Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine how : (1) the effect of service quality on revisit intention (2) the effect of relationship marketing on revisit intention (3) the effect of customer satisfaction on revisit intention. The research was conducted on customer of Lia Beaty Salon. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this studi is the customer of Lia Beauty Salon, number of sample is 85 respondens , the sampling technique was non probablity sampling method. . The sample are collected using questionnaires. Data analysis techniqued used in this study is a structural equation model (SEM) based in Partial Least Square ( PLS) with software version 3.3.3. The result of this study indicate that (1) service quality has a positif and significant effect on revisit intention, (2) relationship marketing has a positif and significant effect on revisit intention, (3) customer satisfaction has a positif and significant effect on revisit intention. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh service quality terhadap revisit intention, (2) Pengaruh relationship marketing terhadap revisit intention (3) Pengaruh customer satisfaction terhadap revisit intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan Lia Beauty Salon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Lia Beauty Salon. Sampel sebanyak 85 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik non probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan daftar pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Last Square (PLS) dengan versi software 3.3.3 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention. (2) relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention. (3) customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap revisit intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of the implementation of BUMDesa Sidi Amertha Desa Sangsit internal control to maintain the continuity of the savings and loan bussiness with internal control based on ERM ( Enterprise Risk Management) or Corporate Risk Management from COSO. This research use descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this research are surveys ( interviews and questionnaires) and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive, namely to describe the suitability of the implementation internal control to maintain the continuity of the savings and loan bussiness by using internal control based on ERM ( Enterprise Risk Management) or Corporate Risk Management from COSO. The result of his study show that COSO based internal ERM is not yet fully appropriate to be applied to the BUMDesa of Sidi Amertha, Sangsit Village. This is because by the components of the internal environment. Risk assessment and control activities that are not yet appropriate are applied to the BUMDesa so that they are not yet effective and efficient in their operation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of communication on employee morale, the role of compensation on employee morale, and the role of leadership style on employee morale at the Eka Karya Botanical Gardens Bali. The population in this study were all employees of the Eka Karya Bali Botanical Gardens, totaling 68 people. The research method used is quantitative method, the data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to the sample which is then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that communication significantly affected employee morale at the Eka Karya Botanical Gardens Bali with a tcount of 15,015. Likewise, compensation has a significant effect on employee morale with tcount of 38.282. Leadership style also has a significant effect on employee morale with a t- value of 20,962.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, product quality, and service quality on increasing customer loyalty at UD. Surya Jati uses a quantitative approach where customer satisfaction is an intervening variable, then data collection uses documentation techniques and a survey sample of 85 people. In this survey, the sample is consumers who do business in a company, and the results of the impact analysis of this survey show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality is a positive and significant factor. Customer satisfaction and price have positive and negative effects on customer loyalty, product quality has positive and negative effects on customer loyalty, service quality has positive and negative effects, customer satisfaction has positive and negative effects on customer loyalty. Impact on discounts. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer retention, and customer retention provides customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and test the effect of fundamental factors projected by Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on the share price of pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2020. This research used secondary data in the form of company financial statements with a total of 30 research samples. Sampling techniques use purposive sampling with criteria. The research data in the test used the Eviews 9.0 program with panel data regression analysis methods. The results showed that the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) partially significant effect on the share price of pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2020. While The Variabel Current Ratio (X1), Return On Asset (X3), , Earnings Per Share (X4) partially no effect on the share price of pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2020.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the Effect of Price, Service Quality and Location on Purchasing Decisions in Alfamart Consumers (Case Study at Alfamart Raya Sangsit). This research uses quantitative approach methods. The number of samples used in this study was 99 respondents. The analytical techniques used in this study are Validity and Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Determination Analysis Model Test, and F-Test and Hypothesis Test with T-Test. The results of the purchase decision on Alfamart Raya Sangsit consumers by 84.6% and 15.4% were influenced by other factors not studied in the study. Therefore, the company needs to pay attention to the variables that affect consumer purchasing decisions so that it can be used as a study in strategic decision making in increasing sales volume.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of education level, work motivation, and work discipline on the performance of Yantek employees at ULP Singaraja. In this study, three independent variables are education level, work motivation, and discipline, and use one variable, namely employee performance. The number of samples studied were 30 people using linear multiple research analysis. The results of this study are (1) Simultaneously the level of education, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Yantek employees at ULP Singaraja. (2) Partially the level of education does not have a significant effect on the performance of Yantek employees at ULP Singaraja. (3) Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Yantek employees at ULP Singaraja. (4) Partially, work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of Yantek employees at ULP Singaraja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of saving interest rates, savings products and service quality on customer interest in saving at BPR Indra Candra Singaraja. The population in this study are customers who save at BPR Indra Candra Singaraja while the sample in this study is 75 customers. Methods of collecting data by using questionnaire techniques and data analysis techniques using the application SPSS Versi 18.0. The results showed that the t-test value of the effect of interest rates on savings savings customers obtained a t-count > t-table (2.962 > 1.666) with a probability value (a = 5%) = 0.004 < 0.05, the effect of the product savings on customer interest in saving, the value of t-count > t-table (5.392 > 1.666) with probability value (a = 5%) = 0.000 <0.05 and the effect of service quality on customer interest in saving is obtained by t-count > t- table (3.980 > 1.666) with probability value (a = 5%) = 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence between interest rates on savings, savings products, service quality on customer interest in saving at BPR Indra Candra Singaraja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (i) the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction and (ii) the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, District Small and Medium Enterprises. Data collection techniques used in this study are in the form of questionnaires and documentation. In this study, the entire population was used as the research sample, amounting to 122 people. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using SPSS 20 for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (i) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Buleleng Regency. This is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 2.404 + 0.940 (X1) + 1.360, the correlation coefficient value is 0.901 with a very strong category, and the t-test value is 22.757 which is smaller than t table (22.757>1.985) with a significance of 0.000 (sig<0 ,05). This means that the more appropriate the leadership style, the better the level of employee job satisfaction at the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Buleleng Regency. (ii) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Buleleng Regency. This is evidenced by the regression equation Y = -0.614 + 1.051 (X2) + 1.127, the correlation coefficient value is 0.940 with a very strong category, and the t-test value is 30.125 which is smaller than ttable (30.125>1.985) with a significance of 0.000 (sig< 0.05). This means that the better the Organizational Culture, the better the level of employee job satisfaction at the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Buleleng Regency”.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus pandemic has had a very big impact on various aspects of life to aspects of economic stability both domestically and abroad. Information technology is required to develop for various sectors due to restrictions due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The Directorate General of Taxes also developed its technology to reduce the impact of the spread of the virus, so that all taxpayers do not need to go to the tax office to report their tax period and yearly. The online service can be accessed on the www.djp.go.id page. The population in this study is MSMEs registered with the KPP Pratama Gianyar Regency, the sample determination uses the slovin formula in determining the number, which is 100 MSMEs. The analysis method used in this study is a multiple linear regression test. The results of this study accept the hypothesis that the E-System has a positive effect on the compliance of MSME taxpayers. The advice that can be given for further research is to conduct research on MSME Taxpayers in other regions, as well as add other factors that can affect taxpayer compliance in Indonesia.
