Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas, Aktivitas, Solvabilitas dan Profitabilitas terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan sektor consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder dengan teknik dokumentasi yang diperoleh melalui situs www.idx.co.id. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2015-2018 sebanyak 42 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Purposive Sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 25 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu, kemudian uji t dan uji F dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Likuiditas berpengaruh positif secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, Aktivitas berpengaruh positif secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, Solvabilitas berpengaruh positif secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Return saham dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham. Hasil uji F juga menunjukkanbahwa Likuiditas, Aktivitas, Solvabilitas dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham.

Abstract

The goals of this research were to acquire overview of economic growth trend on several sectors and to identify the potency of the economic growth describing the conditions will be developed. Agriculture and industry was two main sector in forming Toba Samosir Regency’s Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at Current Market Prices 2009-2013 in 2013 and contributing over two third GDRP of Toba Samosir Regency. Although agricultural GRDP was increasing every year, but the contribution of this sector tend to decrease proportionally. There were three sector had location quotient’s score (LQ score over 1, namely agriculture, industry, and electricity, gas, and water sectors. This figure showed the economic growth acceleration was greater than the same sector in North Sumatera Province. LQ score’s agriculture at constant market prices in 2013 was almost twice than industry. It meant the potency of agriculture was almost twofold than industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze what factors dominantly influence student interest in entrepreneurship during the COVID-19 pandemic. Benefits of the study, to determine the dominant factors influencing student interest in entrepreneurship during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population is all students majoring in management who have taken entrepreneurship courses while the sample size is 125 students, data collection methods are through questionnaires, documentation and interviews, data analysis methods with factor analysis. The results showed that the characteristics of the respondents based on the education level of the dominant parents were high school, the occupation of the parents was dominant farmers and the income of the parents was more dominant 3.1 million - 4 million. Based on 25 (twenty five) factors, it turns out that all factors can be grouped into 8 (eight) which are the dominant factors, namely: The first factor consists of: Parents' work, Able to find opportunities, Has access to capital, Encouragement from parents, Ability to see opportunities and Entrepreneurial field practice, Second Factor consists of: Able to do business alone, Able to plan activities, Able to create opportunities, Maintain prestige, Have an entrepreneurial mentality and be able to determine business direction, Third Factor consists of: Parents' mindset, Parents' education and your encouragement, the fourth factor consists of: very high profits, the fifth factor consists of: leadership skills, able to see the future and self-confidence, the sixth factor consists of: independent effort and unyielding attitude, the seventh factor consists of: business confidence developing and self-confidence and Factor Eight consists of: Income prospect n High and Income cannot be measured. Based on the results of the study, it is better to increase environmental factors regarding sibling encouragement, because siblings are the closest environment to influence, so it is effective to increase interest in entrepreneurship and parents' mindsets, emotionally affect someone so that, if the parents have an entrepreneurial spirit embedded in them. it will affect their children. Entrepreneurship courses that have been applied in the curriculum should be applied to the concepts of more applicable theories. With the application of entrepreneurship that students learn, they will be encouraged to become job creators, not job seekers.

