Abstract

Utilizing village funds through Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) is a strategic effort to improve the welfare of rural communities. However, its implementation often faces challenges such as suboptimal management of local economic potential and limited promotion of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products. This study aims to develop an Android-based application utilizing the Collaborative Filtering method as an innovative solution to support the promotion of village MSME products, enhance the effective use of village funds, and drive economic growth in rural areas. The application is designed to provide MSME product recommendations based on user preferences. Integrating the Collaborative Filtering method, the application analyzes user interaction data to offer relevant product suggestions. Its key features include product search, personalized recommendations, and a user-friendly interface that is easy for rural communities to operate. The black-box method testing results show that this application works according to the designed specifications with a system interface functional success rate of 100% of 31 functional interfaces. increased the promotion and sales of local MSME products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of two multi-criteria decision-making methods, namely Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) in determining the best computer course training place. The background of this study is based on the need to choose a training place that is in accordance with various important criteria such as teacher quality, facilities, costs, and institutional reputation, which often cause difficulties in decision making. The main problem faced is how to choose the most effective and efficient method in providing accurate results according to user preferences. For this reason, the two methods are compared based on their ability to process multi-criteria data by considering the weight and utility of each alternative. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data from several computer course places in a certain area and applying both methods to assess the performance of each place. Thus, the final ranking results show consistency in choosing the best alternative. The Multiicom alternative (AT5) is ranked first in both methods, with a value of 0.940 in the MAUT Method and 0.962 in WASPAS.

Abstract

Kecamatan Sipirok di Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan proses pendaftaran nikah, dengan peningkatan jumlah pernikahan yang menambah beban kerja Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA). Proses administrasi yang masih manual dan kurangnya transparansi informasi menimbulkan inefisiensi dan kesalahan dalam penanganan data, serta kesulitan bagi calon pasangan dalam memantau persiapan pernikahan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Nikah terintegrasi di KUA Kecamatan Sipirok menggunakan metode FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) untuk mengotomatisasi seluruh proses administrasi, meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi pengelolaan data. Metode FAST menggabungkan peramalan cermat dan penjadwalan terperinci, sehingga proses pengembangan sistem dapat berjalan lancar dan sesuai target waktu. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan masyarakat, mempercepat proses administrasi, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang efektif dan akurat, sekaligus memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi yang berlaku. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi dalam bidang sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi, serta menjadi acuan bagi penelitian lain yang ingin mengembangkan sistem informasi serupa. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja KUA, mengurangi kesalahan dalam penanganan data, dan memberikan transparansi lebih baik kepada calon pasangan suami-istri, sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Kantor KUA Kecamatan Sipirok.

Abstract

Infrastructure needs planning requires careful consideration of the availability and needs of raw materials, such as fly ash, which is often used in various construction projects. One of the main challenges in this planning is the uncertainty in predicting the supply and demand of fly ash. To overcome this problem, this study applies the Fuzzy Sugeno method, which is an approach in Fuzzy logic, to analyze fly ash stocks and plan infrastructure needs more effectively. This method allows processing uncertain and subjective data, such as estimates of fly ash stock and demand that can vary over time. Using the Fuzzy Sugeno model, calculations are carried out to determine the optimal stock level and predict long-term fly ash needs. The results of this study are expected to provide a more accurate picture of fly ash needs planning and assist related parties in making more efficient decisions in infrastructure planning. The results of the process carried out from January 2023 to December 2023 obtained a mape value of 30%, this value is included in the reasonable category.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mencakup ketidakpastian pasokan teh, fluktuasi harga bahan baku, terbatasnya kapasitas produksi, tantangan mempertahankan kualitas produk yang konsisten, dan kompleksitas koordinasi distribusi bahan baku antar outlet untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku yang efisien untuk IKM Mimici menggunakan pendekatan terintegrasi Fuzzy dan metode AHP. Metodologi penelitian ini diawali dengan studi literatur tentang persediaan dan metode Fuzzy AHP, dilanjutkan identifikasi masalah persediaan teh IKM Mimici. Tahap berikutnya adalah pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, kemudian penerapan Fuzzy Sugeno untuk kategorisasi bahan baku. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis prioritas menggunakan AHP dan pengolahan data dengan software terkait. Penelitian diakhiri dengan penyusunan laporan hasil penelitian. Analisis pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku teh di IKM Mimici mengungkapkan pentingnya fokus pada kualitas dan ketepatan waktu pengadaan. Metode Fuzzy Sugeno berhasil mengatasi ketidakpastian dalam pengelolaan stok, sedangkan metode AHP membantu memprioritaskan kriteria pengadaan. Meski demikian, implementasi terkendala keterbatasan sumber daya untuk pemantauan persediaan, sehingga diperlukan integrasi teknologi informasi dalam sistem manajemen. Analisis perencanaan persediaan bahan baku daun teh IKM Mimici di Bogor mengkombinasikan Fuzzy Sugeno dan metode AHP untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen stok. Fuzzy Sugeno menangani data tidak pasti seperti persediaan dan penjualan, sementara metode AHP menentukan prioritas berdasarkan kriteria risiko, biaya, dan kualitas. Kombinasi ini menghasilkan pengelolaan persediaan yang lebih akurat dan efisien dalam menghadapi permintaan pelanggan yang fluktuatif.

