Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the risk and return of investing in ethereum and LQ45 shares and to see the difference between LQ45 stock prices and ethereum prices before and after the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Research Methodology: The research method uses the Kruskall-Wallis test and the Paired Sample t-test. Results: The results show the level of the return on ethereum and LQ45 shares did not have a significant difference, while the level of the risk between ethereum and LQ45 shares have a significant difference. For the price of Ethereum and LQ45 shares, there was a significant difference between before and after the Covid-19 pandemic was announced in Indonesia. The average price of ethereum and LQ45 shares decreased compared to before the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Limitations: This research was conducted without including the risk-free rate in the calculation of stock risk. Contribution: This research is expected to be a reference for investors in viewed and analyzed investment opportunities based on risk and return during Covid-19.

Abstract

Purpose: This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine and prove the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance. Research methodology: The sample used in this study were all employees of the production division of PT Keo San Indonesia where the researchers used a saturated sample of 60 employees. The analytical technique used is the path analysis method and data processing is carried out through SmartPLS 3.3.3. Result: The results of the test obtained (1) the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Limitations: Researchers find it difficult to find references for research, because the research was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, this can be overcome by looking for references online. Contribution: This research is expected to be able to make a comparison between theoretical knowledge and practice applied by PT Keo San Indonesia to the work environment and work discipline that affects the performance of its employees.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of Training, Supervision and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Bank DKI Permata Hijau Branch. Research Methodology: This study uses quantitative research methods, and uses non-probability sampling that uses convenience sampling to take samples from people who are easy to meet. Results: In the partial regression coefficient test, the t-count of the training variables is 2.416, supervision is 2.089, and work discipline is 6.000, all calculations show greater than the t-table calculation of 1.994, meaning that the variables of training, supervision, and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. Limitations: Dissemination of dissemination is not carried out directly to respondents, with the spread of dissemination via google form. Contribution: This research is expected to improve the performance of employees of PT Bank DKI Permata Hijau Branch through training, supervision, and work discipline.

Abstract

Purpose: This research was conducted to determine whether or not the work environment, organizational culture and transformational leadership influence the job satisfaction of millennial generation employees Research methodologi: Sampling of 80 respondents of millennial generation employees in Rw 11 Cakung Timur Cakung, East Jakarta who currently work in a company based on criteria using purposive and roscoe techniques. Analysis technique with path method and analysis tool using SmartPLS 3.3. Results: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of millennial generation employees in Rw 11 (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of millennial employees in Rw 11 (3) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of millennial generation employees. Limitations: Technique of distributing questionnaires mostly through g-form considering the current conditions do not allow to be able to deal directly with respondents due to Covid19 and limited references to previous research that examines the same variables and reference object generations millennials are still few. Contribution: Can be a reference for companies in implementing company systems, especially to maintain employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose: To see if corporate social responsibility (CSR) is linked to financial performance in Indonesian enterprises. Despite the fact that CSR was first revealed in Indonesia. Method:This study, which is based on a longitudinal information study, consists of the two hundred most famous organizations, which were chosen from 672 recorded corporations that lead Bursa Indonesia between 2010 and 2020 by content Analysis. Secondary data analysis of recorded market data from Indonesia was used in this study. The necessary information was retrieved and recorded so that it could be analyzed subsequently. Additionally, SPSS was used to analyze the filtered data from which a generalized linear regression model was adopted. Result: The linearity test reveals a linear link between Corporate Social Responsibility and Firm Performance. Leverage, income per share, firm size, resource turnover, and corporate social responsibility have all been identified as critical indicators of an organization's financial performance in past studies. The present results corroborate this. Limitation: Expanding the specimen estimate, possibly to different agencies not fundamentally recorded; probably to 250 best organizations in Indonesia may consider a preferred measure of the impact that CSR has on the financial performance of Indonesian agencies. Contributions: Through its observations and discussions, this research contributes to theoretical and methodological advancements in the field of business. The report reinforces and advises businesses on the importance of corporate responsibility in their quest to increase financial performance, particularly in Indonesia. If enterprises follow the study's recommendations, they can achieve unprecedented levels of financial enactment.

