Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis carried out by comparing the target and the realization achieved by CV. Chantika Gorden Palu in controlling the efficiency of marketing activities shows that in 2016 salesperson activities amounted to 27.69%, which means salesperson activities at CV. Chantika Gorden Palu in 2016 was less efficient, while sales promotion activities of 25.83% indicated that sales promotion activities were also less efficient, while advertising activities were efficient with a value of 5.83%. Control of CV marketing activities. Chantika Gorden Palu in 2017 for salesperson activities 11.93% which means that it is quite efficient, then for sales promotion activities it is 24.17% which means sales promotion activities are less efficient, while for advertising activities it is 4.17% which means that advertising activities 2017 is very efficient. Chantika Gorden Palu in 2018 for salesperson activities of 39.84% and sales promotion of 35% which means inefficient, while for advertising activities it is 4.17% which means that advertising activities in 2018 are less efficient.

Abstract

Looking at the formulation of the research problem, the objectives of this study are: (1) To find out and analyze the financial performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk when viewed from the liquidity ratio, (2) To determine and analyze the financial performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk when viewed from the solvency ratio, and (3) To find out and analyze the financial performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk when viewed from the ratio of profitability. This type of research is descriptive research, namely research that describes the financial performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk using financial ratio analysis consisting of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios as the basis for assessing financial performance or the level of the financial soundness of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk, namely the financial statements of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow) for the last 5 (five) years. The results showed that: The financial performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk. when viewed from the liquidity ratio during the 2014-2018 period, it is in the unhealthy assessment criteria (BBB). Financial performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk. when viewed from the solvency ratio during the period 2014-2018 it is in a healthy assessment criterion (A). Financial performance of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk. when viewed from the profitability ratios during the period 2014-2018 it is in an unhealthy assessment criterion (C).

Abstract

The calculation results obtained by using multiple linear regression model analysis shows that the asset structure and company size simultaneously or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the capital structure. This is supported by the F-count value of 24,957 at a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, which means that the F-count value is greater than the F-table value, which is 24.957 > 3.134. Asset structure partially has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. This is supported by the t-count value of -4.813 at a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 which means that the t-count value is smaller than the t-table value, namely -4.813 <1.994. Firm size partially positive and significant effect on capital structure. This is supported by the t-count value of 4.922 at a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, which means that the t-count value is greater than the t-table value, namely 4.922 > 1.994.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To find out and analyze the Hajj and Umrah services at PT. Menara Babussalam Citra Mandiri Palu, and (2) To find out and analyze the factors that support and hinder Hajj and Umrah services at PT. The Babussalam Citra Mandiri Tower in Palu. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using in-depth interviews with research informants, namely directors, managers, and employees of the HRD PT. Menara Babussalam Citra Mandiri Palu as well as several prospective hajj and umrah pilgrims according to research needs and considered to know well information about hajj and umrah services at PT. The Babussalam Citra Mandiri Tower in Palu. The results showed that: Hajj and Umrah services at PT. The Babussalam Citra Mandiri Tower in Palu is quite good, where employees serve prospective pilgrims professionally both when in the homeland and after in the holy land and can cooperate with parties who support the departure of Hajj and Umrah such as administrative services, accommodation, transportation, health, and consumption. Supporting and inhibiting factors of PT. The Babussalam Citra Mandiri Tower in Palu as well as the implementation of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages are barometers for achieving a goal that has been previously set by the management. Factors that support services to pilgrims are the facilities provided to pilgrims such as the types of four and five-star hotels, planes that do not transit, the presence of doctors who accompany pilgrims to provide medicines. While the inhibiting factors are complaints from pilgrims regarding the food menu provided by the hotel and sometimes flight delays due to unfavorable weather for flying.

Abstract

Health development is an integral and important part of national development. The objective of implementing health development is to increase awareness, willingness, and ability to be alive healthy for everybody to create a degree of optimal public health. The advance of health development is not absent from health staffs in it, competent health staff s in their fields and an appropriate number of staffs at every facility of service decided given service quality. To meet the number of staff e appropriately with the demand of health service facilities. job burden analysis is carried out. There are some methods used to do job burden analysis. In this research, the researcher used the method of FTE (Full Time Equivalent) to carry out an analysis of job burden. This research used a descriptive with a qualitative approach, conducting observation, deep interview, and documentation. The informant of this research is ane staff whole plays role as the manager of ABK  data (analysis of job burden) at Puskesmas Pantoloan. Research findings show that the computation result of job burden analysis that used method of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) job burden of health staffs at Puskesmas Pontoloan is overload category because FTE index which is obtained is 2,7. The conclusion of research findings shows that computation result of job burden analysis that used Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) show that job burden of nine kinds of health staffs at Puskesmas Pantoloan include overload category with FTE index 2,7 indicated that the number of health staffs is less than job burden accepted by health staff.

