Abstract

This research aims to find out how the system of utilizing Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in the construction of facilities and infrastructure in Babul Makmur village of west Simeulue district. The location of this research is in Babul Makmur Village using descriptive research methods. The results showed that the use of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in the construction of facilities and infrastructure starts from facilitating work and can be carried out properly, while utilization in increasing productivity is not affected. Furthermore, utilization by increasing effectiveness in the development of facilities and infrastructure can run and have an impact on the community because it can help the community improve its welfare. In addition, factors that affect activities are the absence of delays in disbursement of village funds and lack of public awareness of village development. The advice in this study is that the village government should increase socialization about the use of village funds and increase the commitment and consistency of the government and the community in order to carry out activities in the form of cooperation

Abstract

Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) is a women-only social organization. The PKK was founded for the welfare of the family, because the family is the community that builds the nation. The purpose of this study is to explain and describe how family welfare empowerment activities (PKK) policies are implemented in work programs in the field of education and skills in Suak Puntong Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency. The research method used was qualitative research with a case study approach. The findings of this study indicate that the existing Pokja II education and skills program, such as sewing training for the community, cooking training, making wedding delivery baskets, stringing Acehnese betel nut, arranging flowers, and other hand skills useful in people's daily lives, is being implemented quite well. This can be seen in the existing sewing, handicrafts, and cooking programs, but their implementation is not carried out properly due to a variety of obstacles, including the replacement of village heads every period with the person in charge (PJ), which results in policies that are not carried out optimally when implemented.

Abstract

This study examines the role of posyandu as a center for maternal and child health information in Suak Puntong Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of posyandu as a health information center and the active role of the community in utilizing posyandu program services as basic health. This study uses an approach approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The role of Posyandu in Suak Puntong Village, Kuala Pesisir Subdistrict, Nagan Raya Regency, which is the main target for mothers and children, still needs more innovative health information centers. The problems faced in Suak Puntong Village are due to the lack of awareness of mothers to take their children to the posyandu and a narrow understanding of posyandu activities that are limited to weighing toddlers and other reasons, namely mothers are busy working. Posyandu as a health information center in Suak Puntong Village works as a basic health service as well as a motivator for villagers to improve health quality through its program in the form of an integrated family program. The integrated program provides contributions, weighing children under five, exclusive breastfeeding and complementary feeding, examination of pregnant women, family planning programs, and marginal age couples

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the authority of Pawang glee on the conflict completion among people in forest utilization in Aceh, also to find out the suitability of conflict completion among people in forest utilization in Aceh with utilization principle. The technique of conflict completion obtained in Article 1 Paragraph (10) The Law Number 30 Year of 1999 About The Alternative of Conflict Completion explains that conflict can be solved outside the court through the methods of consultation, negosiation, mediation, consiliation, and expert assessment. This research was a normative juridicial research, the approach used in this research was the law regulation approach and historical approach. The result of this research showed that Pawang glee authority on conflict completion among people in forest utilization in Aceh has been suitable with the utilization principle of natural resources which centers on the prosperity manifestation for all people of Indonesia. The existence of institution and authority of Pawang glee in managing forest utilization through traditional law has continuously been strengthened with the presence of Aceh Qanun Number 10 Year of 2008 About Traditional Institution. The weakness which must be improved from the conflict completion this far mediated and solved by Pawang glee was not documented and published well yet until the work result of Pawang glee institution could not be accessed widely by the community