Abstract

The demand for animal products, especially eggs, as a source of easily digestible and high-quality protein, continues to increase significantly. Eggs play an important role in nutrition due to their rich protein content. However, eggs have weaknesses in terms of durability, as they can deteriorate due to various factors such as natural damage, chemical exposure, and microbial contamination that can enter through their shells. Therefore, sorting eggs is crucial to ensure their quality before consumption. Traditional sorting methods commonly used involve using a flashlight in dark rooms or employing water immersion techniques, which have limitations in accuracy and efficiency. In light of these issues, this research aims to develop an egg sorting device using Arduino Uno as the microcontroller, along with a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) for detecting the condition of the eggs and a Load Cell for measuring the weight of the eggs as the basis for sorting. The results of this study indicate that the combination of these two sensors can minimize errors in the sorting process and expedite egg production activities. Consequently, this device is expected to provide solutions for poultry farmers and egg sellers in enhancing product quality and increasing consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Emergency accidents often happen unexpectedly and require quick first aid treatment. People's lack of knowledge about first aid often exacerbates the situation. This research aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the mobile application “First Aid” using the interaction prototype method. This application is designed to provide guidance that is easy to understand and follow by ordinary people in providing first aid in emergency situations. With attractive visualizations and simple language, it is hoped that this application can bridge people's difficulties in understanding first aid procedures and increase responsiveness in emergency situations. First aid applications on smartphones can help people provide faster help during emergency situations. Based on this, this research specifically focuses on designing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of a first aid application designed to provide fast and appropriate responses in emergency situations. The final result of this research is where the ui / UX design of the first aid application with the interaction prototype method to improve emergency response has a very positive impact, so that users / respondents rate it well with an average SUS score of 83.5 which gets Grade B Results For Ajective Ratings Get Excellent and Acceptability Get Acceptable, which is where the results obtained are good results in assessing an application that provides health services.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is an important stage in job evaluation in a company that can significantly improve the quality of work and ensure the continuity of company activities. This assessment process is based on a number of predetermined criteria, such as responsibility, cooperation, honesty, discipline, and communication. Each employee is assessed based on their ability to meet and exceed the quality standards set by the company. In this context, the use of the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method emerges as an effective approach. This method helps in identifying employees who are closest to the ideal solution and the extent to which they meet the predefined criteria. For example, TOPSIS can be used to determine the most responsible, most collaborative, or the most honest employee. Through systematic and objective employee performance appraisals, companies can measure and monitor employee progress, as well as provide constructive feedback for further development. This not only helps increase employee motivation and productivity, but also supports the achievement of overall company goals. By combining established quality standards with appropriate evaluation methods such as TOPSIS, companies can optimize the employee performance assessment process to support long-term growth and success. The calculation results show that Rere (A4) ranks first with the highest score of 0.764, indicating that she is the best alternative among the five candidates.

Abstract

?Cloud computing technology is a computing service with many advantages over conventional systems. Cloud Computing is the right solution because access is easy and fast, and can be accessed anywhere using the internet, one of the Cloud Computing services is GCP (Google Cloud Computing) provided by Google. Cloud computing is implemented in the Pantau Jalanku application. Pantau Jalanku is a pothole damage reporting application created using Android so it requires accurate damage detection and location at an easy cost, so the implementation of Google Cloud Computing includes the use of the AI Platform, Maps Platform, and billing. The aim of implementing cloud computing is to replace hardware or servers in the application backend which allows data in the application to run in real time without requiring a physical device. This research produces accurate accuracy for detecting potholes, as well as the location where road damage occurs. This research discusses how to use Cloud Computing by utilizing Google Cloud so that the need for physical devices such as servers is no longer needed so that it can save costs for creating and operating applications..

Abstract

Current information delivery can be delivered through a system adopted by the company to assist in the company's performance process. One of the systems needed by the company is a reporting system that is used as an effective channel for delivering company data information results. The problem that occurs is that many company employee performance processes are considered inefficient in carrying out the reporting process. Company reporting using Hand Talky (HT) and Radio Link, is considered vulnerable to inaccuracy between data and communication barriers. To adopt a system technology in a large-scale company, of course the system must be easy for users to use and the process is fast. The solution produced for this problem is to design a daily reporting system using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. This design aims to apply the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method to the design of a system that can provide information remotely, provide real-time data updates, and present data in a more structured format for data management. This system is designed to automate the data backup process to reduce manual intervention in company data security. The proposed system is expected to increase the efficiency of operational activities in achieving company targets and improve overall performance in the company's data reporting process. The use of the SDLC method approach by researchers in designing a reporting system has been proven to accelerate system design. The results of the study showed that the design of this system was able to reduce reporting time by 50%, increase data accuracy by 40%, and provide significant user satisfaction.
