Abstract

The problem in this research is the consumptive behavior carried out by the community or the lack of good financial management behavior. This is supported by the rapid development of technology that has an impact on people's lifestyles. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy on financial management behavior. This study aims to examine the effect of income on financial management behavior. This study aims to examine the effect of financial attitude on financial management behavior. The sampling method used is a quantitative method by collecting surveys or questionnaires. The sample in the study was 100 students of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Social Sciences at Pelita Bangsa University. The author uses a Likert scale in measuring variables with simple random sampling technique. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy influences Financial Management Behavior, Income influences Financial Management Behavior, Financial Attitude influences Financial Management Behavior.

Abstract

MSMEs contribute 60.6% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia. However, on the other hand, the level of financial literacy and financial experience of MSME actors is still low, as well as the lack of access to financial institutions for this sector. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of financial access (X1), financial literacy (X2) and financial experience (X3) on the financial behavior (Y) of SMEs. The research data was tested using SPSS version 25, with the results of the study both partially using the T test and simultaneously using the F test there was a significant influence between the variables of financial access (X1), financial literacy (X2) and financial experience (X3) on financial behavior (X1) Y), the coefficient of determination in Adjusted R Square explains the magnitude of the influence of 72.8%, while the remaining 27.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Poverty is a common phenomenon that occurs in all countries and at all times. This study aims to determine the factors that allegedly affect poverty in Maluku Province such as the level of education, health and per capita income. Data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency in the form of data on average length of schooling (RLS), life expectancy (AHH), per capita income and poverty rate. The method used is multiple liear regression. The results showed that RLS had a significant negative effect on the poverty rate while AHH and per capita income had a negative and significant effect on reducing the poverty rate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on labor demand in Maluku Province. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Maluku Province from 2000-2020. The analysis method used is multiple liner rehression. The results showed that economic growth had a positive and significant effect on labor demand while FDI had a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

New to the workforce, Gen Z's financial management skills are crucial. This study explores how factors like financial literacy, family education from family, financial attitude, hedonism lifestyle and financial knowledge on Generation Z’s financial management skills. A survey of 257 Gen Z members explored financial management skills using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis via SmartPLS 3.0 software. Financial education from family, hedonism lifestyle, and financial knowledge has no significant impact on Generation Z’s financial management skills. however, financial literacy and financial attitude have an impact. Research implications This Research's findings impact policymakers, financial institutions and academic. Academic institutions should provide sufficient financial education for Generation Z to empower them on financial choices. Policymakers must encourage prudent financial habits among Generation Z. This research focuses on Generation Z who are new to the workforce and many of the variations in the determinants of financial management skills have not been explored in previous research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine legal protection on the brand owners for counterfeiting brands traded through electronic transactions on online marketplace platforms (E-Commerce). This research method used normative law or what is often called library research as this research utilized statutory regulations approach or other legal materials and concepts. In which research legal materials were carried out by examining library materials. The data used uses secondary data originating from scientific journals, books and other supporting references. Brand owners are afforded legal protection by the state if their brand has been registered with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights and has received exclusive rights to that brand. This protection is enforced by the state. Regarding counterfeiting of brands that are bought and sold through transactions on the Online Marketplace (E-Commerce) platform, brand owners can make efforts to resolve disputes as regulated in Law Number 20 of 2006 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications through court (litigation) and outside court (non-litigation).

Abstract

Moral education is essential and must be instilled from an early age, especially in the era of globalization for the formation of a true Muslim identity. A child's mental development continues to evolve and develop towards the perfection of his thinking. For this reason, at the Riyadlu As-Shalihin Cintaraja Integrated Islamic Boarding School, personality morals are the most important parameter. The aim of this research is to determine moral education in the era of globalization for the formation of a true Muslim identity at the Riyadlu As-Shalihin Cintaraja Integrated Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative approach, descriptive method, case and field design. As a result of his research, all habituation programs at the Riyadlu As-Shalihin Cintaraja Integrated Islamic Boarding School are recorded in the RAKAAT Book (Report of Activities for Taqwa Children) which is highly respected (1). Honesty, (2). Discipline. (3). Full of sincerity in carrying out devotion to worship. The contents of the Rak'at Book include; (1). Yaumiah Prayer Service Activities: Pardhu, Dhuha, Qiyamullail, witr prayers. (2). Tadarus Al-Qur'an activities, murojaah/Tahfidz juz 29, 30, and selected syura (Yaasin, Al-Mulk, Al-Wakiah, Al-Jumu'ah, al-Kahfi, Ar-Rahman). (3). Tabarat (afterlife savings) is a balance so that you don't only save for worldly interests, but also for the hereafter. Form of application of the program; (1). KETAWA program (if you find trash, take it straight away), (2). Makbul Program (anti-violence Madrasah). (3). Tablignatun Mubaligin” for learning to become a Da'i. The problems faced have been anticipated by the teachers/clerics/ustadzah as human resources at this Islamic boarding school, never to shift from the application of the Rakaat Book. It's simple, just carry out the rakat after the output. The solution is to maximize the running of the RAKAAT Book as well as good coordination between the school and the students' parents.

Abstract

The dynamics of women's roles in urban society is a complex phenomenon that continues to change along with the times. Urban areas have become dynamic and diverse centers of life, creating challenges and opportunities for women in carrying out their roles. The purpose of the research is to explore the experiences, perceptions, and understandings of urban women about their roles in society. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data is obtained through in-depth interviews with 15 women from various backgrounds in Makassar city to understand women’s experiences directly and deeply, as well as direct observation of women's roles in the current urban society. The data collected will be analyzed thematically to find out the role of women in the current urban society. The results of this study show that the dynamics of women's roles in urban society have developed significantly along with social and economic transformation. In the midst of the development of cities, women are not only limited to their traditional roles as housewives, but are also increasingly actively involved in various sectors of life.

Abstract

Profit growth is a benchmark for evaluating a company's performance (to assess management's performance in operating the company). This study aims to analyze the relationship between profit growth and Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Non-Performing Loan (NPL). This is an associative research study that aims to identify the relationships between variables to interpret the existing issues. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial reports from the top 10 banks from 2000-2023. The financial report data were obtained from www.idx.co.id. The collected data were then analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 25.00 software. The results of this study indicate that Return on Assets (ROA) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) do not affect profit growth, whereas Return on Equity (ROE) has a negative effect on profit growth in Indonesian banking.

Abstract

This study highlights the cultural transformation of the millennial generation in urban Indonesia, influenced by technological advances, social media and globalisation. Despite maintaining a unique cultural identity, this generation faces challenges in maintaining a balance between modernity and cultural heritage. The implications include policy development and cultural maintenance in the future. Previous research has examined the influence of globalisation on young people, but this study provides a specific focus on millennials' responses to foreign culture and behavioural changes, making a valuable contribution to previous understanding.