Abstract

This study discusses the role of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in dealing with stateless problems in Malaysia from 2014-2017. As an international organization, UNHCR deals with stateless issues, namely people who are not considered citizens by any country according to their legal operations. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative. The results found that UNHCR performed its role as an information provider, law enforcer, and policy implementer. As an information provider, UNHCR carries out the #Ibelong campaign and provides information about its partners. As a rule enforcer, UNHCR encourages Malaysia to ratify the stateless convention and provide legal assistance. As a policy implementer, UNHCR carries out mapping projects and provides funding for stateless programs.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia pada tahun 2021 akan membuka kembali rekrutmen Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) untuk masyarakat luas. Pelaksanaan rekrutmen CPNS 2021 dilakukan di tengah Pandemi Covid-19, sehingga pemerintah menambah persyaratan untuk mengikuti Seleksi Kompetensi Dasar (SKD). Ketentuannya, setiap peserta SKD yang akan masuk ruang ujian harus menunjukkan hasil PCR/Antigen Swab dengan hasil negatif Covid-19. Ketentuan ini merupakan kebijakan yang harus dipatuhi oleh seluruh peserta CPNS yang mengikuti SKD. Kebijakan ini mendapat tanggapan yang cukup beragam dari peserta SKD. Berdasarkan fakta-fakta tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebijakan wajib PCR/Antigen swab dengan tingkat ketidakhadiran peserta CPNS 2021 dari SKD CPNS 2021 di Aceh Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan partisipan yang absen pada SKD CPNS 2021. Sehingga dapat dijadikan acuan oleh pemerintah dalam menetapkan suatu kebijakan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat bagian dari upaya pemerintah dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan negara. Pemberdayaan masyarakat diagendakan dengan rangkaian kegiatan yang berkesinambungan, berkelanjutan, dan berkala secara dinamis. Bentuk kegiatan dalam pemberdayaan memanfaatkan unsur-unsur potensial yang ada secara sinergis. Tujuan utama dari pemberdayaan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan secara mandiri untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya dan mampu beradaptasi dengan tantangan masa depan. Pemerintah dalam hal ini diwakilkan oleh Kementerian Kominfo meluncurkan program kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan konsep webinar. Tema webinar ini adalah Literasi Digital Nasional "Makin Cakap Digital". Sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat di era digital. Riset dalam naskah ini, menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Kajian menerapkan sistem studi kasus dalam riset. Fokus dalam riset berorientasi pada power dan intervensi media baru dalam konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat secara daring dengan menggunakan platform webinar. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui konsep media baru membahas materi 4 pilar terkait literasi digital yang diselenggarakan oleh Kominfo. Program webinar ini dapat memaparkan value masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi aktif pada paradigma baru pembangunan khususnya berkaitan dengan literasi digital. Konsep kegiatan webinar Literasi Digital Nasional "Makin Cakap Digital" oleh Kominfo merupakan strategi pemerintah mewujudkan 6 dimensi pemberdayaan dengan pemaparan 4 pilar literasi digital

Abstract

Korupsi didefinisikan sebagai suatu bentuk penyelewengan atau penyelewengan uang negara, termasuk perusahaan, organisasi, yayasan, dan sebagainya untuk keuntungan pribadi atau orang lain. Penggunaan moral dan etika belum optimal, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan moral dan etika untuk mencegah korupsi politik saat pemilu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih ada pejabat publik dan penyelenggara pemilu yang bermasalah dengan integritas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, bila muncul kecurangan pemilu, perlu adanya pengawasan yang ketat agar eskalasi konflik pemilu dapat dihindari.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the quality of public services for people with disabilities at the Pekanbaru Public Service Mall meanwhile, a lot of people with disabilities who experience discrimination related to the fulfillment of their rights in public services. So, it is necessary to assess the quality of public services that have been provided to persons with disabilities. Pekanbaru Public Service Mall is one of the places for integrated public services, there are various kinds of government and private agencies that provide public services. With a high number of visits per day, Pekanbaru Public Service Mall is expected to be the answer for people with disabilities to use public services more efficiently, easily, comfortably and safely. This reaserch is a quality research with using interviews, observation and documentation as a method to collect the data. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall is very good. Persons with disabilities feel very cared about for their service needs and accessibility. Although there are still shortcomings in the facilities provided, the Pekanbaru Public Service Mall has tried to provide the best service for the people with disabilities. It is proven based on the results of research that people with disabilities feel efficiency, responsiveness and there is no difference between people with disabilities and other communities. To provide better public services, service officers should be given special education and training for persons with disabilities, and always maintain the facilities for persons with disabilities that have been provided.

Abstract

In order to encourage transparency and improve the quality of public services, information service innovation through the Sentuh Tanahku Application is present as a public service which made by the Ministry of Agrarian Spatial Planning/National Land Agency and applied to all communities and the Land Office in Indonesia. Through the Sentuh Tanahku application, you can provide land services simply and control land assets efectively by community. However, the application of the Sentuh Tanahku Application in North Jakarta City is still slightly inclined even though the North Jakarta Administrative City Land Office is one of the best land office in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Sentuh Tanahku Application in the North Jakarta Administration City Land Office with qualitative research methods and data collection techniques with interview and documentation methods. This research is adapted to the Theory of Innovation Attributes from Rogers. The results showed that the Sentuh Tanahku Application Innovation at the North Jakarta City Land Administration Office had fulfilled all the components in the Innovation Attribute Theory, but in its use there were still some problems, many obstacles comes in operating the Loketku Feature and the Field Plot Feature by the North Jakarta City Community and the lack of socialization carried out. by the North Jakarta Administrative City Land Office, so that there is still need maintanances in the Sentuh Tanahku application feature so that the Touch Tanahku application can help fulfill the land service needs of the people of North Jakarta City.
