Abstract

In the digital era and the development of information technology, websites have become a crucial platform in the higher education environment. The website provides various information, services and interactions between educational institutions and students, lecturers and staff. In this context, the use of UI/UX analysis on websites is becoming increasingly important to provide optimal user experience. The User-Centered Design (UCD) method is an effective approach in analyzing UI/UX on websites. UCD puts users at the center of attention throughout the design process, from understanding requirements to evaluation. By collecting data about users, creating personas, identifying user needs, and involving users in prototype development and testing, UCD helps gain a deep understanding of users and their needs. The results of this research can provide valuable insights for developers, designers, and educational institutions in improving user experience and website effectiveness. The importance of developing a responsive and user-friendly design to meet user needs and provide an optimal experience in using the website

Abstract

AHASS Mitra Rasa Motor is a business that operates in the field of motorbike repair services, its existence is really needed by Honda motorbike users to carry out maintenance or repairs on their vehicles. The services provided at AHASS Mitra Rasa Motor are only in workshops and do not accept repair services at consumer locations. In order to provide good and satisfying service, an Android-based online motorbike repair service application was created using Google Maps. In the research the author used the Waterfall method. This method includes system analysis, system design, implementation and testing. This Android-based online motorbike repair service application using Google Maps was built using the PHP, HTML, JavaScript, Kotlin and MySql database programming languages. The results of this research succeeded in creating an Android and Website based system where from the Android application system used by consumers they can carry out order transactions which will then be entered into the database and displayed on the Website application system. Apart from that, there are test results using the BlackBox method

Abstract

K-means clustering algorithm is a clustering method which is done by partition (partitional clustering). The use of clusters intends to partition a number of objects into groups where each object is into the closest group so that it will produce groups with significant differences. In addition, efforts have been made by the government to prevent wider disease transmission, among others, by implementing large-scale social restrictions and monitoring areas where there is a lot of migration of local and foreign residents as well as vaccinating. Looking at the data on the number of people who were infected, died from the Covid-19 virus until they recovered, which occurred in various regions in Indonesia. For this reason, it is necessary to cluster the area from the red, yellow, and green zones, which means for the red zone itself, it means that the area is a danger area and an area with a large number of viruses infected. This study aims to solve the problem, namely to produce applications that can provide information about priority areas for vaccines in North Sumatra, clustering the North Sumatra area, knowing vaccine priority areas using the K- Means algorithm. To find out the results of using the K-Means algorithm application, namely the application can classify Covid 19 cases in each Regency/City in North Sumatra Province into clusters of C1 (High), C2 (Medium) and C3 (Low). Based on the results of the clustering, Medan is in the C1 cluster with a distance value of 0.00 so that it can be prioritized for covid 19 vaccination activities. In the C2 (Medium) clustering there is one Regency, namely Deli Serdang with a 4th iteration value with a distance of 0.00. In the C3 (Low) cluster. Covid-19 case data from march-November 2021 in Nort Sumatra Province was calculated in 4 iterations until there there were no more data changes in the clustering process.

Abstract

When accessing various traffic activities on the internet, you have to pay attention to a reliable and stable connection to avoid downtime problems. Downtime or failure to access the internet can have a very disruptive impact on users while accessing the internet network. Using two or more ISPs is the best solution to avoid interference from ISPs due to having backup paths from other ISPs. Failover is a mechanism for merging or redirecting internet data traffic if a technical problem occurs at one of the ISPs to maintain continuity and smooth internet access. Problems arise if the bandwidth on each internet line is different, on the internet line with the lowest bandwidth value there will be full traffic (overload/congestion) which results in users who are diverted to the internet line with congestion conditions will experience delays in accessing the website and run online applications. The problem in this research is that when the internet bandwidth of the ISP-1 line has a download speed of 205Mbps and the ISP-2 line has a download speed of 50Mbps, it will cause overload traffic (overload/congestion) on the ISP-2 line because the bandwidth is only 50Mbps. The aim of this research is to differentiate between load balance and traffic redirection (failover) where the performance results of previous research are with the performance of failover research on 2 ISPs with different download and upload bandwidth speeds. This research will discuss the analysis and implementation of data traffic redirection (failover) for internet access on two ISPs with simultaneous performance on both ISPs and failover on 2 ISPs with different download and upload bandwidth speeds

Abstract

To increase agricultural yields, seed selection is very important, one of which is in soybean plants, the problem that arises is the absence of a decision support system model in determining good soybean seeds for soybean farmers. So, farmers only choose existing soybean seeds based on the recommendations of fellow soybean farmers. This study aims to conduct a combination of ROC and TOPSIS can help in managing the complexity of determining agricultural seeds more efficiently. This is because ROC helps in sequencing variables, whereas TOPSIS helps in choosing the optimal alternative. This combination allows stakeholders to make more informed and rational decisions. The ROC method is a multivariate analysis technique used to analyze data that involves sorting or ranking variables measured in a group or population. ROC can be an effective analytical tool in helping stakeholders optimize their strategies or policies in a variety of situations and industries that require a deep understanding of data sequencing or ranking. The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method or often known as the TOPSIS method is a decision-making analysis approach used to assist stakeholders in evaluating alternatives based on a number of predetermined criteria. The combination of ROC and TOPSIS can provide a deeper understanding of the structure of relationships between variables and their impact on alternative rankings. Based on the results of the ranking of agricultural seeds that get 1st Rank, namely Grobongan with a value of 0.54047, 2nd Rank, namely Anjasmoro with a value of 0.5, 3rd Rank, namely Detap 1 with a value of 0.43828, 4th Rank, Dena 1 with a value of 0.43457, and 5th Rank, namely Dering 1 with a value of 0.40553.

