Abstract

Pharmaceutical services are direct and responsible services to patients related to pharmaceutical preparations with the aim of achieving definite results to improve the quality of life of patients. The unavailability of drugs at the Pharmacy Installation is usually caused by delays in the arrival of drugs after they are ordered because its stock is empty at the distributor. The purpose of this study was to analyze the planned need for drugs that were lacking in the Pharmacy Installation at Dr. Fauziah Hospital Bireuen Regency, Aceh Province in 2021. The research used qualitative design. Characteristics of key informants were Head of Pharmacy Installation, Person in Charge of Pharmaceutical Supplies, Responsible for Pharmacy Warehouse, Responsible for Outpatient Distribution, Responsible for Inpatient Distribution, Pharmacy Installation Administration Officer, Pharmacy Officer, Distributor Officer, while the main informants were employees. Data collection technique was done by using the Triangulation method. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative with data triangulation stages of technique, source and time.The results of the study showed that planning was done by a planning team that had been formed. The drug procurement process more often used the ordering consumption method based on the e-catalog. In the distribution process, it was done by direct distribution.It is expected that it is necessary to improve the Pharmacy Installation of Dr. Fauziah Hospital Bireuen Regency. The Installation party should further improve the Management Information System (SIM) in queuing drug data.

Abstract

Complete immunization in healthy Indonesia demonstrates the importance and benefits of immunization for the health of children and the world community, addresses the immunization coverage gap through increased program investment, and conveys that complete routine immunization is the basis for strong health. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence the achievement of the immunization program at the Patek Health Center, Darul Hikmah District, Aceh Jaya Regency. This qualitative study contained a sample of 10 people, namely 3 main informants from the Head of the Patek Health Center, 1 immunization Programmer and 1 Implementing Midwife and 5 Village Midwives supporting informants and 2 Community. The results of the research explained by informants that Facilities and infrastructure Although there are still mothers who still do not want to bring their children to immunization, Process (planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation) Planning for immunization activities every month, implementing posyandu not for immunization at Puskesmas, Monitoring monitoring of the local area (PWS), Evaluation of the level of immunization coverage for measles has not been achieved properly. The output of this activity is carried out with cross-programme, cross-sectoral collaboration, professional organizations, NGOs, and community officers/cadres. and Outcome of immunization achievement did not reach 85%. Conclusions and Suggestions It is hoped that as input for the Patek Health Center, Darul Hikmah District, that research provides a positive discourse to further improve the quality of Immunization Program Achievements so that it runs effectively.

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved is to analyze the factors that influence the independence of primiparous mothers in caring for babies in Pidie Jaya Hospital. This type of research uses a descriptive analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study amounted to 56 people, while the sample amounted to 56 Primiparous mothers, with total sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Based on the results of the chi-square test, it is known that the independence of primiparous mothers is related to maternal knowledge p = 0.000, culture = 0.002, trust p = 0.001, maternal age p = 0.001, family support p = 0.003 means that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge, culture, and beliefs. Maternal age, and family support with primiparous mother independence. From the results of multivariate analysis, it is known that the most dominant variable influencing in this study is the Mother's Knowledge variable with an OR value of 21,483. The conclusion in this study is that there is an influence of mother's knowledge, culture, beliefs, maternal age and family support and the most influential variable is mother's knowledge. The suggestion is that it is hoped that this research can be used as reference material for hospitals, especially increasing the competence of midwives in order to maximize mother's knowledge during hospitalization so that they can independently care for their babies at home.

Abstract

Work stress is a widespread issue that often affects or is complained about by employees in several nations. Consequently, the purpose of this research was to analyze the elements that impact the job stress of nurses in the inpatient room at the Regional General Hospital of Doctor Zubir Mahmud, East Aceh Regency. The research design used is a cross-sectional, analytical survey. The population for this research consisted of 129 respondents, and the sample size for the purposive sampling approach was 56 respondents. Using a simple occupational stress questionnaire, data were obtained. Analysis of data using the chi-square test. Workload had a p-value of 0.004, career uncertainty had a p-value of 0.031, and dual roles had a p-value of 0.045, indicating that it affects the job stress of nurses in the inpatient room of the Regional General Hospital Doctor Zubir Mahmud Regency. Eastern Aceh The workload variable has the biggest impact on the job stress of nurses in the hospital, as measured by the value of Exp (B) or the Odds Ratio of 19,222. This research concludes that workload, career ambiguity, and numerous jobs have an effect on the work stress of nurses in the inpatient unit of the Regional General Hospital of Doctor Zubir Mahmud in East Aceh Regency. Researchers recommend that hospitals conduct good communication routinely before work to define duties and responsibilities, give social support, enhance the abilities of nurses to adapt to current changes, and assess the ability of nurses to deal with stress.

Abstract

One indicator of the welfare of a nation can be seen from the human resources in the country, if human growth and development in a country is good, it will increase the productivity of human performance it self and will affect the welfare of the nation. Stunting is one of the nutritional problems that is currently in the spotlight because in additional to its impact on health, it also has an impact on socio-economic conditions. This research method is quantitative using Quasi Experiment (Pretest and posttest design). The sampling method in this study was purpossive sampling. The total sample in this study was 40 pregnant woman who were in the working area of the Mare Health Center. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test. Form the results of the Wilcoxon test analysis, it was found that the p value= 0.101 (p>0.05), which means that the stunting prevention and early detection module is not effective in increasing the knowledge of pregnant women in the working area of the Mare conditions.