Abstract

Performance is the work result in both quality and quantity that can be achieved by an employee in carrying out his main duties and functions as an employee by responsibilities assigned or given to him. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the performance of employees at the health department of Palu city. The type of research is qualitative and the data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. The informants taken in this study are 1 (one) as Head of Subdivision of Personnel, 1 Head of Subdivision of Health Services and Resources, 1 civil servant, and 1 noncivil servant. The results show the performance of Health Office employees in terms of quantity had many work programs carried out according to the planned targets, regarding the punctuality of employees who are serious enough in doing their work and trying to finish on time because each employee already has a job description, and in terms of independence, employees have taken the initiative incomplete their work without being supervised by the leadership, although there are still some obstacles faced in achieving the organization’s work goals. This research suggests that the Health Agencies further improve massive strategies in developing and improving employee performance.

Abstract

Supplement food os ASI (mother’s breast milk) or MP-ASI is additional food that was given to the baby besides ASI after the baby has been six months old until twelve months old. Supplement food ASI is given to fulfill the need for energy and nutrient substances for a baby who has insufficient ASI. Supplement food ASI is a transitional process from only basic milk food toward semi-common food. This research used the analytical design and approach of Cross-Sectional Study. The population of this research is all 45 women who have babies of 6 to 12 months old at Kelurahan Bonesompe. The sample which was used is the Total Sampling technique. The test which was used in this research is Chi-Square Test. Research findings show that there is a significant correlation between women's or mothers' knowledge and MP-ASI feeding with p-value = 0,03 (p,< 0,05) and there is also a correlation between education and MP-ASI feeding with p-value = 0,02 ( p< 0,05). This research suggested women or mother of family at Kelurahan Bonesompe of Poso Regency to comprehend feeding of ASI supplement food for a baby who has been six months old because a part of MP-SI help meets the need of nutrient toward the baby.

Abstract

In instilling the values ​​of kemuhammadiyahan to others, it is certainly not an easy process, in creating a society that recognizes and also practices the values ​​of kemuhammadiyahn requires a good way or strategy so that what is given to the community can be understood or understood properly. This article discusses strategies for instilling muhammadiyahan values ​​within the Faculty of Islamic Religion, University of Muhammadiyah Palu. which, as the results of our research, found several strategies, such as the inclusion of AIK courses in learning, also holding monthly recitations that discussed kemuhammadiyahan, as well as incorporating kemuhammadiyahan materials into the cadre of organizations of the Faculty of Islamic Religion. And briefly, we convey that the strategy being pursued is very effective and also successful. This can be seen from the quality and insight of the Muhammadiyah in each element within the Faculty of Islamic Religion, as well as the birth of many new Muhammadiyah cadres from the cadre process carried out by organizations within the Faculty of Islamic Religion. In this study, the author uses a naturalistic paradigm, with a qualitative type of research, and with a case study approach.

Abstract

he world of education needs progressivism that can not only realize and develop children's potential and interests through creating learning freedom through children's experiences directly in the community, but progressivism that can lead students to get closer to their God. This study uses the design of a review literature review method in which the literature taken is in accordance with the subject of discussion. With the aim of obtaining information related to progressivism in the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy. The results of the analysis show that: (1) According to the view of Islamic educational philosophy in learning practice, educators not only equip with materials about the world, but also emphasize aspects that are thick with religious nuances and full of divine dimensions, (2) Educators can apply the concept of pprogresivism to teaching methods and materials that are in line with Islamic values, such as speculative methods and contemplative (contemplative), analysis of concepts (language), truth and experience as well as normative (values), historical (historical) and scientific approaches to actual problems, so that children have awareness of worship, obedient and able to face various obstacles during their lives, (3) In Islamic education, it is important to provide provisions for students about things that are useful in life in the world through their learning experiences. So, the author suggests learning methods that are suitable for use in a process of western/Islamic education, namely the method of tours (study tours), projects, dialogues, discussions, experiments, fieldwork, field trips and practical experiences, where students can face and solve problems and can learn from these problems so that they have useful experiences in the hereafter armed with the hereafter.

Abstract

Background: This research is an educator-centered learning method implemented in Islamic religious education learning, which some education experts consider in the country as the cause of not achieving the learning objectives as a whole. New educator-centered understanding can realize one learning goal: the knowledge aspect, while the spiritual, social, and skill aspects are still neglected. The learning method that can recognize all learning objectives is mastery learning. To get a clear picture of mastery learning will be presented in this study. Objective: This study aims to determine the implementation of mastery learning in improving students' understanding can also be considered a learning method that can be implemented to complement the shortcomings of Islamic religious education learning methods so far. Methods: This research approach is descriptive with data collection methods using observation, interviews, and documentation research—the location of this research is SMA Negeri 2 Sigi. Then the data analysis technique used by the researcher is through data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and checking the validity of the data. Results: It is known that the implementation of mastery learning in SMA Negeri 2 Sigi through preparatory steps before the teacher teaches, implementation of knowledge, evaluation, enrichment, and remedial learning. It is also known that mastery learning can improve students' understanding of Islamic religious education subjects. Conclusion: This study concludes that three main things support the implementation of mastery learning in SMA Negeri 2 Sigi. The first is a quality-based curriculum. Local government policies and money. Both human resources and technology. Third, the cooperation of all learning elements by implementing the competitive work method with appropriate rewards.