Abstract

Purpose: This research is a research using a quantitative approach which aims to find out and prove the effect of the work environment and workload on the job satisfaction of the employees of Wisma Sehati BSD Tangerang Selatan branch. Research methodology: The population in this research were 30 employees and the sample used in this research was the same number of 30 people using the saturated sample technique. In collecting data, the data was distributed using an online questionnaire via Google Form. The analytical tool used in this research is SmartPLS 3.3.3 with the analysis technique used is path analysis. Limitations: (1) Limitations in the use of this measurement variable may not fully indicate the causes that also affect employee job satisfaction. (2) In addition, this research is only distributed to employees in one company. (3) And this research took place during the covid-19 pandemic so that it experienced limitations in distributing questionnaires Contribution: (1) This research is expected Wisma Sehati BSD to maintain and improve employee satisfaction by continuously maintaining and improving the quality of a good and comfortable work environment and improving a balanced workload. (2) Expected to be able to explore and implement the insights and knowledge that has been obtained during lectures regarding Human Resource Management that has been obtained while studying at the Management Study Program S1. (3) And also add insight which can then be applied in the management of human resources in the future

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine, prove and analyze the effect of teamwork, work discipline, and organizational climate on employee performance at X Hospital, South Jakarta. Research Methodology: This research is a quantitative research by making permanent employees of Hospital X as many as 187 people as the population with a non-probability sampling technique using convenience sampling, based on the solving formulas, a sample of 130 respondents was obtained. Data processing used IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program with a significance level of 5% (0.05). Results: The results show that teamwork partially has an influence on employee performance, work discipline partially has an influence on employee performance, organizational climate partially has an influence on employee performance, simultaneous teamwork, work discipline, and organizational climate influence employee performance. Limitations: In the process of collecting data, researchers cannot directly see and assist respondents in completing the research because the health protocol implemented at hospital X south Jakarta during the covid-19 pandemic is very strict. Contribution: It is hoped that this research can provide meaning and material for consideration to achieve increased performance in accordance with industry expectations and goals. And hoped that this research can provide positive benefits so that employees are motivated to maintain order and teamwork in carrying out their duties to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe how the management of cash waqf in empowering small and medium enterprises in the Islamic boarding school environment. Productive waqf is one of the schemes for allocating funds from the people to be developed to be more productive. From these funds, it is hoped that the benefits will be able to generate a sustainable surplus. Waqf donations in the form of money or commonly called cash waqf can be a start so that managed waqf funds become a source of enduring funds for financing the needs of the people (productive waqf). Research Methodology: This study uses a qualitative method. Sources of data used are primary data in the form of managers and customers, while secondary data comes from documents, books, pictures and books. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used the Miles and Huberman model. Result: The results showed that BWM Al-Mansur offers 1 program, namely a loan using a qardh contract with a margin of 3% every year. After the customer has done the financing, the customer will get business assistance which is carried out once a week. In financing, BWM is jointly and severally responsible for the members until there is an increase in business, this shows that cash waqf is enough to help empower MSMEs. Limitation: This research is limited to the management and empowerment of MSMEs and has not seen how the influence of cash waqf on a macro basis. Contribution: The results of this study are expected to provide an overview of cash waqf on the empowerment of MSMEs and can take policies related to cash waqf.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aimed to examine the quality of service at two large restaurants in Bandar Lampung using dineserv dimensions, data analysis using Important Performance Analysis (IPA) or presented using the Performance Analysis Index. Research Methodology: The study used primary data, and the data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample in the study was 135 respondents, obtained using Hair et al (2010). The study was conducted for 3 months, from October to December 2021. Results: The result of this study is that Rumah Kayu restaurants should focus on providing comfortable chairs, educating employees with skills that can impress consumers. Limitation: On the other hand, Kinar restaurants should focus on providing better parking spaces, making facilities easy to use, and maintaining good service when the restaurant is crowded.

Abstract

Purpose: This paper aims to examine innovative work behavior and the impact of learning agility, work engagement, and digital readiness on employees at DKI Jakarta. Research Methodology: This paper is based on the quantitative study by using a survey method through questionnaire distribution with 407 respondents of employees who work in DKI Jakarta. As for the data analysis technique, this analysis used SPSS with regression technique in simple regression. Results: This paper proves statistically there are significant and positive impacts from each variable (work engagement, digital readiness, and learning agility) on the innovative work behavior of employees in DKI Jakarta. Also, there are significant and positive impacts from each variable (work engagement and digital readiness) on learning agility. But learning agility does not have a role as an intervening variable in influencing the relationship between work engagement, digital readiness, and innovative work behavior. Limitations: This paper is using nonprobability sampling and also limited to employees who work in DKI Jakarta. Contribution: This paper shows how work engagement and digital readiness affect learning agility which has an impact on the innovative work behavior of employees in DKI Jakarta.
