Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know implication of GCG’s Principles (Transparency & Accountability) in Financial Statement’s framework of Kelompok Pemodal 13 in Pontianak Timur. This analysis is done by qualitative analysis in order to answer the research. The study conclude that implication of GCG’s Principles are important for Kelompok Pemodal 13 in order to construct their Financial Statement’s framework based on Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK) and to raise credibility of stakeholders.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the college student’s perspective of business ethic about genuine software fake software; to socialise and disseminate some freewaresto the college students. This analysis is done by using descriptive analysis in order to answer the research. This research is done to 100 college students ( 50 persons from STIE Indonesia Pontianak, and 50 persons from STIE Pontianak). Result of the research concludes that happened gap, in which the perspective of business ethic is above the piracy of the software. .

Abstract

This research is expected to be useful for stakeholders both theoretically and practically in terms of choosing and implementing a survival strategy in order to save the company, especially in times of crisis. To answer the research questions, qualitative data analysis techniques were used which followed the following three stages: Data analysis, drawing conclusions and verification and narrative of analysis results. It can be concluded that the defensive strategy undertaken by PT Sarimelati Kencana, Tbk in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic is appropriate, because it is proven that this strategy can still print positive sales, stable cost of goods sold, positive gross profit, still operating profit positive, and stable operating expenses. However, interest and financial expenses that exceed operating profit are the cause of losses for the franchise holder of the Pizza Hut Indonesia restaurant.From this research, it can be suggested for business people in general to consider and pay careful attention to plans or debt decisions. If the business actor is already in debt, then strengthen the intention and determination to immediately pay off these debts. Good products, good product selling prices, effective promotions, strategic selling locations, and increased sales volume will be in vain when business actors are faced with debt interest expenses that exceed operating profit.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the trend of ANTAM LM Gold prices using the least square method through the JASP application and evaluate the reliability of its prediction results. Data on ANTAM LM Gold prices were collected and analyzed using the least square method in the JASP software. The analysis results show that the predicted prices of ANTAM LM Gold can still be trusted, with relatively small and reasonable differences between predicted and actual values. Although the predictions are not always exactly the same as the actual values, the trend analysis can still be relied upon to predict the direction of price movements. An interesting phenomenon is also revealed, namely that the actual selling prices of ANTAM LM Gold tend to decrease from the middle of the month to the beginning of the following month. This information can be used by investors as a guide to buy ANTAM LM Gold when prices are decreasing. In conclusion, the results of the trend analysis of ANTAM LM Gold prices using the least square method through the JASP application provide a significant contribution to more informed and potential investment decision-making.

Abstract

This research is based on the presence of teenagers dropping out of school. The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) Factors that affect adolescent dropouts are seen from internal factors, 2) Factors that affect adolescent dropouts are seen from external factors. This research is qualitative research. Key informants of FMM and NG students and 6 additional informants consisting of FMM's close friends and NG's close friends, FMM and NG parents, NG's sister, FMM's sister. The research instruments used in this study are interview guidelines, techniques used through data reduction, data display and data achievement. The results revealed that 1) Internal factors are lack of spirit to go to school, lack of interest in learning, always sleepy, often staying up late at night, lack of confidence in self-ability. 2) External factors that teachers are less motivated, often ridiculed for not being able to pay the obligation of school fees, the influence of friends hanging out, declining achievements and embarrassment to return to school, bullied by friends. Based on the findings of the study, it is recommended in adolescents to be able to increase their confidence and foster interest in learning

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the student learning process in science subjects at SMPN 5 Bengkulu online based during the pandemic. The method used is a data analysis method with a descriptive qualitative approach to the sources obtained through interviews and filling in the Google Form wich is distributed to students of class VII and IX of SMPN 5 Bengkulu. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results showed that online learning was quite fun for students with a percentage of 67.6% and boring for other 32.4% students. And the Whatsapp application is more effectively used in online learning with a percentage of 91.2%, besides that handphone can also be useful for students in the learning process because they are easy to use.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of Google Sheets, a free and cloud-based software, in facilitating inventory checking and recording processes in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs often face challenges in managing inventory due to limited resources and the absence of sophisticated inventory systems, which may lead to inefficiencies such as overstocking or stock shortages. The integration of a cost-effective and user-friendly tool like Google Sheets offers a practical alternative for improving stock management. Using a case study approach, this research analyzes several SMEs that have implemented Google Sheets as part of their inventory management practices. The findings reveal that Google Sheets significantly eases data entry, enables real-time stock monitoring, and supports collaborative work without additional software licensing costs. Moreover, features like automated formulas and conditional formatting reduce human error in inventory documentation. In conclusion, the study finds that Google Sheets enhances operational efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy in inventory management within SMEs, making it a viable digital solution for improving business performance.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic review of existing literature on teacher conflict management through a systemic approach to enhance the quality of educational services. Utilizing the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, 22 nationally accredited journal articles published between 2020 and 2024 were identified, from which 5 articles were selected based on relevance, methodological rigor, and contextual alignment. The findings indicate that teacher conflicts are predominantly triggered by ineffective communication, non-inclusive leadership practices, and misalignments in organizational values and culture. Conflict resolution strategies identified include internal mediation, conflict management training, collaborative leadership, and the reinforcement of value-based organizational norms. The systemic approach offers a comprehensive lens to analyze the interrelated organizational, interpersonal, and cultural dimensions influencing conflict dynamics. This review contributes conceptually to the development of an integrated model for teacher conflict resolution tailored to the socio-cultural realities of Indonesian educational institutions. Furthermore, it highlights the need for future research to combine contemporary conflict management theories with local religious and cultural frameworks in order to support sustainable, collaborative school environments, especially in the context of the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (ECE) represents a critical stage in shaping the holistic development of children. Despite its significance, existing studies tend to address ECE management in fragmented dimensions, lacking an integrated managerial framework. This study aims to synthesize diverse managerial approaches into a systemic framework focused on the foundational phase, to support the delivery of high-quality educational services. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with an exploratory qualitative design, the research adheres to the PRISMA guidelines. Data were retrieved from scholarly databases including Google Scholar, Garuda, SINTA, and DOAJ, with inclusion criteria comprising open-access articles published between 2015 and 2025 that focus on ECE management. Thematic content analysis identified five key categories: curriculum and instruction, institutional management and leadership, teacher professionalism, holistic-integrative approaches, and strategic innovations. The findings reveal that high-quality ECE management during the foundational phase is underpinned by the integrated implementation of these five dimensions. The study concludes that a systematic and interconnected managerial approach is essential for enhancing ECE quality and provides practical implications for school administrators, policymakers, and educational researchers.
