Abstract

This reseach was carried out on the company Benua Mas Hotel Pontianak. Common problems in thisstudy are “How Does the Quality of Service Affect Hotel Guests Benua Mas Pontianak”. Reseachers usedqualitative desciptive methods. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, the researchtechnique in this study is in form documentation techniques by collection data from Benua Mas Hotel Pontianak.This study examines the quality of service consisting of five dimensions that is physical evidance, reliability,responsiveness, guarantee and empathy, and customer satisfaction on Benua Mas Hotel Pontianak. Based on themethod of determining the sample, the sample used was 30 respondents.Based on the results of simultaneous tes/ F test can be seen that independent variables have influence tothe dependent variable. From the results of the analysis carried out indicate that service quality service consistingof five dimensions, namely physical evidance, reliability, responsiveness, guarantee and empathy, simultaneouslyaffect customer satisfaction Benua Mas Hotel Pontianak.Physical evidance variables affect hotel customer satisfaction Benua Mas Pontianak, while the reliabilityvariable, responsiveness variable, guarantee variables and empathy variables does not affect hotel customersatisfaction Benua Mas Pontianak.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know implication of syari’ah principle in qardh’s contract arrangement inKelompok Pemodal 13 Kec.Pontianak Timur. To answer purpose of the research is done by qualitativeanalysis. This research done to members and managements Kelompok Pemodal 13 Kec. Abstract

This study was aimed to determine: (1) Organization culture of Waroeng Spesial Sambal Yogyakarta;(2) Employee’s job satisfaction of the Sari Banto Pontianak; (3) Employee’s organizational commitment ofthe Waroeng Spesial Sambal; (4) The effect of organization culture on employee’s organizationalcommitment of the Sari Banto Pontianak; (5) The effect of job satisfaction on employee’s organizationalcommitment of the Sari Banto Pontianak; (6) The effect of organization culture and job satisfaction onemployee’s organizational commitment of the Sari Banto Pontianak. The sample in this study were 100employees of the Sari Banto Pontianak. The data collection technique used was questionnaire. The dataanalysis technique used was multiple regression.The results of this study indicated that: (1) There was positive and significant relationship betweenorganization culture on employee’s organizational commitment of the Sari Banto Pontianak in the amount of(β) 0,513 (***p<0,001; p=0,000), with the contribution of organization culture on employee’sorganizational commitment in the amount of (ΔR2) 0,243; (2) There was positive and significant relationshipbetween job satisfaction on employee’s organizational commitment of the Sari Banto Pontianak in theamount of (β) 0,213 (*p<0,05; p=0,034), with the contribution of job satisfaction on employee’sorganizational commitment in the amount of (ΔR2) 0,044; (3) There was positive and significant influencebetween the variables of organization culture and job satisfaction on employee’s organizational commitmentof the Sari Banto Pontianak in the amount of organization culture (β) 0,512 (***p<0,001; p=0,000) and jobsatisfaction (β) 0,210 (*p<0,05; p=0,015). Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effects of the competence to audit quality withindependence and capability as intervening variables at Inspektorat Berau Regency. The population are theemployees of Inspektorat Berau Regency, and samples were taken as many as 30 employees by purposivesampling method. The criteria of sample was the auditor have responsibilities in the auditing. Data wereanalyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model (SEM) through SmartPLS Ver. 3.2.7.The results showed that competence directly positive and significant effect on independence,capability, and audit quality. independence has a positive and significant effect on capability, and auditquality. capability has a positive and significant effects on audit quality.

