Abstract

Persaingan yang semakin tajam dan ketat membawa dampak kepada semua perusahaan untuk selalu mempertahankan kinerja dan selalu berharap menang dalam persaingan. Untuk itu setiap perusahan selalu mengharapkan kepuasan konsumen. Karena apabila konsumen merasa puas maka akan menunjang dari peningkatan penjualan. Kepuasan konsumen dapat dilihat dari beberapa aspek seperti harga dan atribut produk. Harga merupakan pertimbangan yang selalu dilihat oleh konsumen sebelum membeli suatu produk selain itu atribut produk juga selalu diperhatikan agar produk yang digunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhannya.

Abstract

Penurunan kinerja PDAM Kabupaten Buleleng tentunya berakibat pada penurunan kinerja organisasi. Manajemen mutu terpadu (TQM) dibutuhkan untuk perbaikan proses dan kegiatan operasi yang efektif secara terus menerus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji hubungan budaya organisasi, manajemen mutu terpadu dan kinerja operasi dalam perannya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi PDAM Kabupaten Buleleng. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS), yaitu berbasis variance atau Component based SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen mutu terpadu. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja operasi, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Manajemen mutu terpadu tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja operasi, tetapi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Manajemen mutu terpadu berperan secara strategis dalam pencapaian tujuan PDAM Kabupaten Buleleng, tetapi belum diterapkan secara menyeluruh pada tingkatan operasional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Liquidity Ratios, Profitability Ratios, Economic Profitability Ratios and Laverage Ratios on Financial Distress Predictions in the Banking Sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample used is data on the banking sector that has gone public with a total of 10 banks in the 2016-2018 period. The analysis technique used in this study is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis of determination analysis and hypothesis testing with T-Test and F-Test. The results showed that the Liquidity Ratio, Provitability Ratio, Profitability Ratio and Leverage Ratio affect the Financial Distress Prediction of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by 78.3% and the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Profitability ratio is the ratio that has the most dominant influence on the company’s Financial Distress Prediction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managing Liquidity risk and Credit risk in BUMDes Dwi Tunggal Tegallinggah Village. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are the documents of the monthly BUMDes Dwi Tunggal for 36 months taken from period 2017 to 2019. Data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression with the help of SPSS. The research results in this study stated that Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant egffect on financial performance (ROA). This result is proved by the effect of LDR on ROA on BUMDes Dwi Tunggal Tegallinggah Village has a coefficient value that is positive at 0,720 and the results of testing the hypothesis by t-test found that t-count > t-table (2.248 > 2.035) with a significant value of 0.031 < 0.05. Non Performing Loan (NPL) does not significantly influence the ROA indicated by the coefficient value positive at 0.634 and the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test found that t-count < t-table (1.342 < 2.035) with a significant value of 0.188 > 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Brand Image, Price, Promotion, and Service Quality on Service Usage Decisions at J&T Express Kubutambahan. This study uses a quantitative approach by using a questionnaire given to all customers who have used the KubuAddan J&T Express expedition service in April 2021 with a total of 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is a variance-based structural equation model (SEM) or component-based SEM called Partial Last Square (PLS) Visual 3.3.3. Based on the results of the analysis of all the influences studied in this study showed positive and significant results related to the influence of Brand Image showing a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Use Services, then Price had a positive and significant effect on Decisions on Service Use, then Promotion had a positive and significant effect on Service Usage Decisions and Service Quality have a positive and significant impact on Service Use Decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of employees in increasing the number of customers during the Covid-1 Pandemic at KSP Nusa Abadi. This study used a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is the method of documentation, and structured interviews where the interview instrument uses a purposive systematic sampling technique. The people selected as informants were the leaders of KSP Nusa Abadi, KSP Nusa Abadi staff and members of KSP Nusa Abadi. The number of selected informants is 5 people. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study are that KSP Nusa Abadi employees have played a role in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Employees serve customers well, namely directly reviewing customers and prospective customers through humantouch and face to face approaches. Apart from offering various programs to customers and prospective customers, KSP employees also build relationships between customers based on the principle of kinship. In order to increase the number of customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, KSP employees should think about the latest ways with technological developments. Balancing between the two methods, namely the Humantouch and Highttech approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and assess financial performance based on liquidity ratios, and profitability ratios at the Wiyata Civil Service Cooperative (KPN Wiyata). The subject of this research is the financial statements of KPN Wiyata for the period 2018-2020. Data collected with secondary data. While the analysis used is descriptive quantitative using ratio analysis based on the Regulation of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia, number 06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006 dated May 1, 2006 concerning Guidelines for Assessment of Cooperatives with Achievements/Cooperative Award. The results of this study indicate that (1) based on the liquidity ratio of KPN Wiyata for three years, it is included in the bad criteria. (2) based on the profitability ratio seen from the return on assets for three years, it is included in the criteria of quite good and good.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of leadership and work discipline on productivity of employees of the Department of Education, Youth and Sports, Buleleng Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were used in the form of a questionnaire. Where selected as respondents are all employees who work in the Department of Education, Youth and Sports, Buleleng Regency, 68 people with a t-table value for a significant level of = 0.05 and a degree of freedom (df) = 66 is 0.2 2012 All relationships examined in this study on average showed significant results related to Leadership on Work Discipline, Leadership Role on productivity, Role of Work Discipline on productivity, each with a tstatistic value > from t-table (19.058 > 0.22012) , (1.370 > 0,2012), (5.676 > 0,2012).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the growth of third party funds and their effect on liquidity in the LPD Desa Pakraman Banyuning. The population in this study was the monthly balance sheet financial statements at the LPD,while the sampling was carried out using the LPD data sample in the form of balance reports for the last 5 years 2016-2020 period. The results showed that the Growth of Third Party Funds on Liquidity by calculating the growth ratio and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) ratio. The growth of third party funds has fluctuated on average around 1.39% each month and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) from 2016 to 2020 has reached a fairly good value from the criteria for assessing bank soundness based on the established liquidity aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the leadership and ability of village heads based on tri Kaya parisudha on the performance of village officials in Seririt District. The types of data from this study are quantitative and qualitative data and the data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The problem in this study is whether leadership has an effect on the performance of village officials in Seririt District, whether the ability of village heads based on tri Kaya parisudha affects the performance of village officials in Seririt District. The results of this study are that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Device Performance in Seririt District Village, Tri Kaya Parisudha-Based Ability has a positive and significant effect on Device Performance in Seririt District Village.
