Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of live streaming variables, dis-counts, and free shipping on Shopee consumers' buying interest. The population in this study were people in Bandung who used the Shopee application. The sample type in this study used purposive sampling. De-termination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula resulted in 100 respondents being studied in this study. The research method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS software version 26. The results of this study indicate that the live streaming and discount variables partially have no effect and yet significant on Shopee consumers' buying interest, while the free shipping variable has a positive and significant effect on buying in-terest. Simultaneously, the variables of live streaming, discounts and free shipping affect the buying interest of Shopee consumers. The Coefficient of Determination (R2) of 54.9% indicates that the live streaming, dis-count and free shipping variables provide almost all the information needed to predict the variance of the dependent variable (purchase in-tention).

Abstract

This study explores the impact of TikTok content and its usage intensity on adolescents' mindsets, with digital lifestyle serving as a mediating variable. TikTok, as a leading social media platform, offers diverse con-tent that can influence adolescents' perspectives and behaviors. This re-search employs a quantitative approach using PLS-SEM to analyze the relationships among independent variables (TikTok content and usage intensity), the mediating variable (digital lifestyle), and the dependent variable (adolescents' mindsets). The findings indicate that TikTok con-tent and its usage intensity have direct effects on adolescents' mindsets, both positive and negative, depending on the type of content and usage duration. Additionally, digital lifestyle is shown to be a significant medi-ating factor. This study emphasizes the importance of digital literacy in enabling adolescents to filter information and use social media wisely, thereby fostering healthy and constructive mindsets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perkembangan kebijakan fiskal di Indonesia melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Metode bibliometrik digunakan untuk menganalisis tren publikasi, kutipan, kepengarang serta tema utama dari literatur terkait kebijakan fiskal di Indonesia selama periode 1995-2024. Data diperoleh dari Scopus berjumlah 65 artikel dan diolah menggunakan Publish or Perish (PoP) dan VOSViewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam jumlah publikasi dan sitasi terkait tema ini yang mencerminkan penerapan kebijakan fiskal yang tepat untuk memperkuat perekonomian negara Indonesia. Analisis tema mengelompokkan hasil penelitian ke dalam empat klaster utama, yaitu kebijakan moneter, belanja publik, desentralisasi, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi green accounting dan sustainability dapat membantu pemerintah Indonesia untuk lebih ketat dalam menerapkan kebijakan fiskal di Indonesia.

Abstract

The majority of MSMEs stayed informal in many developing countries. This has become a problem because it creates a negative impact on government and business itself. Digital transformation has a transformative impact on formalizing SMEs. This transformation needs entrepreneurs to have a certain level of ability and competence in digital literacy. The main objective of this research is to investigate the impact of higher-level digital literacy of entrepreneurs on MSMEs informality. Informality is defined by three characteristics: bookkeeping, legality, and access to credit on bank. Digital literacy is defined by index constructed using Item Response Theory. Using Propensity Score Matching (PSM) to tackle selection bias and using Ordinary Least Square to analyze the impact of digital literacy, our findings show that digital literacy have a statistically significant and slightly more positive impact on legality than impact on access to credit on bank. In addition, we found that the impact of higher digital literacy on informality is significantly more prominent in western side of Indonesia. However, there is a different impact of higher digital literacy on different sectors of economic activities.

Abstract

Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi, inovasi dapat dibangun dalam aspek pelayanan publik. Hal tersebut merupakan suatu inovasi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dengan hadirnya aplikasi Jakarta Kini (JAKI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil inovasi pelayanan prima melalui implementasi aplikasi JAKI (Jakarta Kini) di Jakarta Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah pencapaian pelayanan prima dengan implementasi aplikasi JAKI sudah berjalan cukup baik, namun terdapat beberapa kendala, antara lain belum berjalan dengan baik terkait kerjasama dengan pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, sosialisasi belum tepat sasaran, permasalahan kebijakan privasi dan perbedaan birokrasi dengan pihak swasta.

Abstract

Use of fintech. This research method uses a qualitative approach with literature studies. Sources obtained from journal articles, online news, youtube and several interviews were conducted. The process of coding and visualizing research results uses NVivo Software. This research explains that the behavior of generation z on the use of fintech is that generation z prefers fintech applications that provide easy access, fintech also makes transactions faster and generation z is also now more interested in making investments because they realize that there will be a high cost of living and they also realize that lifestyle in this era is expensive. Therefore, for now Generation Z prefers to invest so that their finances continue to grow. This research provides an overview of how Generation Z will always be connected in the world of fintech, especially when it comes to transacting and investing and how socioeconomic factors affect their financial decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social media marketing on brand loyalty mediated by brand trust. This study was conducted with the aim of explaining quantitatively. The population in this study were customers or users of Samsung smartphone products who actively use social media. The sampling technique used was convenience simple random sampling with a sample size of 95. The data analysis method used in this study was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a measurement model using the Smart PLS program. The results of this study indicate that social media marketing has a significant effect on brand trust. Social media marketing has a significant effect on brand loyalty. Brand trust shows a significant effect on brand loyalty. Brand trust can mediate the influence of social media marketing on brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of public servants and employee performance on community satisfaction. Using descriptive analysis methods and statistical analysis methods. Questionnaires were distributed to 90 respondents at the Jangkang Baru Village Office, Lahei Barat District.The results of the Standardized Coefficients Beta value of the public service variable are greater than the other independent variables, namely 0.221. The results of the significance test T test value 2.123> 1.987 the second hypothesis is accepted. Table Fcount > Ftable of 5.216 > 3.10 is declared significant. Public services and employee performance simultaneously have a significant effect on community satisfaction. Standardized Coefficients Beta value of public services (0.221) and employee performance (0.196) on community satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination R Square is 10.7% and the remaining 89.3% is influenced by variables outside the study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of reward, punishment and work discipline on the performance of educators and education staff at the High School of Economics (STIE) Muara Teweh, North Barito Re-gency.The research method used was a questionnaire which was distrib-uted to 40 educators and education staff at the Muara Teweh School of Economics (STIE) North Barito Regency as respondents. Measurements using a Likert scale with a weight scale of 1 to 5. Test the validity and reliability of the research instrument. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis and classical assumption test. Based on the Coeffi-cient of Determination Test that the effect of the variable reward (X1), Punishment (X2) and work discipline simultaneously on the perfor-mance of educators and education staff (Y) is 0.630 while the remaining 37% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.The results of the study show that Reward, Punishment and Work Discipline have a significant simultaneous effect on the Performance of Educators and Education Personnel of the Muara Teweh High School of Economics (STIE) North Barito Regency. Reward, Punishment and Work Discipline partially have a significant effect on the Performance of Educators and Education Personnel of the Muara Teweh High School of Economics (STIE) North Barito Regency. Reward has a dominant and significant effect on the Performance of Educators and Education Per-sonnel of the High School of Economics (STIE) Muara Teweh, North Barito Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan kewirausahaan lokal di Kabupaten Barito Utara, Kalimantan Tengah, dengan fokus pada peluang, tantangan, dan strategi pemberdayaan UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM di Barito Utara memiliki potensi besar dalam menggerakkan ekonomi lokal, khususnya di sektor pertanian, kuliner, dan kerajinan tangan. Namun, masih terdapat sejumlah hambatan seperti keterbatasan modal, rendahnya literasi digital, dan akses pasar yang sempit. Strategi pemberdayaan yang dapat dilakukan antara lain melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan, penguatan jaringan distribusi, dan kolaborasi dengan pihak swasta serta pemerintah. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan strategis bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam pengembangan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang berkelanjutan.