Abstract

Data visualization and Multi-criteria Decision Making (MCDM) are crucial in analyzing and interpreting complex data and supporting data-based decision-making processes. This research integrates MAGIQ, an MCDM approach, with Improved Rank Order Centroid (IROC) weighting and data visualization using the Geometrical Analysis for Interactive Aid (GAIA) biplot. This study aims to understand the relationship between criteria and alternatives in MAGIQ, facilitated by IROC weighting to interpret alternative selection. The research findings indicate that for the 'Patent Description' criterion, the IROC weight value is 0.513401, signifying the importance of this criterion in the assessment context. In the case of alternative P2, the total MAGIQ score obtained is 0.4485124, indicating that P2 is the best alternative based on the given criteria. P1 and P3 received MAGIQ scores of 0.2775665 and 0.2739211, respectively, placing them in the second and third ranks. This research implements the IROC method in MAGIQ in a systematic manner, where specific coefficients are used to calculate the weight of each criterion, and a GAIA biplot is utilized to visualize the relationship between criteria and alternatives. The practical application of this approach can be seen in patent application cases, where decision-makers can use it to evaluate complex alternatives in a more structured and data-based manner

Abstract

Traditional weapons are one of the cultural heritages in Indonesia. Culture itself is a way of life and human identity. We must continue to protect and preserve culture so that it does not become extinct over time. Traditional weapons are a cultural heritage that needs to be preserved, one way to preserve them is by teaching school students the history of the traditional weapon culture of each region. Currently, the method of learning and introducing students to the history of traditional weapons is quite monotonous and boring, such as students can study manually through books to find out the history and origins of traditional weapons, or have to go to museums to see the forms of traditional weapons. However, along with the development of modern times, technology can now be used in various ways, one of which is as a learning medium. Therefore, the author created an application for introducing traditional weapons based on mobile augmented reality to increase students' interest in learning about traditional weapons culture on the island of Java. The author took advantage of the opportunity to create an information application about traditional weapons culture on the island of Java with a 3-dimensional augmented reality feature which is useful as a medium for introduction, knowledge and learning about traditional weapons on the island of Java. In making this application the author also used several tools such as unity, vuforia database and blender as a medium for creating 3-dimensional objects

Abstract

Palm oil is an agricultural commodity that has an important role in the palm oil industry. To maximize palm oil production, efficient management is needed, including selecting qualified harvest foremen. This research aims to implement the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method in determining the most suitable oil palm harvest foreman. The WASPAS method was used in this research because it is able to integrate a number of relevant criteria to evaluate the quality of a harvest foreman. These criteria include education, age, experience, knowledge, discipline, leadership and loyalty. The implementation of the WASPAS method is able to provide ranking results that are relevant to the specified criteria. So that users have a more complete and objective picture regarding the determination of prospective oil palm harvest foremen. This helps avoid decisions that are too subjective and can make more informed and appropriate decisions. The results of this research show that the WASPAS method can be used effectively to determine the most suitable harvest foreman. The highest score obtained in the ranking of oil palm harvest foreman selection was 0.863. Implementation of the WASPAS method used can determine the harvest foreman who has the best qualifications according to the needs of users in the company. This can increase the productivity and efficiency of palm oil harvests, as well as have a positive impact on the palm oil industry as a whole

Abstract

Inventory is a variety of materials available from the business world to meet consumer demand every day, including materials such as raw materials and materials used in the production process. In inventory control, it is necessary to have a system for recording and calculating inventory, because inventory can affect the company's financial reports. CV Golden Toys is a company that operates in the manufacturing sector, in this company it is necessary to design an information system application for raw material inventory and use appropriate methods for raw material inventory in the hope of solving problems that arise such as large amounts of inventory piling up, data processing and search. Transactions or creating reports take a lot of time. By considering these constraints, the author created a web-based raw material inventory information system. In this research, the software model used is the Prototype model which is a method for building a system based on information needs quickly and efficiently. Meanwhile, the method used is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. This method is used with the aim of optimizing the total cost of raw material inventory and to find out the optimal number of orders for the system used. The results of this research are that a web-based raw material inventory information system and using a Prototype model and using the Economic Order Quantity method can help companies in terms of optimal procurement of raw materials, this can help reduce costs incurred by the company, besides that it can make things easier. warehouse in recording goods so that processing time becomes relatively faster

Internet sales provider is also one of the sales that is needed in a company engaged in this field. Because it is not easy to become sales. So with that a company is looking for sales that have some experience and can master work in that field. However, this acceptance is not easy to obtain because there are still many who do not have experience in this field. So with that in solving existing problems, several criteria are needed including Target, Attendance, Discipline, Creativity and Ability in Speaking. And in this research also really need a system where the system can solve existing problems. The system is a decision support system and is assisted by a method that will produce the right value, the method is the WASPAS and ROC methods. So with this, in accepting internet sales providers who have the highest results so that they will be accepted as internet sales providers, there is the ABT3 alternative on behalf of Andreas Francis with a total value of 2.41877