Abstract

PT. BPR Stone Talabumi Pancur one banking services company. Outstanding loans in 2010 fell compared to the year 2011. Decrease due to relatively high interest rate loans and a lack of promotional activities. The problem: Is services marketing strategy (pricing and promotion) have a significant efiect on the amount of outstanding loans. Hypothesis: service marketing strategy (pricing and promotion) have a significant eflect on the amount of outstanding loans. The purpose of the study, to determine the ejfizct of the marketing strategy of lending services. Benefits, as input in further research. The study population is a marketing strategy services and the amount of credit supplied by PT. BPR Talabumi Pancur Stone began to stand up to this research. The samples taken from the year 2001 - 2005 (per semester). Data collection techniques used in this study is the documentation. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the eflect of service marketing strategy (pricing and promotion) of lending. Based on the results if the discussion was concluded that multiple linear regression equation obtained was Y = 334,146,977.205 to 28,065,996.867 14.628 X1 + X2. This means that services marketing strategy (pricing and promotion) have an influence on lending to the PT. BPR Pancur Talabumi Stone, this can be seen on the regression coeflicients. Determinant of the coeflicient of 0.965, meaning that credit can be explained by service marketing strategy (pricing and promotion) of 96.5% while 3.5% more explained by other factors. Based on the results obtained by analysis of F-count = 95.899> F-table 4.74, so H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. This means that services marketing strategy (pricing and promotion) have a significant qfect on the number of simultaneous outstanding loans to the PT. BPR Pancur Talabumi Stone, can be accepted at a significance level of 5%. Iudgingfrom the results of the t test, concluded that service marketing strategy (pricing and promotion) have a significant ejffiact of partial‘ to total outstanding loans at PT. BPR Pancur Talabumi Stone, can be accepted at a significance level of 5 %. Judging from the regression coeflicient is known that the price (interest rate) to give a greater contiibution than the promotion of outstanding loans. Promotional activities conducted by PT. BPR Talabumi Pancur Batu less intense, so that outstanding loans fell in 2005. The advice given to the leadership of PT. BPR Talabumi Pancur Stone is to increase the number of loans extended frequency should be increased promotional activities by advertising in mass media and electronic. Preferably, the head of the bank lowers the interest rate of credit to increase the amount of outstanding loans.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of signal coverage hotspot (wifi), ease of access hotspots (wifi), access speed hotspot (wifi), and the comfort of hotspot access (wifi) and simultaneous partial effect on the level of user satisfaction. To determine whether the most influential factor / dominant on the level of user satisfaction hotspot (wifi) in the Faculty of Economics, Catholic University of St. Thomas SU. The benefits of this study, those authors. Comparing theories - theories that have been explored for this through research conducted, as well as develop analytical and critical thinking skills to the problems that exist, For private university. As input and consideration for Private Higher Education to develop the quality of education as an institution of higher education with the needs and desires of students. Total sample of 45 respondents, the method of collecting data through questioner and documentation, methods of data analysis by factor analysis. The results showed that: Coverage hotspot signal (wifi). These variables have a dominant influence on the level of user satisfaction hotspot (wifi) in the Faculty of Economics of St. Thomas Catholic University of North Sumatra. Ease of access hotspots (wifi) proved to be the dominant influence on the level of user satisfaction hotspot (wifi) in the Faculty of Economics of St. Thomas Catholic University of North Sumatra. Students are quite satisfied with the speed of hotspot access (wifi). These variables proved the dominant influence on the level of user satisfaction hotspot (wifi) within the Faculty of Economics, Catholic University of St. Thomas North Sumatra. Influence comfort hotspot access (wifi) on the level of user satisfaction hotspot (wifi). Based on the data that has been processed and analyzed, it can be concluded that the comfort of the hotspot access (wifi) has dominant influence on the level of user satisfaction hotspot (wifi) Variable comfort hotspot access (wifi) positive effect on the level of user satisfaction hotspot (wifi). Thus increasing the speed of hotspot access (wifi) will be followed by increased user satisfaction. Based on the research results Party IT Santo Thomas Catholic University of North Sumatra should maintain speed hostpot access (wifi). Researchers further should expand the scope of survey respondents, not only at the Faculty of Economics, Catholic University of St. Thomas North Sumatra, but it could be in the Faculty - other faculties. Researchers should be able to further expand variables - variables examined, because it is possible there are many factors - other factors that could affect user satisfaction hotspot (wifi).

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the application of theory of planned behavior to predict student behavior to buy Lenovo laptops. Benefits This study provides input to other researchers in conducting further research on the same topic and add insight and knowledge of researchers in the field of consumer behavior, especially about the application of theory of planned behavior to predict student behavior to buy a laptop lenovo. Total sample 96 respondents, data collection method through questioner and documentation, Descriptive analysis technique. The results showed based on the observed variables that: Attitudes, subjective norms and control behaviors felt by students FE Unika St. Thomas SU on average gives a positive influence on the behavior to buy branded Lenovo laptops. This is in line with the behavioral interest equation = BI = 0.44Ab + 0.16SN + 0.40PC. That is, the behavior of FE Unika St. Thomas SU to buy larger brand Lenovo laptops is influenced by attitudes of 0.44 (44%) than perceived behavioral controls of 0.40 (40% and subjective norms 0.16 (16%)). attributes that students place to win competition and preferably, laptop manufacturers increase the influence of subjective norms and perceived behavioral control by offering various benefits to consumers

