendala utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangan model optimasi Closed Loop Supply Chain yang berkelanjutan di industri plastik dengan mempertimbangkan dua aspek utama: ekonomi dan lingkungan . Model ini dibangun menggunakan pendekatan Goal Programming untuk meminimalkan total biaya produksi, transportasi dan pembukaan fasilitas daur ulang serta emisi transportasi. Objek studi memiliki cakupan wilayah Jawa Timur, model mempertimbangkan data aktual perusahaan serta variabel spasial dan kapasitas fasilitas.
