Abstract

Human Resource Management is an organizational asset, effectiveness and efficiency can improve the quality of human resources. The presence of the right and quality people that triggers trigger more contributions from employees at work is Organizational Citizenship Behavior). Research purpose was to determine effect of Servant Leadership, Personality and Job Characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Pelayaran Agung Samudera. This research is a quantitative with a random sample technique involving 43 respondents. Analysis of the data used includes the Instrument Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hipotesis Test, Coefficient of Determination and Classical Assumption Test of Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, and Normality. Based on the results of the SPSS program analysis, it was shown to have a significantly correlated at the level of significant < 0.05 and the value of r arithmetic > r table then declared valid in the measurement.

Abstract

The quality of service at government public service institutions is an important concern in realizing the institution's goals. Employee performance becomes the main factor in providing public services and is supported by high work discipline so that the achievement of service targets is achieved. Therefore, the purpose of this study is the influence of work discipline and employee performance on the quality of public services in the Population Control Service, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Buleleng Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with the unit of analysis of this research, namely service employees at the Department of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Buleleng Regency, as many as 37 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression coefficient analysis, analysis of determination, t-test and F-test, using the computer-assisted program (SPSS) Version 26.00 for Windows. The results of the analysis show that 1) Work Discipline and Employee Performance partially have a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Public Services at the Population Control Service, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Buleleng Regency. 2) Work Discipline and Performance have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the Quality of Public Services. at the Office of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Buleleng Regency.

Abstract

Improvement of employee creativity is based on the fact that creativity contributes to innovation, effectiveness, and survival of an organization. Creativity is needed in every government organization, including the LPD's internal supervisory organization, specifically Lembaga Pemberdayaan Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPLPD). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership empowerment, intrinsic motivation, and workload on the employee creativity in LPLPD Bali. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques of questionnaires and documentation. The analytical techniques aremultiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. The results showed that 57.3% of employee creativity in LPLPD Bali’s variation was influenced by empowerment leadership, intrinsic motivation, and workload. Partial influence testing shows that there is a significant positive effect of theempowerment leadership and intrinsic motivation on employee creativity, while there is a significant negative effect of the workload on employee creativity. The leaders of LPLPD Bali are expected to implement an effective empowerment leadership style in influencing employee behavior, encouraging employees to feel motivated at work, along with evaluating the provision of appropriate workloads so that employees cancome up with creative ideas at work.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the UD. Winmart Singaraja store to determine the effect of product completeness, product layout, price, and location in consumer decisions to do shopping. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach, where the data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire with a rating scale measurement of 1-10, and the respondents are consumers from UD. Winmart Singaraja stores as many as 100 people. In this study, the data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Model with the help of the SPSS Statistics application. The results obtained indicate that each independent variable used in this study has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at UD. Winmart Singaraja Stores.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Division of Work affect the Performance of Employees at the Hotel Puri Lumbung Munduk Village and determine the ability of Employees to affect the Performance of Employees at the Hotel Puri Lumbung Munduk Village. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this study is Probability sampling. The respondents used were 68 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21 for windows.The results obtained based on the results of the study in multiple regression analysis obtained the results of the study the effect of the Division of Work (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) significant positive effect on Puri Lumbung Hotel, Munduk Village. From the results of the multiple linear regression equation it can be seen that the regression coefficient of the Work Distribution variable is 0.246 and is positive which means that if there is an increase in Work Distribution by one, it will cause an increase in Employee Performance by 0.246 assuming other variables in this equation are constant. Based on the results of the T test can be seen the value of the regression coefficient of the Division of Labor is equal to 0,000 with a significance of 0.05 and is supported by the calculation of the tcount of 4.023> from the table 1.669. While the results of the study the effect of Employee Ability (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) significantly positive effect on Puri Lumbung Hotel, Munduk Village. From the results of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the regression coefficient of the Employee Ability variable is 0.726 and is positive which means that if there is an increase in Employee Ability by one, it will cause an increase in Employee Performance by 0.726 assuming other variables in this equation are constant. Based on the results of the partial test T test data, showed that the regression coefficient of the Employee Ability variable (X2) was 0,000 with a significance of 0.05 and was supported by the calculation of the tcount of 5.195> from the table 1.669.

Abstract

This study plans to determine the effect of employee performance on job satisfaction through work placements at KPN Werdhi Yasa. The information checking strategy used in this exploration is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by looking at SEM differences, known as visual rendition 3.0 Partial Least Square (PLS). The consequences of this study indicate that employee performance has a positive effect on job satisfaction and sig. where the result is 0.445 with a t-count value of 3.129 > 1.96 with sig. 0.002 <0.050. The impact of employee performance on job placement is positive and sig. where the result is 0.713 with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which is 12.219 and the sig. 0.000 < 0.050. Effect of work placement on job satisfaction with a positive value and sig. where the coefficient is 0.419 and the t-statistic is 2.989 > 1.96, with sig. 0.003 <0.050. The effect of employee performance on job satisfaction with job placement as a mediating variable with a t statistic value of 2.821 > 1.960 and a sig of 0.005 <0.050.

Abstract

This research aims to find outconsequence of LDR and credit disbursed on NPL thru the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. BPR Indra Candra Singaraja. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, determination analysis, f-test and t-test.The outcomes showed that the loan to deposit ratio had an effect on non-performingloans at PT. BPR Indra Candra Singaraja of 0.088 units or -26.8% with the outcomes of hypothesis testing with the t-test, it was found that t-count > t-table (2.086 > 1.688). The effect of the disbursed credit has an effect on non-performingloans at PT. BPR Indra Candra Singaraja is -0.030 units or 68% with the outcomes of hypothesis testing with the T-Test test, it is found that t-count > t-table (3.719 > 1.688) and based on the outcomes of the f test it is known that the effect of loan to deposit ratio and credit distributed to non-performingloans at PT. BPR Indra Candra Singaraja with the results of hypothesis testing with the F-Test test, it was found that f-count > f-table (11.575 > 3.26) with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

The research objectives to be achieved by the authors of this study were to determine whether cash turnover hads an positive effect on profitability, whether accounts receivable turnover had an positive effect on profitability, and whether cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover together positive affect profitability at KPN Setia Budhi. This type of research data was quantitative data and sourced from secondary data in the form of the financial statements of KPN Setia Budhi. The data collection technique used in this research was documentation technique. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that (1) cash turnover had a positive effect on profitability at KPN Setia Budhi, (2) accounts receivable turnover had a positive effect on profitability at KPN Setia Budhi, (3) cash turnover and receivables turnover together had an effect positive on profitability at KPN Setia Budhi.

Abstract

Employee work performance must be created as well as possible in order to maintain the sustainability of the organization or company. Therefore, companies must pay attention to and manage their employees in order to maximize performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and teamwork on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. This research was conducted at PT. Bank BTPN (Tbk) KCP Banyuwangi with the population used is all employees as many as 32 respondents. The technique used in this research uses probability sampling technique. By conducting observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t and f hypothesis testing. In this study used multiple linear regression analysis to process questionnaire data and determine the effect of research variables. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, organizational culture and teamwork had a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Bank BTPN KCP Banyuwangi. Partially, the leadership style variable has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable, namely the performance of PT. Bank BTPN KCP Banyuwangi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the work environment, compensation and work placement on employee loyalty at Yasmin Banyuwangi Hospital. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study were 30 employees at Yasmin Hospital. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that compensation and work placement have no positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. While the work environment has a significant positive influence on work loyalty.