Abstract

A condition known as preeclampsia is a pregnancy-related problem that carries with it the risk of death. Those pregnant women who have a history of obstetric complications have a risk that is 1,275 times greater than those pregnant women who do not have such a history. This was shown by the fact that a correlation exists between the two different groups. The presence or absence of pregnancy in a woman may have an impact on whether or not she is at risk of getting diabetes. There has been a shift in the proportion of carbohydrates that are present in the body of the mother ever since it was discovered that she was expecting a child. Diabetes is a condition that may be harmful to a pregnancy regardless of whether it is present before birth or if it is acquired during pregnancy.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is one of the infectious diseases that has become a global health problem and causes a variety of adverse health effects, including psychological factors such as poor socioeconomic conditions, lack of social support, and decreased quality of life due to a diagnosis that causes anxiety in the majority of pulmonary TB patients. Consequently, proper treatment measures are required to limit the prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis and its potential consequences. This research intends to investigate the effect of listening to Asmaul Husna on anxiety in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at Makassar's TK II Pelamonia Hospital. The descriptive technique is a case study of two individuals with pulmonary tuberculosis who meet the following criteria: age > 20 years, Muslim, first 3 months of therapy, willingness to be responders, and excellent orientation. Using a smartphone, patients hear 99 names or traits of Allah that are beneficial for treating the ailment 1 time each day for 10 to 15 minutes. The data were descriptively examined and provided in tabular format. The first responder reported mild anxiety both before and after hearing the Asmaul Husna on the first day of the visit, whereas the second respondent experienced moderate anxiety both before and after hearing the Asmaul Husna. On the second day, the degree of anxiety experienced by the first respondent remained the same as on the first day (moderate scale), however the level of anxiety experienced by the second respondent dropped or eliminated after hearing Asmaul Husna.

Abstract

In the Special Eye Hospital of North Sumatra, it is known that there are several problems that occur which reflect the high number of nurses who experience work stress. This study aims to analyze whether there is a relationship between work stress and the performance of nurses in the Environment Eye Hospital Province Of North Sumatra This research was a quantitative research with a cross sectional research design. The study was conducted at the Environment Eye Hospital Province Of North Sumatra from July to August 2022. The number of samples was 43 nurses who were obtained by total sampling. The data in this study include primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis test, bivariate analysis using Chi-square test and multivariate using logistic regression test. The results showed that in the univariate analysis of 43 respondents, most of the respondents aged > 35 years, as many as 24 (55.4%) respondents, female, as many as 40 (93.2%) respondents with D3 Nursing education as many as 34 (79 ,1%). In the bivariate analysis, it is known that there is a relationship between task demands (p value = 0.024), role demands (p value = 0.001), organizational structure (p value = 0.033), organizational leadership (p value = 0.024) with the performance of nurses in the Special Hospital Environment. Eyes of North Sumatra Province. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the most dominantly related variable was the role demands variable (p value = 0.001).

Abstract

Integrated Service Post or better known as POSYANDU is a means of empowering public health because the implementation model is activated and initiated by the community in line with the needs of each community. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of cadres and barriers to Posyandu cadres in nutritional services for toddlers in Ngijo Hamlet, Karangploso Community Health Center, Malang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. There were 10 informants in this study, consisting of 4 mothers with toddlers, 4 posyandu cadres, 1 health worker and 1 posyandu chairperson. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative and the validity of the data used was data triangulation. The results showed that the cadres had not fully implemented their role in nutritional services for children under five. The obstacle experienced by cadres is the lack of knowledge of cadres about posyandu, especially about malnutrition because they do not receive training. The conclusion in this study is that the role of posyandu cadres in nutritional services for children under five in Ngijo Hamlet, Karangploso Public Health Center, Malang Regency has not been implemented optimally. It is recommended to posyandu cadres and posyandu officers to further improve the knowledge and skills of posyandu cadres, especially in terms of nutrition for toddlers and increase counseling programs to mothers about posyandu and the benefits of implementing posyandu for mothers and toddlers.

Abstract

Motivation is the driving force for nurses to try to achieve maximum work performance in accordance with the work targets achieved. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of nurses in the UPTD of Teluk Dalam Public Health Center, South Nias Regency. This research was a quantitative study with a research design using the Analytical Survey method with a Cross Sectional approach. The research was conducted at the UPTD of the Teluk Dalam Public Health Center, South Nias Regency, from July to August of 202. The number of samples was 70 nurses who were obtained by total sampling. The data in this study include primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis test, bivariate analysis using Chi-square test and multivariate using logistic regression test. The results showed that that there is an effect of responsibility, recognition of work results, incentives, work procedures, opportunities to continue education on the performance of nurses in the UPTD of Teluk Dalam Public Health Center, South Nias Regency. The results of multivariate analysis show that the most dominant variable influencing is the responsibility variable. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that the results of this study become input for the management of the Teluk Dalam Public Health Center in South Nias Regency, to carry out continuous guidance to all nurses so that they are able to be responsible for every task assigned by the leadership.
