Abstract

The results of this study stated that the parameter coefficient value of the effect of Knowledge Sharing on Employee Performance was positive and significant where the coefficient value was 0.542 and t value was 6.568 which turned out to be greater than t table 1.96 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.50 , the relationship between Training on Employee Performance is positive and significant where the coefficient value is 0.302 and t value is 3.400 with a significant level of 0.001 <0.50, the effect of Competency on Employee Performance is positive and significant where the coefficient value is 0.160 and the value of t is 2.499 which turns out to be greater than t table 1.96 with a significant level of 0.013 <0.50. So it can be concluded that the value of the positive coefficient and the value of t is greater than t table then it can be stated that the results of this study are significant so the first to third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The research results in this study stated that the parameter coefficient value of Communication on Employee Performance was positive and significant where the coefficient value was 0.192 and t value was 7.085 which turned out to be greater than t table 1.96, Reward to Employee Performance was positive and significant where the value the coefficient is 0.522 and the value of t is 9.786 which turns out to be greater than t table 1.96, the morale of Employee Performance is positive and significant where the coefficient value is 0.319 and the value of t is 6.103 which turns out to be greater than t table 1.96. So it can be concluded that the value of the positive coefficient and the value of t is greater than t table then it can be stated that the results of this study are significant so the first hypothesis to the fifth is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the growth of third party funds and their effect on liquidity in the LPD Desa Pakraman Gerokgak. The population in this study was the monthly balance sheet financial statements at the LPD,while the sampling was carried out using the LPD data sample in the form of balance reports for the last 5 years 2016-2020 period. The results showed that the Growth of Third Party Funds on Liquidity by calculating the growth ratio and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) ratio. The growth of third party funds has fluctuated on average around 1.39% each month and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) from 2014 to 2018 has reached a fairly good value from the criteria for assessing bank soundness based on the established liquidity aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find empirical evidence regarding the relationship between risk and financial performance at BUMDes Suka Pura. Effective risk management will keep liquidity safe and minimize losses so that financial performance improves. The risks tested are liquidity risk and credit risk, which are measured through ratio analysis to the 2018 to 2020 financial statements. The Data Analysis technique used is Multiple Regression with the help of SPSS. The results of this study found that liquidity risk has a significant positive effect on financial performance. Credit risk has a significant negative effect on financial performance. The risks closest to BUMDes that manage savings and loan units are liquidity risk and credit risk. Keeping liquidity safe through effective lending will reduce the possibility of credit risk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the system of applying the method of recording and valuing merchandise inventory in TOGAMAS Toko Buku Diskon Singaraja. This research was a quantitative research. The data collection technique used was documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study were two methods, namely the inventory assessment method consisting of the FIFO method, the LIFO method, and the Average method. The recording method was also divided into two, namely the Periodic Inventory System and the Perpetual Inventory System. All that had been examined in this study showed significant results related. For this reason, it is expected that Togamas Toko Buku Diskon Singaraja should always apply the system of recording and valuing merchandise inventory that has been carried out so far.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that surround Return on Investment at Holiway Garden Resort Spa Hotel. Data analysis techniques using SEM PLS method and research samples in the form of financial report data as much as 36 months. Based on the results of the hypothesis test found that, variable sales volume, operating costs, Debt Equity to Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and cash turnover had a significant positive influence on ROI at Holiway Garden and Spa Hotel. So that all hypotheses in this study are accepted. Based on the results of the study, all these factors become important elements to be considered in financial management in order to maximize profit income in the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the progress of the company from CV.Duta Nirwana Persada Agung (Lion Parcel Buleleng) achieving a profit, in running a company that works in the field of shipping services, of course we are very competitive with companies that already have names and also marketing that are quite experienced, so we have various kinds of obstacles in the company. However, there are many things that companies try to increase profitability, such as by holding a price promotion. At least the company is still quite good at running the company even with the competition in the current era. This research was conducted in CV. Duta Nirwana Persada Agung (Lion Parcel Buleleng) is located on the Sangsit Banjar Highway, Tegal Service. The data source used in this research is secondary data which is data collected from existing sources. In this study using CV financial statements. Duta Nirwana Persada Agung.

Abstract

. In Sharp Competition like this, usually the success of many companies is determined by the accuracy of the company in taking advantage of opportunities and identifying activities in an effort to obtain and use goods or service. One is building shop sells a variety of building materials. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product completeness, location, service and layout on purchasing decisions at the Jaya Raya Store branch pemaron singaraja. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were in the from of questionnaires, with measuring instruments in the form of agree-disagree scale, in which selected respondents were consumers at the Jaya Raya Shop branch pemaron singaraja ad many as 95 people. All the relationship variables examined in this study showed significant results related to the existence of the completeness of the product, location service, and layout of the purchasing decisions at the jaya raya shop branch pemaron. For that reason, in its realization, the jaya raya shop branch of the pemaron expected to be able to improve the completeness of the product, location,service, and layout so that it can improve purchasing decisions at the jaya raya shop of the branch pemaron.

Abstract

Lembaga Perkredita Daerah (LPD) is a traditional and cultural-based financial institution that grows and develops in the Province of Bali. LPD is a village-owned financial enterprise that carries out business activities in the village environment and village krama. The purpose of this study was to determine the role and work ethic and work motivation of the employees of the Regional Credit Institutions in Grokgak District. The number of samples in this study were 85 respondents who were employees of the Regional Credit Institutions in Grokgak District. The data analysis techniques used in this research are structural equation modeling based on variance and component based SEM with smartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that work ethic has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Second, work ethic has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Third, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study to examine the application of entrepreneurial orientation in the bamboo weaving handicraft business in Tigawasa Village. The focus of this research is to explain the application of entrepreneurial orientation in the bamboo weaving handicraft business in order to maintain the continuity of the bamboo woven handicraft business so that it can increase the income from the woven bamboo handicraft industry sector. The purpose of this study is to provide conclusions about the application of entrepreneurial orientation and the benefits obtained by applying entrepreneurial orientation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, the data analyzed is the result of interviews with woven bamboo handicraft business owners, consumers and the community of Tigawasa Village. The results showed that the application of entrepreneurial orientation through the application of innovation, risk taking and proactivity was effective. Because in the application of entrepreneurial orientation can improve company performance in achieving company goals.
