Abstract

The research method uses correlation research, which is research that seeks to see the relationship between variables. The study population was all MTs teachers in Labuhan Batu District totaling 83 people. The sample was taken using proportional random sampling technique, so that the sample was taken as many as 75 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire, data analysis techniques were carried out with data descriptions, and hypothesis testing using simple regression and multiple regression. After the research data were analyzed, the following results were obtained: 1) There was a positive and significant relationship between the leadership of the madrasah head (X1) and the madrasah quality (Y) at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Labuhan Batu with moderate correlation levels with the correlation coefficient value of 0.092. While the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.092 or 8%. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between teacher's work participation (X2) and the quality of madrasah (Y) in Laban Batu Madrasah Tsanawiyah with moderate correlation levels with the correlation coefficient value of 0.390. While the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.390 or 15.2%. 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between madrasah head leadership (X1) and teacher work participation (X2) with madrasah quality (Y) in Laban Batu Tsanawiyah Madrasah with moderate correlation levels with a correlation coefficient value of 0.512. While the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.512 or 26.2%. The two independent variables go hand in hand with the dependent variable, meaning that the better the madrasa head leadership and teacher work participation, the better the madrasah quality.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teaching materials based on local Aceh's wisdom on student learning outcomes in learning English in class VII SMP Aceh Besar. This study uses a quasi-experimental method, consisting of a control class and an experimental class. Data collection techniques using written tests. Technical data analysis with t-test. The results showed that the value of tcount = 2.664 was obtained. At the significant level α = 0.05 and dk = 35 + 35 - 2 = 68, the price of ttable = 1.669 (complete calculation in attachment 21) is obtained. By comparing tcount and ttable obtained tcount> ttable or 2.664> 1.669 means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This shows that Aceh's local wisdom-based teaching materials are effective in improving student learning outcomes in 7th grade of Aceh Besar Junior High School.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal's leadership in decision-making curriculum development at Elementary School 101786 Helvetia Research includes principal leadership, decision-making, and curriculum development. This research uses qualitative research type with case study approach. The location of the research is Elementary School 101786 Helvetia District Labuhan Deli Deli Serdang Regency North Sumatra Province Source. The method according to the title of this study researchers using qualitative approach, the data in this study is, principals, teachers, school committee. The conclusions of this research are: 1. Leadership of principal in decision making of curriculum development at elementary school 101786 Helvetia "to make decision of curriculum development by making decision involving party, such as teacher, school committee, school supervisor, and decision making staff coordination meetings, in a participatory manner ".2. Leadership behavior, principals point to the style and strategy of a principal performing the principal's leadership task. Among the principal's effective leadership behaviors, although they still need to be improved for better, can be seen in the leadership style that always brings in coordination meetings with school committees, school supervisors, teachers and staff. 3. The principal's strategy in informing the decision-making result of curriculum development between headmaster and teacher is done directly in the form of face to face and indirectly in the form of telephone, sms, or letter.

Abstract

Physical motor development is one of the five aspects of early childhood development, to achieve the motoric development, especially rough motoric is done through games. Play activities can stimulate a children’s physical motor development , and become one of the other important factors in improving a children’s psychic interpersonal intelligence. Based on this background, the researchers chose the title “Bakiak and Interpersonal Intelligence on Physical Motor of Children in Khairani Kindergarten of Aceh Besar”. Problems formulation in this study are: Is there any effect of bakiak game on children’s physical motor development , is there any effect of interpersonal intelligence on a children's physical motor development, and is there any interaction of bakiak game and interpersonal intelligence on a children’s physical motor development. The research objectives are: To determine the effect of bakiak game on children's physical motor, to determine the effect of interpersonal intelligence on children's physical motor development and to determine the interaction of bakiak game and interpersonal intelligence on children’s physical motor development . The location of the study was conducted at Khairani Kindergarten in Aceh Besar located in Lubok Batee village, Ingin Jaya Subdistricr, Aceh Besar District. This study was conducted on 15 October to 15 December 2018. The research subject of children's group B which amounted to 30 people, consisting of B1 (15 people) and B2 (15 people). This study was conducted by using experimental methods and research design with treatment by level 2 x 2. The research instrument used were bakiak game, interpersonal intelligence observation sheets and motor physical development tests. Research procedures are pretest, treatment, posttest, data processing, data analysis and conclusion. Meet the instrument validity and reliability standards. Data analysis techniques use descriptive data released by Mean, Median, Mode, frequency distribution table and histogram. Testing the analysis prerequisites that is normality and homogeneity data. From the results of data analysis obtained by this study shows the effect of bakiak game and interpersonal intelligence on physical motor of children in Khairani Kindergarten of Aceh Besar

