The Journalis published three times a year: in April, July and October. The journal is mainly an outlet of MBA ITB students to publish their final project works, although it also accepts articles written by students at masters level from other institutions. The scope that selected to be designed in this final project is inpatient installation. KARS accreditation standards and hospital minimum service standards (SPM) points were mapped on the business process. Then the business process design was checked by practitioners in Javacare Hospital. There are several steps in this final project’s action plan. The first is to build leader’s commitment because it plays a critical sponsor role to carry out the plans. The second is socialization to ensure those who are affected by change are actively engaged and informed. The third is to perform pilot project before the actual implementation. During the pilot project, there will be several periodic evaluations. Keyword: KARS Accreditation, Business Process, Inpatient Installation, Hospital SPM

Abstract

Goat and sheep fattening is not a popular business in Indonesia. Farmers only see this kind of business as a side income for them. The only breed 3-10 goat or sheep at one time and use traditional way in fattened the goat and sheep. This is happened because the farmer need a long time to fattened the goat and sheep, lack of capital of resources (pertanian, 2007). In order to solve the lack of capital problem, nucleus plasma is scheme can be used. This scheme can bridge the farmers (plasma) and the investors (nucleus). The farmers provide land and barn and the investors can provide another facility needed and also guiding the farmer in the fattening process. Before applying the scheme an agreement should be made between two parties about the rights and obligations of both parties, including the selling price from the plasma to the nucleus. Food fermentation farming (3F) method, a new method in goat and sheep fattening need less time, increase the goat weight fast, keep the barn not smelly try to apply in order to overcome the disadvantage in traditional method and to overcome the lack of resources problem. Investor has two places ready to run this project, Cihanjuang and Camp Hulu Cai. Investor wants to see which place is feasible and more profitable by technical analysis and investment performance analysis such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Pay Back Period (PBP), Return on Investment (ROI), and Return on Equity (ROE). Based on technical analysis, the environment condition in Cihanjuang is not suitable because of its location near to residential area and it is also hard to find source of food. The other place, Camp Hulu Cai, is located far from residential area and near to the source of food. After the technical analysis, Camp Hulu Cai is the only suitable place for the goat and sheep fattening project. Based on the calculation of investment performance analysis its NPV is above 0, the IRR is greater than the weighted average cost of capital. In conclusion Camp Hulu Cai is the most feasible place to implement this project both technically and financially. Keywords: goat, sheep, fermentation, investment, NPV, IRR, PBP,ROE, ROI.

Abstract

Health and Safety at work is a thought and effort to ensure the integrity and perfection of both physical and spiritual labor in particular, and human beings in general, and cultural work towards fair and prosperous society (Mangkunegara, 2002). Another source said that safety is a series of efforts to create a work atmosphere that is safe and peaceful for those employees who worked at the company in question (Suma'mur, 2001).KNKT (National Committee on Transportation Accidents of Indonesia) in the event of the national railway safety held on March 2011, concluded: Safety is imposible without leadership, without safety leadership is imposible. Enforcement of laws and regulations that are less consistent or incomplete rules on safety, inadequate training, lack of rewards and punishments, regulations that need to be replaced or adjusted, transportation infrastructure that does not comply with the demands, means of transportation that do not meet the airworthiness standards and technical requirements, and lacking even the lack of coordination may be the underlying cause of the accident. The model of this research discusses that good people management companies have a positive impact to the operational safety performance. Abstract

Abstract.Sharia banking in Indonesia is currently under growing phase. In year 2008-2012, the growth of assets, financings, and deposits increased more than 30 pecent. With its 200 million people, Indonesia is one of the countries with the biggest muslim population in the world. This shows that sharia banking industry in Indonesia has a great potential to grow even more. On the other hand, banking penetration level and sharia banking market share of Indonesia ranked last among countries with major muslim population. Based on statistics issued by OJK, sharia banking in Indonesia spent around 392 billion rupiahs annualy for promotion. This should contribute positive effect toward awareness and perception of people in sharia banking. One way to monitor promotion’s performance is by extracting and analyzing opinion and sentiment of people in the form of social media. The methodology used in this final project is divided into three parts: survey, crawling to social media, and sentiment analysis. Survey is performed to gain the insight of public opinion regarding concepts or terminologies related to sharia bank. This insight will become the input for crawling activity to social media. The result of activity in mentions from social media will then be processed using sentiment analysis to observe public’s sentiment of sharia bank. This research shows the facts that awareness level of public in sharia bank is still low, and people mostly relate sharia bank with Islam and its law. Sentiment analysis showed that people has positive sentiment tendency for sharia bank, but the low number of mentions gained made it difficult to gain more insight.Based on the result of this research, it is recommended for sharia banking industry to focus in raising awareness level of public to sharia bank. Hopefully, the insight gained from this project can be used as an input for designing marketing strategy for sharia banking industry in Indonesia. Keywords: Sharia banking, sentiment analysis, marketing
