Journal Kreator (p-ISSN:2548-9542) mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian di bidang Ilmu cetak grafika baik konvensional maupun digital (2D, 3D, 4D) yang meliputi persiapan hingga penyelesaian cetak berikut aplikasinya pada industry yang terdiri dari perencanaan dan manajemen produksi, teknik produksi, pengendalian mutu bahan dan proses, perawatan mesin, dan pemasaran produk yang berupa produk cetak komunikasi publik, kemasan, security, cetak tekstil dan cetak elektronik.

Abstract

Pemilihan air conditioner (AC) menggunakan metode SAW adalah sebuah produk jasa pemilihan sebuah alat elektronik berjenis AC yang dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam menentukan pilihan jenis AC yang akan mereka pilih untuk digunakan. Banyak konsumen yang membutuhkan waktu lama. karena proses pemilihan jenis AC masih kurang efesien dan efektif sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem penunjang keputusan untuk mempermudah proses penentuan kriteria pemilihan jenis AC . Tujuan dari membuat suatu sistem penunjang keputusan pemilihan AC (Air Conditioner) untuk mempermudah proses penyeleksian AC yang yang sesuai keinginan konsumen, mencatat kebutuhan konsumen, dan membuat laporan. Dalam penelitaian ini peneliti menggunakan permodelan Flowchart dan Pseudecode. Sedangkan pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan MySql untuk pengolahan Database. Dengan adanya sistem penunjang keputusan pemilihan AC (Air Conditioner) ini, maka diharapkan dapat membantu konsumen dalam proses pemilihan jenis AC.

Abstract

Paper cups are disposable cups made of paper-based material covered with laminated plastic to prevent leakage. Paper Cups have two types, namely the hot cup and cold cup. The hot cup type paper cup is a paper cup that is specifically for hot drinks that has a onesided PE laminated layer. In producing paper cup packaging, one of the machines used is the ZBJ-X12 paper cup forming machine which has high technology in producing paper cups. This machine uses ultrasonic welding to glue the body of the paper cup and uses a heater to glue the bottom of the paper cup, the gluing process on this machine does not use glue as an additional material. In this machine, problems are often encountered while carrying out the production process, so that the production process becomes hampered and affects the quality of a product. Problems that often occur include tearing at the lip of the cup, paper cup stuck in the heater, and the bottom cup not sticking together perfectly. This problem is often encountered and hampers the production process and affects the quality of the product being produced. Based on the results of data collection in the form of observations, interviews, and literature studies, it can be concluded that machine maintenance and the knowledge and skills of operators on machines can affect the smooth production process and the quality of a product being produced.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui harga pokok produksi Direct Transfer Film (DTF) Pada Mesin Audley Di Percetakan dengan Metode Variabel Costing. Penentuan Harga Pokok Produksi merupakan hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan dalam suatu perusahaan karena untuk mengetahui besarnya pengeluaran biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah adalah analisis kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan menggunakan perhitungan secara Variabel Costing. Harga jual yang telah dihitung oleh penulis tidak termasuk profit perusahaan hanya sampai dengan Variabel Costing tidak dengan biaya penepatan harga jual. Percetakan diharapkan dapat menerapkan metode variable costing dalam perhitungan harga pokok produksi dalam penentuan harga jual produk Direct Transfer Flim (DTF).

Abstract

The calendar is one of the objects that can never be separated from people's lives, with the existence of a calendar the community can easily manage the time that has been planned every day as a regulator of activities to make them more precise and orderly. At this time the use of calendars has decreased, the results of a survey conducted by the authors of 50 people found 76% of people preferred the use of desk calendars compared to wall calendars. CV. Jaya Graphic usually only produces wall calendars with unattractive designs. This can be an obstacle for the company because it can result in a decrease in annual turnover. Based on the problems described above, the authors developed a desk calendar product with a vector-based image design. The advantages of vector-based images are that when the image is enlarged it will not break so that it can illustrate the advantages of the printed result with a firm shape and sharp colors

Abstract

Formulasi Baru Pembuatan Kertas Berbasis Serat Aren sebagai Potensi Material Grafika di Masa Depan telah dilakukan. Tahap awal pembuatan kertas dilakukan dengan membuat pulp dilakukan dengan cara metode kimia sulfat dengan mencampurkan larutan Natrium Hidroksida dan Sodium Sulfida masing-masing sebanyak 262,98 ml dan 116,67 ml dimasak menggunakan mesin rotary digester selama 2+2 jam dengan suhu 170°C. Perbandingan sampel dan larutan pemasak adalah 1:4. Selanjutnya pulp dicuci dan dikeringkan dengan mesin pengering. Sebelum dicetak pulp terlebih dahulu digiling hingga mencapai derajat kehalusan ideal suatu pulp yaitu 250-500 ml CSF. Kemudian pulp dicetak sehingga didapatkan lembaran kertas. Dari pengukuran morfologi menggunakan Scanning Electron Microscope dengan perbesaran 500x dan tegangan 10kV didapatkan ukuran serat kertas berbasis batang aren sebesar 20 mikron.

Abstract

The packaging printing production process cannot be separated from the problems that affect the product yield, and solvent residue is one of them. Quality control or quality control is needed in a business to achieve the desired results and minimize problems so that these products can be sold to customers. Product quality has several weaknesses, such as residual solvent, sealing and leaking. Apart from the disadvantages mentioned, the most important critical point is the high residual solvent content. The way to solve the problem at the critical point of remaining solvent is to clean the chamber, exos and chiller and increase the temperature of the chamber so that the evaporation of the remaining solvent remains, and gas chromatography examination to assist in sample verification. Based on the problems identified, product quality results at PT X can reduce problems in products with high solvent residues. PT X is a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of cooking oil products.

Abstract

One of the MSME City of Bogor with ketapang seeds as its superior product packs its products in plastic jar packaging and labeled with art paper. Packaging like this has complaints from consumers such as requiring a lot of space during storage, packaging that is easily damaged, lack of information and unattractive product packaging. This is the basis so that research is needed to design packaging into new packaging. The research process begins with extracting information, looking for references, making sketches, testing packaging materials, mock up layouts, 3D designs, packaging mock ups and revisions to produce good packaging. This aims to facilitate marketing activities, improve image, and product sales. From the results of the study, the results of the SWOT analysis were obtained in the form of strengths such as visually attractive packaging, elegant, easy to carry anywhere, weaknesses such as secondary packaging not being able to withstand exposure to very large amounts of water, opportunities such as: facilitating marketing activities, enhancing product image. threats such as: competition with similar products in other regions.

Abstract

Risk Assessment is a process of identifying and analyzing risks to determine the level of threat/danger to archive damage. The results of the Risk Assessment activities can be used to formulate archive preservation policies and strategies in carrying out preservation actions both preventively and curatively. The Risk Assessment activity is an activity that is expected to make it easier to determine steps in prevention, repair, maintenance of physical archives in general, including the information contained therein and can be used to formulate policies. The purpose of writing this final project is to determine the parameters observed in the risk assessment process of Semarang static archival paper, and determine the extent of the damage so that it can be used as a reference to determine whether restoration and reproduction are necessary. The risk assessment steps carried out consist of preparation, implementation and evaluation. Parameters observed in the risk assessment process of Semarang static archive paper included the shape of the binding and the causes of damage to archival documents caused by chemicals, pests and water stains. The results of the archival paper risk assessment show that the document has a high level of damage and is very vulnerable and easily broken so restoration activities are needed. The factors that cause the most damage to archival paper are insects, ink corrosion, foxing stains and acidification
