Advances in technology make it easier for humans in their activities. The internet has become mandatory for use in various aspects of life. Social media users in Indonesia reach 150 million people. Most internet users are aged 15 to 19 years, which is 91%. At present the way to get along with teenagers is not only by direct contact but also indirectly by using media or social networking. The use of social media is sometimes difficult to control either by parents or the school, so there is a need for education for adolescents to be more optimal in using social media for anything positive. The purpose of this mass empowerment activity is to provide understanding to teenagers that social media can provide many positive benefits if we use it in a smart and maximum way, and invites young people to be smart in using social media. The implementation method is through counseling and discussion with high school students 1 Panga. The results of this activity turned out that not all students have social media both Facebook and Instagram because of limitations in accessing. Before this activity the participants only used social media as a means of uploading photos and videos, but after this activity they learned that social media can be used optimally namely to carve out achievements and as a medium to increase personal finances.

Anak menjadi generasi pemimpin negeri yang meneruskan cita-cita bangsa dan negara. Keberadaannya sebagai Â generasi penerus bangsa harus diberikan penanaman nilai-nilai etika dan moral serta bekal pendidikan yang cukup sehingga mereka siap untuk menjadi generasi pemimpin bangas selanjutnya. Peran orang tua, Â pemerintah dan juga pemangku kepentingan lainnya turut berperan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Salah satunya melalui Kelas Inspirasi yang merupakan gerakan sosial dari para profesional dengan Â profesi yang beragam untuk mengajar sehari ke Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan Â berbagi cerita serta pengalaman kerja. Tujuan kelas inspirasi Â Â yaitu Â memberi pengalaman belajar mengajar, membangun jejaring, meningkatkan kepekaan untuk mengatasi masalah sekitar, dan Â memberikan wawasan, motivasi, inspirasi beragam cita-cita kepada siswa dan menanamkan nilai pantang menyerah, kerja keras, jujur, dan mandiri kepada siswa. Metode kegiatan ini ialah sosialisasi dan diskusi interaktif disertai dengan permainan kepada siswa sekolah Dasar Swasta YAPSI Medan Johor Kota Medan. Dalam kegiatan ini juga diberikan deskripsi tentang pekerjaan kami dengan bermain dan membuat kelompok permainan agar mereka tertarik. Dengan menggunakan alat peraga seperti poster atau animasi melalui proyektor. Dari hasil pengamatan selama kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa sangat membutuhkan metode pembelajaran yang kreatif, Â menyenangkan dan mereka membutuhkan ruang untuk membuka wawasan dan imajinasi terkait dunia dan masa depan mereka.

Penyalahgunaan dan peredaran Napza di masyarakat meningkat setiap tahun. Korban terbesar yang berasal dari pelajar dan mahasiswa yang merupakan generasi muda harapan Bangsa. Banyak kalangan generasi muda terjerumus ke dalam kasus Napza disebabkan oleh ketidaktahuan atau kurangnya informasi tentang bahaya dan dampak dari Napza. Proses edukasi kepada generasi muda terkait bahaya Napza sangat penting dilakukan oleh semua pihak, termasuk para akademisi. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi bahaya Napza terhadap generasi muda di SMA Negeri 3 Meulaboh yang diikuti oleh siswa kelas 11 dan kelas guru. Sosialisasi ini terdiri dari ceramah dan diskusi mengenai, faktor, hukum, stigma sosial, dan dampak buruk dari Napza.

Transportasi darat adalah sarana angkutan penumpang umum yang memegang peranan penting dalam menunjang aktifitas dan mobilitas masyarakat akibat pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk dan meningkatnya taraf hidup sosial ekonomi, sehingga angkutan penumpang umum ini harus dipertahankan keberadaannya Namun, kondisi pengelolaan angkutan umum jalan raya khususnya bus di Kota Semarang mengalami penurunan jumlah penumpan dikarenakan masyarakat lebih memilih menggunakan kendaraan pribadi, apalagi armada bus banyak yang tidak layak jalan masih beroperasi.Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan strategi baru dalam pengelolaan angkutan umum jalan raya di Kota Semarang sehingga pengelolaan angkutan umum jalan raya di Kota Semarang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan narasumber dari Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Semarang. Analisis SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) digunakan untuk menentukan isu – isu strategis dalam pengelolaan angkutan umum jalan raya di Kota Semarang. Isu strategis yang ada dievaluasi dengan menggunakan Litmus Test untuk menentukan tingkat kestrategisan dari isu – isu tersebut.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isu yang paling strategis adalah peningkatan moda transportasi massal yang terintegrasi dengan pelayanan publik sebagai fokus utama dan dengan dukunga dari stakeholder. Strategi tersebut mendapatkan skor tertinggi yaitu sebesar 34.Peningkatan angkutan umum massal ini perlu ditingkatkan agar mampu mengangkut penumpang dengan jumlah lebih banyak dari satu tempat ke tempat lain disertai pelayanan maksimal dengan mengembangkan angkutan shutle bus atau membuka rute angkutan umum yang menghubungkan Terminal Mangkang, Bandara A. Yani, Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas, Stasiun Tawang sehingga angkutan umum dapat terintegrasi.

