INFORMATIKA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI is an academic open access journal which aims to promote the integration of science and technology published by Faculty of Creative Industry Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Kalbis. The focus of this journal is to publish papers of science and technology implementation. Submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the journal should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The purpose of this research is to develop an Augmented reality applications that was used to visualize the structure of the bacteria cell and bacteria forms in 3 dimensions. An application developed in this research were dedicated to the Android smartphone users are studying or teaching others about the bacteria cell structure and bacteria forms. Software development methods used in the research and application development is incremental. The incremental amounts required in performing this application development amounted to 4 incremental. At each incremental done the analysis, design, coding, and testing phase. 3Ds Max 2018 is used to doing the design of 3-dimensional form of the bacteria. Unity 3D version 5.6.0 f3 and Vuforia library version 6 is used to doing the development of application. The results of this research is the Android-based Augmented reality application for visualization of bacteria cell structure and bacteria forms.

Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) is a program organized by the government in overcoming poverty and food needs. The BPNT program aims to reduce the burden of expenditure and provide more balanced nutrition to Beneficiary Families (KPM). However, in the implementation of the BPNT program there were still technical problems, including the determination of potential BPNT recipients who were wrongly targeted. To facilitate Government in determining prospective BPNT recipients, the authors make a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting method where this system generates ranking to choose citizens who are entitled to receive BPNT through calculating the criteria of each alternative. It is expected that this application can provide recommendations for prospective BPNT recipients who are more targeted.

In this era of globalization, the competition companies in an industry increasingly tight. Companies are expected to provide the best service to consumers and its business partners. This causes the human resources required for showing the best performance with the company was thus able to compete with its competitors. And therefore the assessment of the most important elements are the employees of a company which could reflect how a company has the HR (human resources) are good or not, because Human Resource are a very important factor in a companies or institutions for the sake of the progress of the company. In this Research of the assessment application the method that we were using is TOPSIS algorithm (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) which aims to test whether the TOPSIS method implemented directly in the application of assessment into employees. Based on data for 10 months, as we can see the data of the final value in the table data to the actual assessment of the employee, and then compare the test results can be viewed by using the application shows the results of the final value is the same as the actual data the difference is only in decimal, based on the test so we can conclude that the success percentage rate method is 80%. Hence the conclusion that can be drawn from the results of testing on TOPSIS method in the use of application implementations, we can use this method and applied this because the success rate is quite high. So that it can be used as a consideration for the final decision by the directiors.

This research was investigated to conduct an audit operational IT service management. Service has become a special key in forming a good organizational environment, there have been many studies that prove that a good level of service is directly proportional to loyalty, productivity, etc. from end users. In this study focused on the operational processes of the information system services provided by the company to all stakeholders of the information system users, because the operational side is the spearhead of the service process that is reached by stakeholders. The researcher conducted a literature study, interviews, observations, questionnaires, examined documents and analyzed the results of questionnaires and document checks to obtain factual data from the field which would later be used as risk analysis and recommendations for solutions to be provided by researchers. The researcher himself uses the ITIL v3 framework which focuses on the Service Operation which will be matched with the information system service commitments contained in the Service Level Agreement.

The use of the Internet has penetrated all aspects of life. One of them in the academic world, is used as a solution to share knowledge and collaborate. The use of cloud computing is one example that allows the academic community to do so. Based on the initial interview, cloud computing technology is only used as a document storage media. Therefore this study aims to examine the factors that influence the use of this technology. The research conducted is quantitative and uses purposive random sampling technique. The questionnaire was distributed in the form of paper and Google Form to S1 students majoring in information systems in South Jakarta and obtained as many as 297 respondents. Data processing was done using PLS-SEM, the result of which was that most hypotheses were accepted with the greatest influence on attittude constructs to continued use intention. But in the moderation effect test, all hypotheses are rejected. This means that the use of technology in students is influenced by their attitude. However, it makes no difference for men and women. The same is true for experienced or not students.

Injustice certainly occurs between communities, especially in politics. This injustice gave birth to activists who fought to defend the rights of the people who were victims of oppression, violence, kidnapping and so on. One of the human rights activists in Indonesia, Munir, who died because he was poisoned on his way to Amsterdam, Netherlands, became the inspiration for a music group called Efek Rumah Kaca on their song ‘Di Udara’. This pop genre song full of political messages conveyed to the community aims to inflame the spirit of activists and is expected to give birth to a new Munir. The political message packaged in the music video for the song ‘Di Udara’ is the focus of this research study. Through the study method all signs and codes contained in the visuals contained in this music video were analyzed using the sign theory namely Semiotics. The purpose of this study was to inflamethe spirit of activists and facilitate the delivery of activists’ messages through music videos.

PT Surya Multi Cipta is a company engaged in manufacturing machine. Sales process at PT Surya Multi Cipta still rely on Microsoft Office and Excel for recording sales and other data. Reporting process is often hampered due to the data must be searched manually, so that required sales information system. The purpose of research is to build information systems sales of PT. Surya Multi Cipta to solve systematic sales and report problems. The method used by researcher to make sales information system is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with prototype method and system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sales information system created using laravel framework and programming language PHP, JavaScript and MySQL database. The results of this research is a websitebased sales information system that helps in the process of selling. Based on the results of testing and evaluation of researchers, sales information system is able to help the business process running.

PT. Tridaya Eramina Bahari is a company engaged in the exporter of marine fish processing.This company does not yet have an integrated system. The process is still manual, making the length ofwork process and frequent errors. The length of the process makes it difficult for a corporate leader tomake a decision. This study aims to analyze and build information systems based on web productionprocess using laravel framework. System development method used is prototype. System modeling usesUML (unified Model Language). Database design using ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). Testingsystem using black box method with alpha testing type. The result of this research is production processinformation system used by company side to facilitate employee job.

Today’s technology continues to grow rapidly because of the function of the technology itselfthat can help users manage a data faster. Thus the application of a system becomes a natural thing ifthe company wants to increase sales of products it has created. Manufacture Company is a companythat produces liquid fertilizer which is then sold to consumers. But in terms of recording the availabilityof goods as well as recording sales transactions are still done manually, it will eventually affect thecompany because of the increasing market demand. Therefore an inventory application system was builtto accommodate this. This application is designed with the main goal of making it easier for workersto record the availability of goods and sales transactions to be more systematic. This application willbe created using Visual Basic programming language and has a database server, MySQL. The methodused to design this application uses SDLC Extreme Programming. This application is expected to beable to simplify the process of recording an item, both material received from suppliers and the resultsof production, as well as produce a better sales report than previously done manually.

This study aims to build a 2-dimensional action-shooter video game using Game MakerStudio. This video game will have two types of gameplay, namely by shooting enemies and capturingenemies. The video game will be built using the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC) process model,which consists of stages: initiation, pre-production, production, testing, beta, and release. The result ofthis research is that the desktop-based 2-dimensional beta version of the video game prototype can runaccording to its function.