Abstract

To find out the relationship between profitability ratios to stock prices used inferential research. Profitabilityratios are proxied byreturn on asset as variable X1, net profit margin as variableX2, gross profit margin asvariableX3, andreturn on equityas variable X4. The stock price is proxied by closing price as the variable Y.Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, analysis coefficient of determination and testing ofhypothesis both F-test and T-test. The results of the regression analysis show that the constant value is equalto-52244,543, the value of b1or ROA is -118,398, the value ofb2or NPM is -85,300, the value of b3or GPM is405,349,and the value of b4or ROE is 99,054. The result of the hypothesis test show that simultaneously thereis a relationship between the ratios to stock prices, with a significant level of 0,042. Partially the averagesignificant level of the ratio of ROA, NPM and ROE to the stock price is above 0.05, meaning nothing todo.While the GPM ratio of stock prices has a significant level below 0.05, which means there is aconnection.Based on the partial hypothesis test, it is also known that the GPM variable is the most dominantvariable affecting stock prices with a beta value of 0.532.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) on community welfare. This research uses the Community Based Research method, which consists of 3 stages including: a. indepth interview stage with participants who are key actors in BUMDes, b. the stage of group discussion based on the interest groups in the village, and c. the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) phase where the discussion is carried out by all interested parties. All this was done to validate and verify the findings in the previous stage. The results of this study indicate the presence of BUMDes has had an impact on changes in the economic and social fields of rural communities. Although it has not been able to provide significant benefits for improving the welfare of villagers directly, it has slowly been able to provide solutions to several problems, especially related to the marketing of superior products and employment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the college student’s perspective of business ethic about genuine software fake software; to socialise and disseminate some freewaresto the college students. This analysis is done by using descriptive analysis in order to answer the research. This research is done to 100 college students ( 50 persons from STIE Indonesia Pontianak, and 50 persons from STIE Pontianak). Result of the research concludes that happened gap, in which the perspective of business ethic is above the piracy of the software. .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the subjective attitudes and norms of farmer groups towards the application of subsidized fertilizer e-RDKK in WKPP Kuala Dua Village, Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency. This is important because it will show how big the subjective attitudes and norms of the farmer groups towards the eRDKK application are, and good subjective attitudes and norms will reflect how strong the desire of farmers or farmer groups to submit a proposal for the allocation of subsidized fertilizer needs through the e-RDKK application. This is important so that farmers' subsidized fertilizer needs can be met, so that good farming achievement and productivity can be achieved, especially for farmers and farmer groups in WKBPP Kuala Dua Village, Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency. From the results of the research, it shows that the attitude value based on the results of research analysis of 26.6112 is in the good category because it is in the range of negative values of 31.71379 and positive 31.71379, so that the attitude of farmer groups towards the application of e-RDKK in WKPP Kuala Dua Village, Sungai Raya District is good. There is a good influence of subjective attitudes and norms on the behavior of farmer groups in WKPP Kuala Dua Village on the eRDKK application. That subjective attitudes and norms have a positive effect on the behavior of farmer groups in WKPP Kuala Dua Village, Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency towards the e-RDKK application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efficiency of the allocation policy and sources of working capital at PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk. The variable used is working capital with indicators of Working Capital Turnover, Working Capital Needs, and Working Capital Sources. The research period is 2017 to 2020. The data analysis uses quantitative descriptive and is then translated into graphic and narrative trends. From the data analysis, it is known that working capital turnover has been effective in creating a positive profit trend. Meanwhile, the working capital requirements during this period have been well met. Sources of working capital have basically used sources that can effectively support needs, except for low receivables turnover, so there are a lot of funds that should be used as sources but cannot be used.

Abstract

The research objective is to investigate and analyze the influence of work discipline, work ethic and organizational climate on the performance of employees at the Department of Agriculture Kubu Raya, either partially or simultaneously. The study used survey methods in an attempt to gather more field data assisted with research instruments adapted to the characteristics of descriptive qualitative research, in this case the researchers provide questionnaires/interview guides are adjusted to the dimensions of the study variables. Based on the research results, simultaneously (Test F) accept the hypothesis of the influence of variables work discipline, work ethic and organizational climate on employee performance Kubu Raya District Agricultural Office. Dominance partially on the performance of successively more influenced by variables discipline, work ethic and organizational climate.
