Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: (1) determine the condition of stocks through fundamental analysis by the DDM on the company's pulp and paper subsectors period 2011-2015; (2) determine the company's investment decisions pulp and paper subsectors period 2011-2015. The results of this study indicate that (1) the highest intrinsic value is at PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk which is equal to 924.7226 and the lowest intrinsic value is at Paper Factory PT Tjiwi Kimia Tbk, which amounted -1,787,541; (2) The company PT kedawung Setia Industrial Tbk in the period 2011-2015 has a condition undervalued stocks. Meanwhile, other companies namely PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk, PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk, PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk, PT Suparma Tbk, and PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk experienced overvalued.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction can be improved if there is justice in work. Achieving job satisfaction can improve productivity and company performance. Career development is an effort in increasing employee job satisfaction. The results show acceptance H0, proves that career development has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The career development orientation by companies that are not balanced with the expectations of employees cause employee job satisfaction is not going well.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Knowledge Management onemployee performance on PT. Anzon Toyota Pontianak and to find out where Knowledge Management indicators that are most influential on employee performance. This research uses the IBM SPSS statistics application. The population in this research are the employee of PT. Anzon Toyota Pontianak. The sample used 40 respondents with using the saturated sample. Technique of data analysis in this research used simple linear regression analysis. Results of the study show that there is influence between variable Knowledge Management which consists of three indicators, namely Personal Knowledge, Job Procedure, and technology on employee performance with determinant of coefficients is 0.256. Data analysis showed that the Personal Knowledge is the indicators with the most biggest influence compared to other indicators.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know implication of GCG’s Principles (Transparency & Accountability) in Financial Statement’s framework of Kelompok Pemodal 13 in Pontianak Timur. This analysis is done by qualitative analysis in order to answer the research. The study conclude that implication of GCG’s Principles are important for Kelompok Pemodal 13 in order to construct their Financial Statement’s framework based on Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) and to raise credibility of stakeholders.

Abstract

The method of analysis using the fundamental strength of a country is called by fundamental analysis. In general, the fundamental strength of a country is shown by the country’s economic data. Fundamental analysis states that every stock has an intrinsic value. This analysis attempts to calculate the intrinsic value of a stock by using the fundamental data of the “ Company’s Financial Statements “, such as capital structure,earning devidends, sales, expenditure etc. This analysis will compare the intrinsic value with the market value to determine whether the market price of shares has reflected its intrinsic value or has not. The purpose of this study is to find out the company’s fundamental analysis with the liquidity ratio, the company’s growth, and the impact of the analysis on the company’s growth. The result of the research indicates that the two public companies analyzed for five years in terms of cash and cash equivalents, inventories, current assets and current liabilities is that PT. Blue Bird, Tbk was stable. Concerning profit growth, PT. Blue Bird, Tbk yielded profit. The analysis of those factors shows that it has positive effect for PT. Blue Bird, Tbk which causes many investors will invest their funds. Keywords : ; ; company’s growth

Abstract

Determination of capital structure is very important for companies and parties outside the company such as creditors and investors because it is very basic and has a long-term impact. One important consideration that must be considered carefully before determining the company's capital structure is the consideration of the amount of capital costs from all funds / capital used by the company. In determining the capital structure must be able to reflect the balance or comparison between foreign capital and own capital that is best in a company influenced by many factors, including: asset structure and earning stability. CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District in the face of tight business competition must be able to establish an optimal capital structure. This is because the capital structure is an important problem for every company, because the good and bad capital structure will have a direct effect on the company's financial position. The initial observation shows CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District does not understand the problem of the capital structure.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure and earnings stability on the capital structure on CV Harapan Bunga Workshop in Berau District. Data analysis tools used were normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, t test and F test. The results of this study conclude that the structure of assets and earnings stability have a significant effect on the capital structure of CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District. This is evidenced by the results of the F test where F-count is greater than F-table (21.115> 4.74) and significant value 0.001 <0.05. The asset structure has a significant effect on the capital structure at CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District. This is evidenced by the results of the t test where -t count is smaller than -t-table (-3,078 <-2,365) and significant value (0,000) smaller than 0,05. Earning stability has a significant effect on the capital structure at CV Bunga Harapan Workshop in Berau District. This is evidenced by the results of the t test where t-count is greater than t-table (2.975> 2.365) and a significant value (0.021) which is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of independent oil palm farmers in the Segahdistrict. The analytical tool used are multiple linear regression equations, correlation coefficients, t test and calculated f test Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the multiple linear regression equation influences the cost of seedlings, fertilizer costs and financing the eradication of weeds against the income of independent oil palm farmers in Segah district is Y = - 1,469 + 0,639 X1 + 4,150 x3 . To measure the degree of the correlation between seed costs, fertilizer costs and financing of weed eradication of the income of independent oil palm farmers in Segah district, the researcher used a multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0.993 which means that the variable costs of seeds, fertilizer costs and weed eradication costs affect the income of farmers independent of oil palm in Segah District, the coefficient of determination R = 0.987 which showed that the income of independent farmers of oil palm in Segah district is influenced by seed costs, fertilizer costs, and weed eradication costs while the remaining 1.13% (1 - 0.987) is a factor which is not examined. Based on testing using f test where f arithmetic is 0.040 <0.10 and t count value is 2.617> 1.943, it can be concluded that the proposed hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Oil palm plantations are one of the plantations crops in Indonesia who has a pretty bright future. The areaof oil palm plantations in Indonesia is expanding so that later established a modern palm oil processing factoryand oil palm research centers.The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy that is done inside set the selling price of palm oil, findout the constraints in setting the selling price and to find out the policies of the company in determining the sellingprice of palm oil to PT Parna Agro Mas Sekadau West Kalimantan.The method of research conducted is by using data and data sources obtained directly from PT Parna AgroMas Sekadau West Kalimantan in the form of data on the production and sale of palm oil from 2015 to 2017.The result showed that the company doesn’t just set one price, but a price structure which reflectsgeographical diversity and costs, market segment demands, purchase time, order level, and other factors. The priceadjustment strategy carried out is : (1) geographical pricing, (2) (price discount and allowances, (3) promotionalpricing, (4) discriminatory pricing.

Abstract

Working capital is excess current assets againts short-term debt. This excess is called net working capital.The problem studied in this study is how much the working capital needs of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, Tbkby using the working capital turnover formula.The conclusion of this study is that working capital is described using ratios Working Capital Turnoverwhich measures working capital turnover where the sale proceeds divided by working capital. Working capitalturnover in 2015 amounted to 9,89 % in 2016 amounted to 5,49 %, whereas in 2017 it was equal 2,05 % this showsthat there is an excess of working capital due to low receivables.Total corporate receivables in 2015 were lower than in 2016 and 2017 thus resulting in greater numberof attachments to the company’s working capital and faster working capital turnover.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfaction through staffperformance of DPUPR North Barito Regency. Data about those variable was collected by conductinterviews with questionnaire. The sample is selected by using the technique simple random sampling, whichtotaled 30. The hyphoteses are tested using multiple regression analysis by SPSS for Windows 19.0. Theresult showed that : 1) the motivation and job satisfaction has a significant and simultan influence throughstaff performance DPUPR North Barito Regency; 2) the motivation hasn’t a significant impact through staffperformances on staffs of DPUPR North Barito Regency; the job satisfaction has a significant impactthrough staff performances of DPUPR North Barito Regency; and then 3) the most dominan variableaffecting through staff performance of DPUPR North Barito Regency is the job satisfaction.
