Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kawasan wisata Ke’te’ Kesu’ terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya di Kabupaten Toraja Utara dan bagaimana strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam mendukung pengembangan kawasan Ke’te’ Kesu’.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan proses pengambilan data melalui kegiatan observasi,dokumentasi dan survei kuesioner dimana penarikan sampelnya menggunakan metode purpose sampling.data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji analisis chi-square dan analisis SWOT.Dari hasil analisis uji chi-square yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kawasan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan kawasan wisata Ke’te’ Kesu’ adalah variabel daya tarik, sarana, keamanan dan kenyamanan. Kemudian dari hasil analisis SWOT diperoleh strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu meningkatan aspek sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat,Mengikutsertakan masyarakat dalam mengelola Potensi kawasan ke’te’ kesu’,melibatkan dukungan masyarakat ke’te’ kesu’ untuk menjadikan objek wisata yang strategis dan Menjalin komunikasi yang baik antara pemerintah kelurahan dengan dinas pariwisata toraja utara.

Abstract

This study aims to identify how the pattern of community interaction and determine the impact of community interaction that affects the review of the capital of Salahutu District. The results of the analysis show that the picture or pattern of community interaction in the Salahutu District area occurs in several aspects, namely Social Conditions, Social Order, Belief Systems (Religious Tolerance), Social Norms (Customs) and Social Renewal (Social Interaction) between communities in villages. Analysis of the impact of community interaction on the review of the capital of Salahutu District found that the pattern of community interaction had a positive and negative impact on the capital of Salahutu District (Tulehu). The suggestion in this study is that in order not to shift local cultural values (local wisdom), the local government through the tourism office and social office of Central Maluku Regency continues to socialize programs based on local wisdom, for example by making the Salahutu cultural festival once a year. The preparation of the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) of Central Maluku Regency should consider the spatial structure of the sub-districts in the Central Maluku Regency area and be synchronized with the diversity of local wisdom of the community. This is so that the resulting spatial planning products are also based on local wisdom.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the factors causing the limited availability of Green Open Spaces (GOS) in Masamba City, evaluate the impacts of this scarcity, and formulate development strategies to support sustainability. The research methodology encompasses both qualitative and quantitative approaches, involving data collection through observation, documentation, interviews, and analysis using the Green Blue Index (GBI), as well as a literature review and qualitative descriptive analysis. The study findings reveal that the availability of GOS in Masamba City, as measured by the GBI, is influenced by factors such as limited funding, restricted land availability, low community engagement, and insufficient government awareness regarding the importance of GOS. Qualitative analysis also identifies adverse consequences of the GOS shortage, including increased air pollution, reduced rainwater absorption capacity, and higher temperatures. Efforts to develop GOS must consider economic, social, and environmental aspects of sustainable development. This includes wise financial allocation, efficient land management, increased community participation, and heightened awareness and education about the benefits of GOS for the environment and community well-being. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers and the Masamba City community to enhance the availability of Green Open Spaces and effectively integrate them into urban development planning to achieve comprehensive sustainable development goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of settlement growth around the landfill and appropriate directions to control the space around the landfill. The type of research used is quantitative research as a consideration and reference material in descriptive analysis. The variables used in this study, among others; (1) Urbanization, (2) Livelihoods, (3) Institutions, and (4) Limited Land. The analysis method used is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis in determining factors that affect settlement growth. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the variables that most influence the growth of settlements around the Caddika landfill are urbanization and livelihoods. So that these two most influential variables are used as directions to control the space around the landfill accompanied by space control instruments, such as; zoning regulations, incentives and disincentives, licensing and imposition of sanctions.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of disaster risk and be able to formulate directions for mitigation and evacuation of landslide natural disasters at the research site. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The analytical method to determine the level of vulnerability, vulnerability, capacity, risk to mitigation is superimpose analysis. The results of research that have been conducted regarding the level of disaster risk are 3 (three), namely high, medium, and low. Then there are 2 (two) structural and non-structural mitigation directions at the research site. The evacuation route is along the connecting local road between Tuncung and Tapong villages and the local road in Tanete village. The mitigation directives and evacuation routes are focused on areas that have a high risk of landslides.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to find out the perception and influence of the Citra Mas Square Green Open Space on the social life of the people in Pangkajene City and to find out whether the square Green Green Space has a big impact on every aspect of people's life in Pangkajene City such as the use of sports infrastructure and trade, garden, seating and others. This research is quantitative research with data collection techniques: interviews, questionnaires, surveys, observations and documentation with sampling techniques using probability sampling or random samples using the Simple Random Sampling approach. The data obtained was then analyzed using descriptive analysis and Chi-Square analysis. The main conclusion from this study is that Citra Mas Square Green Open Space has a good influence on society where people use the square green open space as a location to gather, exercise, play and some people even use the location as a trading location. However, some people also believe that in the Citra Mas Square RTH there are still a lack of children's play facilities, there are insufficient rubbish bin facilities and there are no public toilet facilities available for people who visit the Citra Mas Square Green Open Space. So in the future there is a need to improve and provide facilities that are still lacking in the Citra Mas Square Green Open Space, and the role of the Government is really needed in improving the quality and facilities in the Citra Mas Square Green Open Space.

Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research is to identify what factors influence the lack of community participation and what are the directions for increasing community participation in the Somba Opu Cultural Heritage Area in maintaining the quality of the residential environment. The method used to find out what factors influence the lack of community participation is multiple regression analysis. Meanwhile, the method used for guidance in increasing community participation in maintaining the quality of the residential environment is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that the factors that influence community participation are a sense of security, facilities and infrastructure, respect, knowledge and socialization by the government. From the results of the multiple regression analysis, directions were made from the five influencing factors referring to applicable policies, including the Space Utilization Control Law Number 26 of 2007 Article 1 number 15, Gowa Regency Regional Regulations Number 15 of 2012, and Reserve Site Zoning regulations Somba Opu Culture

Nurul Fahira. 2023. "Strategy to Meet Clean Water Needs in the Community of Ajakkang Village, Soppeng Riaja District, Barru Regency". (Guided by S. Kamran Aksa and Emil Salim Rasyidi) The main problems in this study are (1) What factors influence the unfulfilled need for Clean Water in the people of Ajakkang Village, Soppeng Riaja District, Barru Regency? (2) What is the strategy in meeting the needs of Clean Water in the Ajakkang village community? The research was conducted in Ajakkang Village, Barru Regency. Where the need for clean water in this village is needed due to the availability of minimal water sourced from wells and also poor water quality. The analysis used in this study is chi-square test analysis to determine the influencing factors and SWOT analysis to determine the direction of strategies in meeting Clean Water needs. The results of this study show that the variables of water availability and water quality have a strong effect on clean water needs, the variables of clean water facilities have a moderate effect and economic conditions have a weak effect on clean water needs. Efforts to meet clean water needs are carried out in: (a) Utilization of clean water sources derived from springs as an alternative to water sources from wells, (b) improvement of clean water purification technology against existing raw water sources. Abstract

This research aims to determine the water catchment areas in Batua Village, Manggala District, Makassar City and to formulate control over land conversion of water catchment areas in Batua Village, Manggala District, Makassar City. This research is used as consideration and reference material in quantitative analysis. The variables in this research include topography, population, land value, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure, and environmental carrying capacity. The analysis methods used in this research are Correlation Analysis and SWOT Analysis. In terms of the influence of population, land value, accessibility, on land conversion. The strategy used to formulate control over land conversion is utilizing policies to stabilize the growth of facilities and infrastructure in Batua Village, arranging facilities and infrastructure based on the 2015-2034 Makassar City RTRW and structuring residential areas based on the 2015-2034 Makassar City RTRW.

Abstract

Living creatures need water to survive. Water is a very vital need for every individual, because it is useful in supporting life processes on earth. The process of meeting the community's need for clean water is not only oriented to quantity or quantity but also to quality and availability. This research aims to determine the availability of clean water in Tumbang Datu Village, North Sangalla District, Tana Toraja Regency and determine the efforts that can be made to fulfill the availability of clean water. This research uses qualitative methods. The availability of clean water in Tumbang Datu Village, North Sangalla District, Tana Toraja Regency is sufficient to support the daily life needs of the community. Fulfilling the availability of clean water uses springs available in Tumbang Datu Village. Efforts that can be made to fulfill water availability in the future can be done in various ways, such as: building infiltration wells, looking for other sources of water, working together to renovate water networks and storage tanks, building drilled wells, collecting and storing rainwater.
