Abstract

Career development will exist in the future that depends on human resources, so career development for employees must be carried out in a planned and sustainable manner every year. In other words, career development is one of the human resource management activities that must be carried out as a formal activity in an integrated manner with other human resource activities. Suppose an employee has the skills and is supported by high responsibility for the work given. In that case, the results of the work given by the employee will generally be good, and the leadership can consider the career development of the employee. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of skills and responsibilities simultaneously and partially on the career development of employees of the Regional Library, Archives, and Documents Agency of Parigi Moutong Regency. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained that skills and responsibilities simultaneously or partially significantly affect the career development of the Regional Library, Archives, and Documents Agency employees of Parigi Moutong Regency. j

Abstract

Marketing is a business function that seeks to identify unmet consumer wants and needs, measure how big it is, determine the target market and which position is best served by the company, and determine the appropriate range of products, services, and programs to serve that market. The management in each company is also required to increase and maintain existing customers. Customer satisfaction is one of the determinants of customer loyalty. This study aims to explain the causal relationship between customer satisfaction and the variables that include service quality variables. Furthermore, it describes the quality of service on consumer satisfaction purchasing motorcycles at CV. Central Sulawesi Motor Palu. The sample of this research is 50 respondents with an accidental sampling technique. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study conclude that service quality, from each dimension of tangibles (direct evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), and empathy (attention), both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on consumer purchasing satisfaction—motorcycles on a CV. Central Sulawesi Motor Palu.

Abstract

This research was conducted at MTs.N Parepare Parepare City, using a qualitative research survey approach, the population is participant educate class VII as many as 62 people and the sample as many as 31 people, as well educator MTs.N Parepare Parepare City, with data collection techniques used, namely: observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, as well as data analysis qualitative. In this study it was found , several matter including : first, interaction learning at MTs.N Parepare Parepare City walk conducive and effective, though Still There is constraint limitations facilities and funds. Second In principle, educators apply interpersonal communication in the education and learning process at MTs.N Parepare Parepare City, though Still need improved. Aspect existing interpersonal communication maximum is emphasis importance material lesson learned (51.6%), explanation material in a way communicative and logical (48.8%), bringing it closer distance with participant educate in teaching (61.3%), using internal body movements teach or kinesics (74.2%), using expression face in teaching (51.6%), effort explain with understood language participant educate (58.1), effort serve with clear mention of words and sentences (67.7%), effort embed love of material lesson (77.4%), and presentation effective Because similarity background behind culture and religion (90.3%). Meanwhile, what is necessary improved is design pattern presentation material (9.7%), visualization material lessons (9.7%), encouraging act positive in accordance material (35.5%), using deep verbal description teaching (3.2%), using paralinguistics (25.8%), using instruction appearance (22.6%), and effort equalize perception (25.8%). Abstract

Open selection is a relevant structural position filling mechanism based on the value of accountability and a merit system. Based on Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus, which requires filling the Primary High Leader Position using the system. His study aims to analyze the mechanism for implementing an open selection, commonly called an auction of positions, in procedural accountability for the Primary High Leadership Position of ASN Tolitoli Regency. The approach in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. With the method of collecting interview data and documentation. Research results in bidding for positions, the procedural accountability criteria have been met because the applicable requirements and provisions carried out each stage by Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus.

Abstract

PT. The Regional Development BANK (BPD) of Central Sulawesi is a regionally-owned enterprise. The existence of PT. The Regional Development BANK (BPD) of Central Sulawesi as a regional company has become a Trusted bank in Indonesia, Healthy, Developing, Developing Competitive, Appropriate Technology and Contributing to the Economic Growth of Central Sulawesi. This study reveals that the allowance for possible losses on earning assets is the part prepared to cover the risk of default from classified earning assets. With PPAP, the Company is able to minimize losses that are greater than losses caused by uncollectible productive assets. And the company's profitability is strongly influenced by the quality of its productive assets (because the company's main source of income comes from productive assets), quality productive assets are assets with a small default rate and the existing failure to pay can be covered by the level of prepared reserve funds (PPAP).

