Abstract

The increasing competition in digital content has driven the television industry to innovate and adapt to retain its audience. The rapid development of digital platforms forced traditional television media to enhance creativity and establish strong relationships with communities. One such initiative was Sevenhub TRANS7, a platform dedicated to fostering community engagement. This study aim to examine the community relations strategy implemented by Sevenhub TRANS7 to increase brand awareness. This study adopted a qualitative case study approach, using interviews, observations, and documentation as methods of data collection. Based on organization-public relationship (OPR) theory, the findings revealed that Sevenhub applied five dimensions of relationship management, such as trust, openness, engagement, investment, and commitment. As a result, Sevenhub successfully doubled its community members in 2024 compared to 2022.These findings suggested that TRANS7 should establish clear regulations for Sevenhub’s business partner program to facilitate implementation, ensuring mutual benefits for both the company and community members in organizing events.

The method used in the research is a qualitative method approach with an analytical descriptive. The data used are primary and secondary. Primary data was collected by conducting interviews with Rudenim Semarang officers. Secondary data was collected by conducting literature studies. The research results show that the right to information and communication for Detainees is provided both during the COVID-19 pandemic and post-COVID-19 Pandemic, which includes the right to information regarding the continuation of cases faced by Detainees given by forwarding information to Detainees regarding the extent to which Rudenim communicated with the Detainee's country of origin to return the Detainee to his country. The right to communication is exercised by providing a teleconference room that Detainees can use to contact colleagues or relatives via the Internet. The obstacle is the complaint from the Detainee about the time limitation during video calls and the extended response from the Detainee's country/government of origin.

Abstract

Konsumsi produk perawatan laki-laki menunjukan tanda peningkatan.

Jones' organizational theory, namely the existence of an organizational structure. At the same time, the establishment of the PPID organization also regulates coordination and communication between units within the public body and coordination and communication between PPID organs when implementing public information services. Abstract

The trend of horror films in the Indonesian film industry for 2019–2024 has given rise to a media dysfunction affected by the commodification of viral content. This is due to the lack of diversity, decreased quality, and deviation of cultural, religious, and ethical information from the films produced. The research conducted as a references for producers and content creators to address media dysfunction caused by the commodification of viral content. This method of this research uses a qualitative approach by interviewing Indonesian film industry players. The research results that the application of three appropriate types of commodification has the potential to better suppress media dysfunction compared to the application of virality. In addition to collaboration among all parties in the film industry, there needs to be awareness from producers in determining indicators of a film's success, beyond financial profit.
