INFORMATIKA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI is an academic open access journal which aims to promote the integration of science and technology published by Faculty of Creative Industry Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Kalbis. The focus of this journal is to publish papers of science and technology implementation. Submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the journal should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the survival strategy and sustainability of the Katura batik business in Trusmi Kulon, Cirebon Regency. The increase in similar craft businesses and competition with modern textiles has made Trusmi batik entrepreneurs have to carry out strategies so that their business can survive. The concept of analysis of this study is based on observing the behavior and actions of rational and effective batik entrepreneurs in accordance with the social, political, economic and ecological environment in which they live. This research method uses qualitative research methods by compiling field data in the form of documentation and interviews with resource persons consisting of batik craftsmen. While data on the development of batik business in Trusmi itself was obtained by the literature approach method. The results of the study can be explained that the survival and sustainability of the Katura batik business is determined by internal factors, namely batik entrepreneurial behavior and external factors such as geographical conditions and market opportunities. The behavior of batik Trusmi entrepreneurs, shown by their tenacity, loyalty, hard work, and creativity, is one of the main factors that determine the success of a business. In addition, the survival and sustainability of batikbusiness is determined by the entrepreneurs in carrying out their business strategies.

Abstract

The development of Internet technology is widely used for positive things in helping human work, one of which facilitates communication between humans. In this case, CV. Unomax Indonesia is still relying on human as an online customer service to respond to inquiries from customers. As customers grow, it is less effective for customers who want to get quick reply information without time constraints. This study aims to create a web-based information system in the form of chatbot application that can be used by CV. Unomax Indonesia to respond to customer inquiries quickly. The method used is the prototype method as a modeling tool. This application uses PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of the built chatbot application is based on test results using black box testing, it can be concluded that this application can run well and answer each question quickly as expected.

Abstract

Currently many Muslims are traveling to perform the pilgrimage and umroh. It is also supported by one of the religious obligations of Islam that ordered the followers to perform the pilgrimage and umrah for the capable. But to be able to travel hajj or umroh is required for to have some supporting documents. Related documents supporting the pilgrims and umroh journey if prospective pilgrims have lack of supporting documents, the administration of PT. Balad Lumampah solution will contact prospective congregation by phone or SMS which is considered very inefficient. The purpose of this research is to build a system of checking the status of pilgrim document by using website at PT. Balad Lumampah Solution. The method used for system development is Prototyping and built with PHP programming language. The result of this system is facilitate prospective congregation in knowing the development of supporting documents being processed.

Abstract

PT. EMD is a company engaged in the distributor of various kinds of Hardware and Lifestyle products. The company is currently in the stage of implementing an information systemaudit. Previously, this company had implemented an information system as a strategy to support the achievement of business profits in competing in market share. This study aims to assess the information technology governance that has been implemented by the company, so that the writer can provide recommendations for companies to improve the performance of information technology governance. This research uses descriptive research method because it includes data, analysis and interpretation. This research is structured as an inductive research that searches and collects existing data in the field with the aim to measure the level of maturity and recommendation improvement on information technology governance.

Abstract

This literature study discusses the comparison of computer game architecture between PES 2018 and FIFA 18. Both of these games are similar and have fanbase of their respective players. This football game is popular and f amous in the world. Although both are football games, but there are differences in the architecture. Game architecture in this context is the concept of the game, using reusability, determine granularity, risk bugs, and do localization. Every aspect of the architecture has an impact and influence on the end result of computer games. In the end each computer game has its own uniqueness.

Abstract

This article describes a method in developing control charts for generalized variance as a quality statistics in terms of process variability through simulation. Mathematical equation that maps sample size n and number of quality variables p onto constant multiplier of standard deviation K is obtained thorough least square method using simulated data. The constant K for a certain n and p is used for control charts with the upper control limits of UCL=μ+Kσ where μ and σ are the mean and the standard deviation of the generalized variance, respectively. The simulation of finding the constant K is used with the constraint of 3 sigma paradigm.

Abstract

The aim of this research is developing e-jornal for journal Kalbisocio that focuses in management and communication science, and Kalbiscientia that focuses in science and technology. They are published by Kalbis Institute. The journal management is run by the publisher manualy, therefore the publication cannot be worth and realize. Enhancing to manage the journals, is should be an e-journal that assists all the editor team, reviewer, and author to do thier activities. The e-jurnal can be accesed and manage online by editor team, reviewers, and authors. Hence editor team can control all article processing and decide what to do with their problem in order that the articles can be published on time. Developing e-journal will use prototyping method that meets the need of Kalbisocio and Kalbiscientia. The research will develop an e-journal which assist all editor team, reviewers, and authors to do their activities in journal management.

Abstract

As a reliable source of information on students, lecturers and campus community, Library of Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University must have a fast and precise process in service and data processing. Researchers design and build web-based information systems that can be used by librarians in running processes in the library, especially data processing and reports. System development is done with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model. Then the system design is done by modeling language using Unified Modeling Language (UML). While the programming language used is PHP and HTML and database using MySQL. The final result of the design is a webbased library information system for Library of Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University with librarians as users of the system that can process library data and reports. System testing is done by Black Box testing by the system user (librarian), the result of the test can be concluded that the system has been as expected.

Abstract

GKI Raya Hankam Clinic is a health service facility owned by Indonesian Christian Church. GKI Raya Hankam Clinic aims to serve health for the general public who have health problems. The purpose of this research is to build and implement a clinical information system GKI Raya Hankam based on desktop. Researcher used prototyping methods to develop systems. In research generated by information system clinic of GKI Raya Hankam based on desktop can help patient data storage, drug data, record transactions and print receipt or payment transactions. This system can also help search patient data and drugs if the user wants to find the required data. The existence of this clinical information system, clinic of GKI Raya Hankam can easily meet the needs and manage patient data, medicine and payment.