Leadership is an important factor that we cannot avoid from the success of community empowerment in an area. Apart from the role of regional leadership that supports all innovations and creativity in society. Aceh Province has great potential to develop superior commodities such as coffee, patchouli, rattan, fisheries, potential for natural beauty and culture. The Covid-19 pandemic which infected almost all regions in and had a significant impact on economic conditions both at the central and regional levels, including in the province of Aceh. This research examines the extent of the role of regional leadership in empowering the people of Aceh during the Covid-19 pandemic and seeing what are the factors that affect regional leadership in empowering the community. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach and uses library research techniques. The results of his research show that regional leaders play a role as policy makers, coordinate and communicate with various related parties, carry out empowerment, monitor, and evaluate. Factors that influence internally: personal awareness of the duties and responsibilities of leaders, strong commitment, clarity of division of tasks, good communication between actors. External factors: The existence of local potential that should be empowered, the existence of joint commitment from the private sector, village government, universities and the community, the existence of positive support and acceptance and the economic and social conditions at that time.

Aceh as one of the special autonomous regions which has a large enough budget compared to other regions makes the Aceh regional government have more useful programs to help alleviate poverty with a variety of superior programs, many regional potentials from various sectors that can be developed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of community empowerment programs through the Aceh Kreatif program so far and how the conditions of opportunities and challenges can be utilized by local governments in developing products and services from community empowerment through the Aceh Kreatif program. The research method used is a qualitative method. descriptive with the literature study technique The Aceh Creative Program is one of the 15 flagship programs of the Aceh government which indeed aims to improve the community's economy by emphasizing innovation creativity and utilizing local potential that is spread throughout the region from cities to villages in Aceh, contained in Aceh Qanun No.1 of 2019 concerning the Aceh Medium Term Development Plan (RPJM) for 2017-2022. The performance of the implementation of community empowerment through the Aceh program can be said to be good. 115 Bumdes are developing and getting turnover and obtaining PAG, several businesses were born in the village from community empowerment through the Aceh Kreatif program. Communication of the implementing agency is carried out through Focus Group discussions (FGD) then coordination meetings which are held regularly at the beginning of the year. In addition, the PMG Aceh Office conducts monitoring and evaluation of several gampongs in Aceh. Opportunities and challenges faced include central government support, competition, advances in science and technology, limited advice and infrastructure, as well as the quality and quantity of human resources.

The focus of this research is the organizational performance of Johan Pahlawan District in supporting the delivery of public services. The purpose of this study is to find out how the organization's performance and the factors that influence the performance of Johan Pahlawan sub-district in supporting public services there. The research method used in the writing of this paper is descriptive qualitative with documentation study data collection techniques. The performance of employees in the Johan Pahlawan District Office organization is seen from 5 indicators namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability. Every employee, both superiors and subordinates, is always based on the SOP that has been applied in the Johan Pahlawan sub-district office. The limited facilities and infrastructure as well as the limited ability of the apparatus to be less than the maximum implementation of public services in the district office. Accountability of Johan Pahlawan sub-district is done internally and not yet published online because it does not yet have its own website. Factors affecting the performance of Johan Pahlawan Sub District include equipment and technology used, internal conditions of employees, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

Knowing the role of school supervisors and knowing the causes of the low quality of education at SDN Lancong, Sungai Mas District as the purpose of this study. In accordance with Government Number 25 of 2000 concerning Central and Provincial Authorities as autonomous regions, it has prompted major changes in the education management sistem in Indonesia, one of which is at SDN Lancong. The causes of the low quality of education are 4 factors at SDN Lancong with a fishbone diagram, including: 1) Human/HR; 2) Environment; 3) Method; 4) Material. The results of the analysis carried out by strategies to improve the quality of education at SDN Lancong include the role of supervisors who understand their main duties and functions, hold an interesting learning sistem with technology media in increasing interest in learning and every month a learning evaluation is carried out, besides using a clean room. and convenient for students to study, repair or buy learning tools with technological advances such as using infocus, as well as facilitating Lancong Elementary School with Wi-Fi. Next Conduct special training for teachers and school supervisors for the development of creative and innovative learning methods in teaching. In addition, there is a need for further socialization or teaching training according to the 2013 curriculum which is applied with appropriate learning time arrangements, besides being able to use learning with teaching aid technology

This study examines the role of posyandu as a center for maternal and child health information in Suak Puntong Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of posyandu as a health information center and the active role of the community in utilizing posyandu program services as basic health. This study uses an approach approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The role of Posyandu in Suak Puntong Village, Kuala Pesisir Subdistrict, Nagan Raya Regency, which is the main target for mothers and children, still needs more innovative health information centers. The problems faced in Suak Puntong Village are due to the lack of awareness of mothers to take their children to the posyandu and a narrow understanding of posyandu activities that are limited to weighing toddlers and other reasons, namely mothers are busy working. Posyandu as a health information center in Suak Puntong Village works as a basic health service as well as a motivator for villagers to improve health quality through its program in the form of an integrated family program. The integrated program provides contributions, weighing children under five, exclusive breastfeeding and complementary feeding, examination of pregnant women, family planning programs, and marginal age couples
