Abstract

The researcher's initial observations show that the Department of Housing, Settlements, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of Sidoarjo Regency in the Spatial Planning Sector has not implemented a good performance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze employee performance based on the work culture of the state civil apparatus in the Spatial Planning of the Housing, Settlement, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Office of Sidoarjo Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study indicate that the work culture in the Spatial Planning sector has an effect on employee performance. The research findings indicate that the indicator of a lack of work culture is employee discipline. There are still some employees who are inconsistent in terms of punctuality in entering office hours. Although the human resources are complete in the field of spatial planning, in the eyes of the community it seems to delay the service time. The presence of time delays when entering office hours makes the performance of employees in the Spatial Planning sector considered less by the public which ultimately creates a negative stigma to Spatial Planning employees.

Abstract

Penelitiаn ini bertujuаn untuk mengetаhui bаgаimаnа koordinаsi аntаrа pemerintаh pusаt dаn pemerintаh dаerаh dаlаm pembаngunаn jаlаn nаsionаl di Kаbupаten Ende, sertа аpа sаjа fаctor-fаktor pendukung dаn penghаmbаt dаlаm koordinаsi ini. Dаlаm penelitiаn ini menggunаkаn metode penelitiаn kuаlitаtif dengаn memerlukаn informаn sebаnyаk 6 orаng. Teknik pengаmbilаn dаtа yаng digunаkаn yаitu wаwаncаrа secаrа mendаlаm, observаsi dаn dokumentаsi. Hаsil penelitiаn ini menunjukаn bаhwа komunikаsi yаng dilаkukаn oleh pemerintаh pusаt dаn pemerintаh dаerаh dаlаm pembаngunаn jаlаn nаsionаl di Kаbupаten Ende belum sepenuhnyа efektif dikаrenаkаn terhаlаng oleh mаsаlаh jаringаn di Kаbupаten Ende yаng mаsih terlihаt tidаk cukup bаik sehinggа informаsi yаng dibutuhkаn cukup terlаmbаt. Pemerintаh Pusаt maupun Pemerintah dаerаh sаdаr betаpа pentingnnya koordinаsi, dаn koordinаsi sаngаtlаh penting аntаrа pemerintаh pusаt dаn pemerintаh dаerаh аgаr proses pembаngunаn jаlаn nаsionаl dikаbupаten Ende dаpаt berjаlаn dengаn mаksimаl.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the service innovations provided by the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. In this study the authors used descriptive qualitative research methods. The focus of this research is the implementation of innovation in making E-KTP, KK, Deed, Death Certificate, Divorce Certificate and others and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the ijovasi. The primary data source in this study is the government apparatus of Ende Regency which is related to the management of population administration, namely the Population and Civil Registry Office of Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Meanwhile, the information in this research is the employees of the Population and Civil Registry Office of Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province and the people who take care of changes to E-KTP, KK, Deed, Death Certificate. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is to process and interpret the data. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that service innovations in making E-KTP, KK, Deeds, Death Certificates, Divorce Certificates and others at the Population and Civil Registry Office, Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province show that GARUGIWA innovations and Additional Working Time can create excellent service. These innovations have many advantages and some of them can shorten the time and quickly. However, the GARUGIWA innovation and Additional Working Time also have an inhibiting factor, namely the low network connection so that it can become an obstacle to the success of an innovation.

Abstract

The virtual era requires artists to be more developed in their work and also be able to apply their work to virtual media. UPT Taman Budaya as a place where artists show their existence which will later be uploaded through the YouTube account of UPT Taman Budaya, namely Cak Durationm, in this case UPT Taman Budaya helps artists to continue to develop through virtual event performances in the Cak Duration building. By using direct observation techniques in the field, the author is assisted by employees. The author as an internship student at UPT Taman Budaya participates in helping virtual event activities during the internship, and the author also provides suggestions and solutions to promote the virtual event through promotional advertisements on social media belonging to UPT Taman Budaya

Abstract

The city of Surabaya itself has received an award as a city that has implemented good governance at the world level. However, the facts in the field are still found some principles of good governance that have not been applied, therefore it is necessary to conduct research on the application of good governance in central agencies in the city of Surabaya. In this study, the object chosen was the Government Administration and Regional Autonomy Section, because this agency is a central part of the process of governance and autonomy in the city of Surabaya. This type of research is qualitative, which from this research shows that there are 2 principles that are not implemented properly there, namely transparency and efficiency, limited access to information to the public because only the SITOMAS application can be accessed by the public. Then for efficiency, sometimes many tasks overlap because there are many complaints from the public who come to the BAPOD office even though it is not their job, as a result many tasks are not completed according to the deadline.

Abstract

Gili Iyang Island is one of the most beautiful islands known for its very high oxygen content to attract both local and foreign tourists to visit the island of Gili Iyang. There are several reasons that are the most important factors in the development of tourism, including its remote location making transportation facilities, some facilities for tourists are inadequate, many people in the Gili Iyang area are unable to speak Indonesian. From this explanation, the author uses a qualitative approach in the form of descriptive research.

Abstract

Kasus Tindak Pidana korupsi setiap tahun di Provinsi Jawa Timur menjadi salah satu faktor penurunan kualitas dan kuantitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Aparatur Negara kepada masyarakat. Birokrasi sebagai pelaksana tugas pemerintah melakukan perubahan agar pelayanan yang akan diberikan dapat mencapai sasaran Reformasi Birokrasi dan mendekatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Agar dapat mewujudkan percepatan Reformasi Birokrasi terutama pada lingkup unit kerja Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur, Kementerian PANRB dan Pemerintahan Provinsi Jawa Timur merespon hal tersebut dengan menerbitkan Peraturan Menteri PANRB Nomor 52 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pembangunan Zona Integritas Menuju Wilayah Bebas Korupsi dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani di Lingkungan Instansi Pemerintah dan pada tahun 2019 Kemenpan RB memperbaharui Peraturan tersebut dengan menerbitkan Permen PANRB Nomor 10 Tahun 2019 yang mengatur dengan lebih detail mengenai mekanisme pelaksanaan pembangunan unit kerja yang telah membangun Zona Integritas Menuju WBK dan WBBM.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the main actors in the development of a country's economic sector. The resilience of MSMEs is proven by the ability to withstand the existing financial crises. However, the development of MSMEs is hampered by several internal and external problems, with one of the main problems being the low awareness of business actors about financial management. Good financial management is influenced by several factors, where the focus in this study is the financial literacy factor and financial attitude owned by MSE’s (Micro and Small Enterprises). Good financial literacy will make business people able to utilize knowledge in the field of finance in making the right decisions in improving their business performance. While a good financial attitude can improve an individual's behavior towards the money he has. So the author is interested in compiling a study entitled "The Influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Attitudes on the Performance of Umk Financial Management (Study of Micro Business Actors in The Culinary Field in Surabaya City). The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of financial literacy and financial attitudes on the performance of MSE’s financial management. This type of research is quantitative, using the "purposive sampling" sampling method, which is the determination of samples with certain considerations or criteria. The number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that respondents can access through Google Form. This study shows the results that Financial Literacy and Financial Attitudes have a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Performance.