Abstract

The calculation results obtained using the multiple linear regression analysis models show that capital structure and growth opportunity simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on firm value. This is supported by the F-counted value of 4,645 at the 0.011 significance level smaller than 0.05, which means that the F-count is greater than the F-table value of 4,645> 3,058. The capital structure is partially insignificant to the company. This is supported by the T-count value of 0.273 at a significance level of 0.785 greater than 0.05, which means that the T-count is smaller than the T-table value of 0.273 <1.976. The growth opportunity is partially negative and significant. This is supported by a T-count value of -3.033 at a significance level of 0.003, smaller than 0.05, which means the amount smaller than the T-table value is -3.033 <1.994.

Abstract

This study aims: is to determine the occupancy rate at Hotel Wisata Palu, which causes it to survive the immense competition in the hotel business sector in Palu City. In 2019, the room occupancy rate increased, with the deluxe premium room type, the number of rooms sold in 2019 amounting to 159 rooms with an occupancy value of 79.5. Only room types, the number of rooms sold in 2019, is 216 rooms with an occupancy value of 15.43. The number of superior rooms sold in 2019 is 945 rooms with an occupancy value of 236.26. Standard room types, the number of rooms sold in 2019 amounted to 1,085 rooms with an occupancy value of 180.83. Hotel Wisata Palu management maintains occupancy rates and understands market demands supported by a good marketing strategy. Hotel Wisata Palu, as a service company, can implement a service marketing strategy and see the realities of business in Palu City

Abstract

The process of providing logistics at the Pasangkayu Regency Social Service is by the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 82 / HUK / 2005, concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, starting from a recording or identifying and assessing needs including logistics and equipment, from which assistance is received, what kind of help, how much and how to use it. The research objective was to identify and analyze the logistics supply control for disasters at the Pasangkayu Regency Social Service Office. The research method uses the Economical Order Quantity method in minimizing the cost of logistics supplies at the Pasangkayu Regency Social Service. The reporting system carried out by warehouse officers at the Pasangkayu Social Service provides information about logistical data/goods in the warehouse and is made periodically and continuously from releasing and distributing logistics/goods. In carrying out the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, which aims to get the optimum number of orders, of course, it must be supported by an information system that can find out the amount of use of each logistics available at the Pasangkayu Regency Social Service Warehouse.

Abstract

The national education exam above explains that Indonesia's implementation of education is directed at preparing quality human resources, namely obedience to religious teachings, healthy body and soul, knowledgeable, independent, creative, and responsible. This study aimed to obtain, analyze, interpret, and describe/describe the data regarding the level of knowledge competence and social attitude competence of class VIII students of SMPN 40 Makassar through the application of the STAD cooperative learning model with authentic assessment. The research design used was a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design in which neither the experimental group nor the control group was chosen randomly. This study's results are the competence of knowledge through the application of conventional learning models for students of class VIIIISMP Negeri 40 Makassar in the excellent category with an average score of 75.6364. The level of knowledge competence through applying the STAD cooperative learning model with authentic assessment for class VIIISMP Negeri 40 Makassar students is in the excellent category, with an average score of 82.3030. The competency level of social attitudes through applying conventional learning models for class VIIISMP Negeri 40 Makassar students is in a suitable category, with an average score of 80.8083. The level of social competence through applying the standard cooperative learning model with authentic assessment for students of the 40 State Viiismp class in Makassar is in the outstanding category with an average of 90.7647. There is a significant effect of applying the standard cooperative learning model with an authentic assessment of students' knowledge competence in class VII SMP Negeri 40 Makassar. There is a significant effect of applying the standard cooperative learning model with an authentic assessment of the competence of students' social attitudes in class VII SMP Negeri 40 Makassar.

Abstract

There were 129 cases of anemia at Anutapura Hospital in Palu in 2018 due to the lack of compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets during pregnancy. This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with maternal compliance in consuming iron tablets at Anutapura Hospital. This research is a quantitative study with cross-sectional study design. Sampling in this study using accidental sampling method to 65 respondents. Analysis of statistical test results in this study using the Chi-Square test with a value of α = <0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between knowledge and compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets with a p-value of 0.000 and attitudes of compliance with pregnant women consuming iron tablets with a p-value of 0.000. It is recommended for midwives, cadres in posyandu, as well as health workers in the health promotion sector, to conduct counseling on the pattern of consuming iron tablets to overcome nutritional problems, especially in pregnant women
