Abstract

The digital transformation of madrasah education requires strategic management of human resources (HR) to ensure the success of digital-based learning and administration. However, limitations in digital competence, resistance to change, and lack of structured development programs remain challenges. This study aims to analyze HR management strategies in supporting madrasah digitalization at MAN 2 Bireuen. A qualitative-descriptive approach was employed, involving interviews, observation, and documentation with school principals, teachers, and educational staff as participants. The findings reveal that HR planning is conducted strategically through digital competence-based recruitment, indicating the institution’s commitment to adaptive and evidence-based staffing. HR organizing is implemented through a non-formal, competence-oriented team structure, though it poses risks of role ambiguity without clear accountability mechanisms. HR development is carried out comprehensively through formal training (RTM, Kemenag Pintar), self-directed learning, and in-class technical assistance. Finally, supervision is conducted through participatory evaluations in regular meetings, serving not only as performance assessment but also as a medium for collective reflection and continuous improvement. This study concludes that integrated and adaptive HR management is crucial for successful digital transformation in madrasahs, especially in regions with limited resources.

Abstract

The demand for ice cubes among the community and vendors around the Universitas Malikussaleh campus has increased in tandem with the university's expansion. Reuleut Timu, a village situated within the university's vicinity, possesses the potential to develop ice cube production and distribution enterprises, particularly catering to beverage and juice vendors managed by local residents and students. This condition presents an opportunity for the youth of Reuleut Timu to generate income and stimulate the growth of the creative economy. The production process involves utilizing repurposed air conditioner (AC) compressors. This assembly is characterized by its ease of construction, energy efficiency, and the ability to produce ice cubes in a relatively short duration of 3 to 4 hours. The objective of this training is to provide knowledge and information to the local youth regarding rapid ice-making equipment, with the aim of establishing village-owned or private enterprises. The methodology employed included training in equipment assembly and maintenance, followed by a one-month internship for the participants. The results of the training indicated high levels of participant enthusiasm, with attendees gaining proficiency in the construction and maintenance of rapid ice-making machines. Community support for this initiative was substantial, evidenced by orders placed for the equipment to be used for business purposes. Participants intend to utilize this equipment as a village-based enterprise to serve as a source of revenue, fulfilling the significant local demand for beverage-related businesses.

Abstract

Early adulthood is a transitional phase that is vulnerable to academic pressure, career determination, and future uncertainty, so that final year students have the potential to experience a quarter-life crisis (QLC). This phenomenon reflects psychosocial issues that have not been optimally addressed. This study analyzed the effect of self-compassion and social support on QLC in final semester nursing students. The research design used was a quantitative cross-sectional study with 160 respondents selected purposively from a total of 246 students. Data collection instruments included the Quarter-life Crisis Scale, Self-Compassion Scale , and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support . Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and Spearman correlation. The results showed that self-compassion and social support were in the moderate category, while the level of QLC tended to be high. There was a significant negative relationship between self-compassion and QLC (? = -0.699; p = 0.000) and between social support and QLC (? = -0.400; p = 0.000). These findings confirm that low self-compassion and social support contribute to increased QLC in final semester nursing students. The research results indicate the need for promotive and preventive interventions to strengthen these psychosocial protective factors

Abstract

The Community Early Warning Forum (Forum Kewaspadaan Dini Masyarakat/FKDM) is a participatory platform for community participation in identifying and preventing potential threats, challenges, obstacles and disturbances (ATHG) that could impact public security and social order. This research aims to analyse the performance of FKDM program conducted by Sub-Department of National Unity and Political Affairs (Subankesbangpol) of North Jakarta Administrative City especially in Tanjung Priok District. A descriptive qualitative approach was utilized using interviews, observations and documentation as data collection techniques. Informants were purposively selected. The results show that the cross-sectoral cooperation of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the Indonesian National Police (Polri), the Attorney General’s Office, and intelligence units from ministries and non-ministerial government agencies strongly supports the success of the FKDM program. FKDM in Tanjung Priok has track various programs, including a campaign to raise the awareness of community security, neighbourhood watch and night patrol activities, education on disaster management, anti-drug campaigns, and family-strengthening programs. These initiatives have resulted in increased public awareness, reduced crime rates and better coordination of local security. However, there are still challenges in terms of resource optimization, capacity building of members and long-term sustainability of the programs. Therefore, the study recommends that training programs should be improved, the utilization of information technology should be expanded and collaboration among stakeholders should be strengthened to enhance FKDM’s role in preserving the security of the community and public order.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Deep Learning approach in Pancasila and Civic Education and to examine its effect on improving students’ democratic literacy and critical attitudes at SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Tiga. The research employed a quantitative approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, involving 30 Grade VIII students selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using democratic literacy tests, critical attitude questionnaires, and observation sheets, then analyzed through descriptive quantitative methods, while the level of improvement was calculated using the N-Gain formula. The results indicate a significant increase, where the average score of students’ democratic literacy rose from 68.4 to 84.2, and the average score of critical attitudes increased from 65.7 to 82.6. This improvement occurred across all measured indicators, accompanied by greater student involvement and activeness during the learning process. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Deep Learning approach is proven effective in enhancing students’ democratic literacy and critical attitudes. This approach creates a meaningful, contextual, and student-centered learning process, making it highly relevant to support the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and the strengthening of the Pancasila Student Profile.
