Abstract

Gampong development is an integral part of national development, because gampong is the basis of every national development as a whole, based on the principle of development that was born from the community, planned by the community, implemented and supervised by the community with the aim for the benefit of the community, then the development is more felt of benefits and its meanings. In the implementation of a gampong-based development program, it is very necessary to have a role for gampong officials in implementing it. The development implement with the role of the gampong officials through the Implementation of Financial Aid Program of Peumakmu Gampong in Pasi Rawa, Sigli City Sub-district, Pidie Regency was run well, because from the beginning the gampong officials had adopted community ideas and accommodated them as outlined in the development program. The implementation is also in accordance with applicable procedures as stipulated by the Aceh Provincial Government as the party providing financial aid. The purpose of this research is of course to describe the implementation process of financial aid program of peumakmu gampong, and to analyze the role of gampong officials in the implementation of that program in Pasi Rawa, Sigli City Sub-district, Pidie District. For this reason, the method used in this study is a qualitative method, because it is believed to be able to get representative results. While the data collection techniques that researchers do through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Implementation Process of financial aid program of peumakmu gampong in Pasi Rawa Gampong, Sigli City Sub-district has been running well and in accordance with the hopes and desires of community members, even though the implementation did not involve women, and was in line with the objectives and implementation instructions. Then with the role of the gampong officials both in the form of mind and in the form of energy provided without expecting financial rewards, it turns out that it can support the programs that are on target, on time, and also on quality, so as to provide convenience in its implementation. These results have positive implications both for the process and for the results of implementing the financial aid program of peumakmu gampong.

Abstract

The objective of this study is a comparative analysis of the possibilities of physical education (PE) inclusion in children with health problems, and the current status in upper elementary school boys and girls. Understanding the concept of impaired health is a precondition for the realization of the training process and possible integration in the process of PE, according to the structure of health disadvantages. Method. Quality of life was assessed with the Questionnaire (Q), and analysis was done at three levels, with adequate methods of evaluation. Results. Comparative analysis, regarding the cultural and gender specificities is elaborated, based on MANOVA and DISCRA analysis, within the Introductory part, and 11 scales of the Q. Conclusion. Analysis of data points out on the significant cross-cultural differences, considering survey results, with a special overview of total samples of respondents (boys/girls) from diverse cultural, and social backgrounds.

Abstract

The purpose of this review was an objective evaluation of the textbook "Philosophy of Law" by the Professor Zhukov Vyacheslav Nikolayevich. For the achievement of this purpose there are the following objectives: 1) to show the advantages of the presented work; 2) to draw the author 's attention to the shortcomings, they are concerning: A) inconsistency in the determining of the status of the philosophy of law; B) position of the dominance of the legal psychology over the legal ideology within the legal consciousness; C) often unwarranted identification of such concepts as legality and legitimacy; D) other provisions of work. The result. The author of this article concluded that, despite the shortcomings which may be controversial and debatable, the work of the Professor Zhukov Vyacheslav Nikolayevich deserves attention of students, teachers and scientists, who takes an interest in studying of the difficult problems on the philosophy of law.

Abstract

Malay culture is a unifying tool for the diversity of ethnicity, religion and strata of social life in North Sumatra. This can be traced from: (1) In terms of religious practice manifested in the form of tolerance in carrying out social life among the adherents. (2) In terms of social life, the ability of Malay culture to internalize the diversity of tribes and customs in the differences in the life of social institutions. (3) In terms of community culture, showing the characteristics of millennial generation cultural values ​​as a social phenomenon is actually more likely to be negative. "(4) From the economic side, although Malay culture has very little influence in determining the HANKAMNAS barometer in Indonesia, but the influence Malay culture is not a factor that causes stunted development in northern Sumatra. Abstract

The ability of employees in carrying out the duties and functions of LPSDM can be manifested if the employee has good work motivation, both physiologically, safety, appreciation, social, and self-actualization. the fact shows that LPSDM Aceh has not been able to carry out its duties and functions properly. On the other hand, LPSDM Aceh has not been able to transparently select scholarship recipients. This happens because there are still many recipients of entrusted scholarships from the Aceh government, so that the LPSDM does not appear to be independent in distributing scholarships. The formulation of this thesis problem is How the tasks and functions of the Aceh Human Resources Improvement Institution (LPSDM) in the implementation of further study scholarship programs in Aceh Government and how the performance of employees of the Aceh Human Resources Development Agency (LPSDM) in implementing the scholarship program at the Aceh Government. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the tasks and functions of the Aceh Human Resources Improvement Institution (LPSDM) in the implementation of further study scholarship programs in Aceh Government and to find out and analyze the performance of Aceh Human Resources Development Agency (LPSDM) employees in implementing the scholarship program at the Aceh Government. This study uses a qualitative approach with as many as 5 people informants consisting of thus the research assign research informants as many as 4 people consisting of the Head of the LPSDM Secretariat, Sub Division of Finance, Planning and Treasurer Routine. Data collection is done by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study prove that the duties and functions as well as the performance of LPSDM Aceh in the implementation of further study scholarship programs in Aceh Government have not been carried out in accordance with Aceh's Governor Regulation No. 11 of 2016 concerning LPSDM Aceh. Thus it can be concluded that the duties and functions of the Aceh Human Resources Improvement Institution (LPSDM) as the implementer of the advanced study scholarship program at Aceh Government can be seen the speed of access, so as to have equal rights between various groups.