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of employee welfare on employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Medan, for the development of science, especially in the field of human resource management, as a reference in conducting further research. The total sample of the study was all members of the population of 30 people. The type of data used are primary and secondary data, data analysis methods are used simple linear regression analysis. From the results of the research and discussion, the tcount is 7.767 with a significance level of 0.000, so H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. That is, employee welfare has a significant effect on employee morale at PT. Jiwasraya Insurance (Persero) Medan, can be received at a 5 percent significance level. The simple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 0.773 + 0.696X. That is, employee welfare has a positive effect on employee morale at PT. Jiwasraya Insurance (Persero) Medan. This can be seen from the regression coefficient which is positive. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.826, meaning that employee welfare has a strong relationship with employee morale at PT. Jiwasraya Insurance (Persero) Medan. The determinant coefficient value (R Square) is 0.683, meaning that employee morale can be explained by employee welfare of 68.3% while 31.7% is explained by other factors such as promotion and incentive. Suggestions given as material for consideration to the leadership of the company is to increase employee morale, the company should pay attention to the welfare of employees by providing official housing facilities and increase family benefits to employees. It is better for the company to increase employee morale by giving awards to the best performing employees, such as promotion and incentives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparison of the original regional revenue in the Tax Agency and Regional Retribution of Medan City for the 2016-2018 fiscal year. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Medan City. The analytical tool used is the percentage comparison analysis. The results showed that for: (a) for the 2017/2016 fiscal year showed that the realization of regional tax increased by 24.22 percent, regional retribution decreased by 2.03 percent, revenue from the management of separated wealth areas decreased by 31, 88 percent, and other legitimate local revenues decreased by 25.72 percent. (b) for the fiscal year 2018/2017 shows that the realization of regional tax has decreased by 6.27 percent, regional retribution has decreased by 24.76 percent, income from the management of separated regional wealth has increased by 95.26 percent, and others- other legitimate local revenues increased by 8.39 percent

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the performance of the archipelago PT.BPR Bona Pasogit 9 Pangururan if measured by the Balanced Scorecard method. Population in this research is the financial reports, customer data, customer data and employee data that complaints were trained on the archipelago PT.BPR Bona Pasogit 9 Pangururan since its establishment in 1991 to the year 2011. The study sample-2011.Data 2010 data used in this study is documentation techniques. Techniques of data analysis in this research is descriptive method. From the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the measurements made during this performance only aims to increase financial performance. It can be seen from the measuring instruments used by the company so far in measuring their performance is to increase profits. Non-financial performance is not included in the performance measurement used, so that the resulting performance is inadequate. It can be seen from the increase in the level of customer complaints, lessons given to employees in order to improve the quality of employees is less well programmed. It is recommended to apply the balanced scorecard system to measure the performance of the company, so the goal PT.BPR archipelago Bona Pasogit 9 financial and non-financial Pangururan can be achieved to improve the ability of the company over the competition

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of knowledge, abilities, and work experience towards employee performance at PT. Hilon Sumatera. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The amount of population in this study is 53 people. The sampling method used is by doing census so that the amount of samples is also 53 people. The data was collected by using questionnaire, interview, and documentation study. From the result of the research, it is discovered that the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0,593 or 59,3%. This means that the variations in employee working performance can be determined by variations in organizational commitment and working discipline by 59,3%, while the rest 40,7% is determined by other variables not included in this research, such as motivation, working discipline, morale, supervision, and leadership method. The multiple linear regression equation obtained from the data processing result is Y=6,161+0,346X1+0,286X2+0,186X3+ ei, which means that knowledge, abilities, and working experience are positively affecting the employee performance at PT. Hilon Sumatera. Hypothesis testing simultaneously shows that knowledge, abilities, and working experience are having a significant effect towards employee performance at PT. Hilon Sumatera. Partial Hypothesis Test (T Test) shows that knowledge has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance level of 0,000 < α (0,05), ability with a significance level of 0,005>α (0,05), and working experience with a significance level of 0,013< α (0,05). Refering to the results of this study, it is reccomended that PT. Hilon Sumatera should develop and maintain the indicators that are available on knowledge, abilites, and working experience.