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of biology teaching materials based on local wisdom integrated character education through problem-based learning models on students' high order thinking skills. This study uses a quantitative approach and belongs to the type of quasi-experimental research. The research design is the one group’s pre-test-post-test design. The research sample consisted of 111 students from five schools in West Aceh. The data collection used a validation sheet of the lesson plan and high-level thinking test questions. Research data was analysed by statistical average values, normality, homogeneity, and paired sample t test. The research results indicated that the using of biology teaching materials based on local wisdom integrated with character education through problem based learning models has a very significant effect on students' high-level thinking (P=0.00). The instruction that used local wisdom, character education and PBL model have a positive role in the motivating of students, cooperation, discipline, fond of reading, student achievement, and problems solving in accordance with the expected learning outcomes.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the communication strategies carried out by Muslim family towards youth in accessing the internet, analyzing internet content, evaluating internet content, responding to internet content and finding the results of communication strategies carried out by Muslim family in building internet media literacy for youth in Tanjung Mulia Medan Deli. This research uses field research with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study is one family located in Tanjung Mulia Subdistrict, Medan Deli. Determination of informants using purposive sampling techniques. Research data collection using interviews and observation. While the data analysis technique used is using Spradley Model data analysis. To maintain data validity, data triangulation techniques are used. The results of the study revealed that parents' communication strategies in controlling internet access carried out by their children by providing time limits for their children in accessing the internet. Parents still provide supervision, time restrictions and remind their children to pay attention to internet usage. Communication strategies applied by parents towards analyzing internet content that is often accessed by freeing their children in choosing and accessing internet content and discussing with parents when they find new information and negative content. The strategy taken by parents in evaluating internet content for children is to choose internet content and discuss it with other family members. The communication strategies of parents in responding to internet content carried out by their children is by giving advice on an ongoing basis and giving a warning to their children. It can make their children feel cared for by their parents. As well as to build a Communication Strategies of Media Literacy for Youth in Muslim Family by using Islamic communication approach that is sourced from the Al Qur’an and Hadith.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning models and critical thinking skills on student entrepreneurial learning outcomes. This study is an experimental study with a population of 83 students in 11th OTKP 7 Vocational School Medan. Research samples from OTKP 10Th grade were 41 students and from OTKP 2 class were 42 students and selected by total sampling technique divided into 2 groups that were taught with the Problem Based Learning model and the Inquiry Learning model. The research method uses quasi-experimental (Quasi Experiment) with 2 x 2 factorial design. The technique analysis data used is two-way ANAVA at a significant level = 0.05. after normality and homogeneity were tested, continued with Scheffe further tests. Hypothesis testing results obtained (1) there is a difference in the average value of entrepreneurship between students who are taught with the Problem Based Learning model (77.68) with students who are taught with Inquiry learning models (72.87) with Fcount (7.53)> Ftable (3,96), (2) there are differences in the average value of entrepreneurial learning outcomes of students who have high critical thinking skills (79.35) higher than the average value of entrepreneurial learning outcomes that have low critical thinking abilities (71.66 ) with Fcount (17.16)> Ftable (3.96).

Abstract

With the development of science and technology, automobile technology is increasingly improving in the direction of safety, environmental protection, and energy conservation. Automobile has been transformed from traditional mechanical products into typical mechatronics products. The role of automotive electronic and electrical technology in the production and use of automobiles has become more apparent. Automotive electronics and electrical courses are core courses in the vocational and applied undergraduate joint training model. This paper analyzes the current situation of the course, and puts forward the content of the course construction of automotive electronics and electrical appliances that is suitable for the joint training mode, which has certain guiding significance for the follow-up professional courses.