Abstract

Initiation is the policy of the Bener Meriah Regency Government to evaluate the use of funds in development at the village level so that the use of funds is more targeted. Considering the existence of the village as a government organization has certain authority to manage and regulate the residents in this matter, the village is at the forefront in achieving development success, it is necessary to have an evaluation to lead to improvement. The initiation policy in evaluating as a model or new breakthrough by the District Government of Bener Meriah how to give appreciation in the form of additional funding for villages that can manage the budget on time, on quality and on target. To implement the policy model, a legal umbrella has been prepared in the form of a Perbub. The research objective is to describe and analyze the initiation policy model of the Bener Meriah Regency Government in evaluating the use of village development funds and To find out and analyze the initiation policy model strategy carried out by the Bener Meriah Regency Government in evaluating the use of village development funds. The method is a procedure carried out to find out something using systematic steps, so in this study the researcher used a descriptive qualitative method to describe the initiation policy model in evaluating the use of village development funds. Determination of informants was carried out by purposive sampling, while data collection techniques through observation and interview. The results showed that the policy model of the initiation of the Bener Meriah Regency Government in evaluating the use of village development funds as a new breakthrough was born because it was based on the improper use of funds amidst the abundance of the budget given by the government. The initiation policy model strategy undertaken by the Bener Meriah Regency Government in evaluating the use of village development funds through musrembang which then enters the implementation stage through the link between the results of the development planning and implementation becomes an evaluation of the use of funds.

Abstract

Examining the Premium Income Rate on Asset Growth in a Sharia Insurance Company registered with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority. The type of research used in this study is Comparative Causal, while the sample used in this study are 20 sharia insurance companies with the criteria of sharia insurance companies that are actively operating for the last three years. The results of this study indicate that the level of premium income positively and significantly affect the growth of asset Asuransi Syariah. This study is concerned with the level of premium income that affects the growth of Sharia Insurance assets in Indonesia.

Abstract

Although there is a major challenge for international business to successfully adapt various cultures and their influence on the everyday operations of businesses. Such aptness needs to comprehend culture, cultural variety, opinions, stereotypes and values. Culture directs the way human beings act and conduct themselves in certain situations in life. It also explicates the way people from time to time treat others or talk about others. Consequently, culture in this circumstances is understood by a distinct set of people through its ideas, values, and traditions. These are the ideas, values, aspirations and traditions formed overtime by organisations that justified them to label it as ‘organizational culture’. This study made an analysis on the dissimilarities between national culture and organizational culture and discovered that Management under no circumstances can change a national culture, it can only know and utilize it. Whereas management can construct and occasionally change an organizational culture. Therefore, national culture dissimilarities exist more in values than in practices whilst organizational culture dissimilarities exist more in practices than in values.

Abstract

Clinical governance aims to maintain and improve the quality of medical services for patients and protect patients from the risk of unexpected events as regulated in Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals and Minister of Health Regulation Number 755 / MENKES / PER / IV / 2011 regarding the implementation medical committee at the hospital. The medical committee is one of the hospital's instruments that has an important role in implementing clinical governance so that the medical staff at the hospital is maintained professionally. In implementing clinical governance in hospitals, it is done by carrying out credentials, monitoring the quality of the medical profession, and maintaining the ethics and discipline of the medical profession. This type of research is qualitative in-depth interviews. Informants were selected using a purposive technique. The subjects in this study were informants relating to the medical committee. The results showed that the implementation of clinical governance in Deli Serdang Hospital was not going well. This can be seen from the implementation of medical committee activities that are not in accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation No. 755 / MENKES / PER / IV / 2011 concerning the implementation of medical committees in hospitals. The work program carried out by the medical committee at Deli Serdang Hospital is deemed not in accordance with the expected target. This is due to the lack of planning and budget that supports the implementation of clinical governance in Deli Serdang Hospital. The implementation of clinical governance by the medical committee in medical services at Deli Serdang Hospital has not been running well. Thus, good planning and budgeting is needed to strengthen the activities of the medical committee in achieving good clinical governance in Deli Serdang Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of Communication Science students of State Islamic University of North Sumatera (UINSU) Medan regarding the quality of services that are owned by GO-JEK Online. The theoretical framework used is new media theory, perception and service quality. This type of research uses methods descriptive quantitative research. The results showed that Communication Science students at Faculty of Social Sciences UINSU Medan had perceived GO-JEK as a good and credible online transportation. It can be seen from the results of physical appearance data, reliability, responsiveness, competence, politeness, credibility, security, access, communication and understanding have been stated well and good by users or consumers of GO-JEK. The results show an average of 79.37%. In terms of reliability which includes the extent to which information is obtained, it is stated that GO-JEK riders will take passengers to their destination make passengers wait a long time.
