Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the variables of patient satisfaction with physiotherapy at Tanjung Mulia General Hospital in Medan in 2021. This study used a Cross-Sectional research design. In this research, the population consisted of 2,337 physiotherapy patients, and the number of patients randomly sampled was 93. The two techniques of data collecting are primary data and secondary data. The data are analyzed using multivariate analysis and a binary logistic regression test. The findings revealed an interaction impact of physiotherapist (sig-p = 0.001), facility (sig-p = 0.013), and registration procedure (sig-p = 0.024), with organization (sig-p = 0.000) having the greatest significant influence on patient satisfaction (OR = 45,715). The value of Coefficient B, which is 3.822, is positive, indicating that patient satisfaction will be higher the better the business is at delivering services. The outcome of the research is that organization is the most influential element in determining the happiness of physiotherapy patients, followed by the interaction between physiotherapists, amenities, and the registration procedure. Suggestions to enhance the organization of physiotherapy services and develop positive relationships, comprehensive facilities, and a streamlined registration procedure so that physiotherapy patients are content with the services they get.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the utilization of capitation funds, utilization of services and utilization of operational costs of health services for the National Health Insurance program at the Kute Panang Health Center. Research uses are theoretical/scientific and practical uses. The type and design of the research used was descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and clarification. data validity test is done through Triangulation and Member Check. the research stage consists of the pre-field stage, the field work stage, and the data analysis stage. 21 of 2016. and Decree of the District Head of Central Aceh No. 425/ Dinkes/2019 concerning the use of JKN capitation funds at Puskesmas. Analysis of utilization of health services (health workers and non-health workers) by 70%. Analysis of the Utilization of Health Service Operational Costs for activities inside the building, outside the building by 30%. 21 of 2016 and the Decree of the District Head of Central Aceh No. 425/ Dinkes/2019 as technical guidelines and regional policies in the use of JKN capitation funds at the Community Health Center. The utilization of capitation funds is 70% for payment of health services and 30% for other health operations.

Abstract

The hospital as a service industry is an industry that has a variety of complex labor problems with various risks of occupational diseases and even work-related accidents according to the type of work, so hospitals are obliged to implement Hospital Occupational Health and Safety (K3RS) efforts. The purpose of this study was to identify the causes of work accidents at Langsa Hospital. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study consisted of 5 people, namely 1 Hospital Director or deputy, 1 K3RS team leader, 1 head nurse and 2 nurses. The results showed that the K3 staff at the Langsa City Hospital had not all received special K3 training, the implementation of health promotion to nurses and K3 workers was not carried out comprehensively and continuously, nurses carried out their duties in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SPO), but not all nurses had discipline in carrying out their duties, nurses have attended training on the use of PPE, but not all nurses ensure that PPE functions properly and correctly. It is recommended that Langsa Hospital provide a special budget for the implementation of K3 in the hospital and facilitate all K3 personnel to have good competence and be firm, such as by giving sanctions to all nurses who do not carry out their duties and do not have a good work culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the visit of the posyandu for the elderly in the Hinai Kiri Health Center Work Area, Langkat Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional design, with a sample of 59 respondents. This research uses a questionnaire. The research time is March-November 2021 as a follow-up to the end of the research. The analysis of this study used Univariate, Bivariate and Multivariate. The statistical test used is the chi square test and longistic regression. The results of the study on the effect of Knowledge (P-value 0.008), Attitude (P-value 0.002), Distance (P-value 0.004), Family Support (P-value 0.009), Health Officer Support (P-value 0.003), and based on the test logistic regression Knowledge, Distance, Attitude, Family Support, Support of Health Workers are variables that affect Posyandu visits. The conclusion in this study shows that there is a significant influence between knowledge, attitude, distance, family support and support from health workers on posyandu visits in the Hinai Kiri Health Center Work Area, Secanggang District, Langkat Regency. It is recommended to health workers at the Puskesmas in particular to improve counseling and counseling more intensively about the importance of the posyandu for the elderly on a regular basis and to motivate the elderly to be more routine to participate in elderly visits at least once a month so that the health condition of the elderly is maintained.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the use of posyandu for the elderly in the Hinai Kiri Health Center Work Area, Langkat Regency in 2021. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional design, a population of 1271 people, a sample with a stratified random sampling technique as many as 93 respondents. This study uses a questionnaire. The analysis of this study used univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The statistical test used was the chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the chi-square test were obtained on the knowledge variable p = 0.008, attitude p = 0.005, occupation p = 0.007, distance p = 0.005 and family support p = 0.006 which indicated that there were factors that influenced the use of posyandu for the elderly. The most influential variable is knowledge with an Exp(B) value of 1.438-5.400. The conclusion in this study is that there is an influence of knowledge, attitudes, work, distance and family support on the use of the Posyandu for the elderly in the Hinai Kiri Health Center Work Area, Langkat Regency in 2021. It is recommended to health workers at the Puskesmas in particular to improve counseling and counseling more intensively about the importance of Posyandu the elderly regularly and motivate the elderly to be more routine to participate in elderly visits at least once a month so that the health conditions of the elderly are maintained.

Abstract

The contentment of pregnant women throughout ANC and delivery may enhance the health of moms and infants. This research aims to determine what factors influence prenatal care for pregnant women in the Hinai Kiri Health Center Work Area, Secanggang District, Langkat Regency. This study employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, surveying 68 participants. This study employs a questionnaire. As a follow-up to the conclusion of the study, the research period is July to December 2021. This research included Univariate, Bivariate, and Multivariate analyses. The statistical tests used include the chi-square test and longitudinal regression. Knowledge (P-value = 0.003), Age (P-value = 0.002), Parity (P-value = 0.000), Husband's Support (P-value = 0.000), and Distance to Health Place (P-value = 0.004) were significant in a logistic regression analysis. Variables affecting the Antenatal Care Examination of Pregnant Women include knowledge, husband's support, age, and parity. This research concludes that there is a strong relationship between Knowledge, Husband's Support, and Parity and Antenatal Care Examinations for Pregnant Women in the Work Area of the Hinai Kiri Health Center in Secanggang District, Langkat Regency. Midwives on duty at the Hinai Kiri Health Center are expected to receive recommendations to improve counseling and counseling about the importance of routine pregnancy checks and to encourage pregnant women to be more routinely check their pregnancy at least four times during pregnancy so that the mother's health condition and the fetus are awake.

Abstract

The incidence of HAIs is also associated with high rates of morbidity and mortality in hospitals. 37,000 deaths were recorded in Europe and 99,000 deaths in the United States due to HAIs, 18.5% in Latin America, 23.6% in Asia and 29.3% in Africa. Infection at Datu Beru Hospital Takengon. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at Datu Beru Takengon Hospital, Jalan Qurrata Aini Kebayakan, Nunang Antara, Bebesen, Central Aceh Regency, Aceh. There were 12 informants in this study. The results showed that from interviews with key informants and supporting informants, the implementation had been running according to existing standards, although there were still some shortcomings. The conclusion of the study was that there were shortcomings from the 11 components of standard precautions: health workers did not use PPE according to the area and indications, hand washing compliance was not up to standard, some still wore jewelry, did not carry out 5 moments, facilities and infrastructure for hand washing were not adequate, room flow was not up to standard. PPI because there are some rooms that are still old buildings, waste sorting and transportation are correct, but the disposal of infectious waste still uses a third party because Datu Beru General Hospital does not yet have an independent incinerator, sorting and management of linen and laundry are good but the distribution and transportation of linen is still using the same and open trolley, Health checks and immunizations for hospital staff have not been carried out regularly.

Abstract

WISN is a resource management tool that analyzes staffing needs based on the workload for a certain staff category, as well as the facility and kind of health institution. This tool can be applied nationally, regionally, and to health facilities. It is simple to use on a technical, comprehensive, and practical level, and it facilitates the determination of variations in human resource requirements among various types of health services, such as health centers and hospitals. This study's objective is to examine the requirement for workload-based nursing staff utilizing the Workload Indicator Staff Need (WISN) approach at the Emergency Installation (IGD) Datu Beru Hospital, Central Aceh in 2021. A descriptive study using observational methods served as the research design. This study's population consisted of all 35 nurses at the Emergency Installation of RSUD Beru Takngon. This population was sampled using a total sample size of 35. 35 individuals. WISN analysis was used to analyze the data. After the researcher got data from completing the questionnaire based on observation, they recorded and made revisions to the documentation of the nurses' work in the emergency room. Research findings Using the WISN approach, it is determined that the Datu Beru Takengon Hospital Emergency Room has a nursing staff shortfall of three individuals. Working time, nursing staff activities, workload standards, the slack factor, and the nursing staff needs calculation have an effect on the nursing staff needs at the Emergency Installation of RSUD Datu Beru Takengon.

Abstract

Delivery is the process of expelling the products of conception (fetus and placenta). Caesarean section is a delivery in which the fetus is born through an incision in the front wall of the abdomen and uterine wall with the condition that the uterus is intact and the fetal weight is above 4000 grams. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the delivery of Caesarean section at Columbia Asia Hospital Medan in 2020.This study used a quantitative method with a cross sectional design, with a research sample of 40 respondents. This study used a questionnaire. The research was conducted on March-October 2021 as a follow-up to the end of the research. The analysis of this study used Univariate, Bivariate and Multivariate. The statistical test used chi square test and logistic regressionThe results of the study on the effect of Age (P-value 0.000), Parity (P-value 0.000), Knowledge (P-value .003), Trust (P-value 0.000), Childbirth Indications (P-value 0.001), Anxiety (P-value .002), Husband's Perception (P-value .001) and based on the logistic regression test of age, parity, confidence, labor indications, anxiety, husband's perception were variables that affect the delivery of cesarean section.The conclusion in this study shows that there is a significant influence between age, anxiety and work on cesarean delivery. It is suggested and expected to midwives on duty at Columbia Asia Hospital Medan City to provide health education about family planning to mothers after giving birth so that pregnancy does not occur before 2 years.

Abstract

Patient safety in a hospital is a service system in a hospital that provides safer patient care, including measuring risk, identifying and managing risks to patients, analyzing incidents, the ability to learn and follow up on incidents and implement solutions to reduce risks. This study aims to describe the implementation of patient safety goals by nurses on the quality of service in the inpatient room at RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen. This research is a qualitative research that will take place from November to December 2021. The research informants are the director of the hospital and 2 quality committee members at RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen, 7 nurses, 3 patients who are being hospitalized at RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen. The research instrument is interviews. The results of the research on the management of patient safety at the dr. General Hospital. Fauziah Bireuen has been implemented based on the Regulation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2015 concerning the National Guidelines for Hospital Patient Safety and the Hospital Accreditation Commission. So that the results of this study can be used as input for making training programs for nurses related to patient safety.
