Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Mekanisme Pasar (Menurut Perspektif Islam di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal)”. Adapun latar belakang penelitian ini adalah bahwa pasar merupakan elemen penting dalam ekonomi yang dapat mewujudkan kemaslahatan dan kesejahteraan hidup manusia. Namun pada kenyataanya pasar yang selama ini berkembang khususnya di Indonesia hanya tertuju pada upaya pemaksimalan untuk mencari keuntungan sebesar-besarnya semata dan cenderung terfokus pada kepentingan sepihak. Untuk itu peneliti melakukan studi pustaka terhadap mekanisme pasar menurut perspektif Islam khususnya di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal Agar mekanisme pasar dapat berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan mutual goodwill bagi para pelakunya, maka nilai – nilai moralitas mutlak ditegakkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis yaitu suatu metode yang meneliti status kelompok manusia, objek, suatu kondisi, suatu sistem pemikiran, ataupun suatu kelas peristiwa pada masa sekarang dengan tujuan membuat deskripsi, gambaran atau lukisan sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat, serta hubungan antara fenomena yang diselidiki. Maka penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa: Mekanisme pasar yang sesuai dengan perpektif Islam yaitu mekanisme pasar yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam dengan menerapkan nilai syariah dalam prespektif mikro yang menekankan aspek kompetensi/ profesionalisme dan sikap amanah, sedangkan dalam prespektif makro  nilai-nilai syariahnya menekankan aspek distribusi, pelarangan riba dan kegiatan ekonomi yang tidak memberikan manfaat secara nyata kepada sistem perekonomian serta melibatkan pemerintah sebagai pengawas yang memberikan pengaturan maupun pelaksanaan kegiatan ekonomi yang tidak mampu dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

The problems in this research are how is the development of a blacksmith micro business as well as what are the factors that influence the development of a blacksmith business and how the Sharia Economy views on the development of a blacksmith business in Rumbio Jaya District of Kampar Regency. This research is a field research, and the background of this study is the results of observations of the researcher on and interviews with informants. Thus, the data obtained in this study provide sufficient evidence. In blacksmith business, there are 30 entrepreneurs who are still active, this business is classified as a micro-businesses which have contributed to meet the needs of the agricultural and plantation communities and to improve the economy in Rumbio Jaya District of Kampar Regency as a livelihood and work field for the local workforce.Data sources were obtained directly in the field from informants by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The population of this study are entrepreneurs and blacksmith craftsmen in Rumbio Jaya District of Kampar Regency. The findings of this study are that the development of a blacksmith's business in Rumbio Jaya District of Kampar Regency is quite good in terms of capital, marketing, raw materials and production results. The government has contributed to the development of this blacksmith micro business by organizing training for the workforce and also donating 2 units of forging machines each year. Furthermore, the blacksmith entrepreneurs also established a credit union and cooperated with PTPN V with a contract value of 1.6 M. The businessmen of the blacksmith craftsmen still survive from a hereditary heritage to the present with both technological and traditional equipments.

Abstract

The financial system has a very important role in the growth and stability of a country's economy. Increasing access to financial institutions for the public is required in order to achieve economic growth and a stable financial system. By changing an exclusive financial system into an inclusive financial system, it is hoped that people in the group in the bottom of the pyramid, most of whom are not covered by formal financial access, can use and take advantage of formal financial services. Baitul Mal wat Tamwil (BMT) and the Zakat Institution are inclusive Islamic financial institutions. The research was conducted in Kampar Regency and is a qualitative research. In Kampar District BMT Marwah and BAZNAS are sharia financial institutions that directly touch the lower class society. The formulation of the problem in this study is the efforts of BMT Marwah and BAZNAS of Kampar Regency in implementing financial inclusion as well as what are the obstacles and solutions in implementing inclusive finance. The results of this research are that BMT Marwah provides financial products according to the needs of the community, easy requirements, clarity in recording every transaction and the existence of services with a ball pick-up system that makes it easy for the community and BMT Marwah can directly socialize with customers or prospective customers. In an effort to realize inclusive zakat, BAZNAS Kampar Regency makes it easy for muzakki with zakat pick-up services atat muzakki to transfer to a predetermined account, while to increase the number of muzakki BAZNAS Kampar Regency continues to socialize and educate zakat and the formation of UPZ. The obstacle encountered in the field for BMT Marwah is the character of the community which is quite difficult to resolve mudharabah financing. BAZNAS Kampar Regency in running its operations is constrained by limited funds and the quality of amil is not yet capable of carrying out its duties, because there is no training and regular guidance for amil.

Abstract

Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian perpustakaan, Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut Penulis memakai metodologi penelitian bersifat kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh langsung melalui literatur yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian. Setelah data terkumpul dengan lengkap baru dianalisa secara deskriptif dengan metode analisis deduktif dimana data-data umum yang telah dikumpulkan ditarik kesimpulan secara khusus. Setelah dilakukan penelitian maka didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa Pola penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah pada Bank syariah dapat dilakukan dengan cara:1.Restrukturisasi. Restrukturisasi pembiayaan adalah salah satu upaya yang dilakukan Bank dalam kegiatan usaha penyaluran pembiayaan agar Nasabah dapat memenuhi kewajibannya kepada Bank. restrukturisasi yang dapat dilakukan adalah Penjadwalan kembali (rescheduling), Persyaratan kembali (reconditioning), Penataan kembali (restructuring), Penjadwalan kembali (rescheduling) 2. Penyelesaian melalui jaminan Penyelesaian melalui jaminan dapat dilakukan dengan cara non litigasi dan litigasi. 3.Collection Agent, dilakukan dengan menggunakan jasa pihak ketiga seperti agen/kantor hukum atau pengacara dan 4. Hapus Buku (write off) tindakan administrasi untuk menghapus buku Nasabah yang memiliki kolektibilitas macet dari neraca sebesar total tunggakan Nasabah tanpa menghapus hak tagih kepada Nasabah.

Abstract

This study examines the application of SWOT analysis in the Banjarejo grilled chicken restaurant business located in the city of Madiun. The results of this study indicate that the banjarejo grilled chicken restaurant has the courage to compete in a competitive competitive market. The threat from this business is relatively small because in the city of Madiun itself Banjarejo grilled chicken is a well-known culinary. With the marketing strategy of Banjarejo grilled chicken which uses two marketing strategies, namely offline marketing which is carried out by print promotion media and online with social media and in collaboration with go food.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence promotion and location have on purchasing decisions at PT. Dzakiyah Mabrukah Gemilang. The population in this study are consumers who buy houses at PT. Dzakiyah Mabrukah Gemilang. The sample used is the entire population of 43 respondents. Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), and documentation. Data analysis techniques are descriptive and quantitative. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS 23 program. The results of the t-test research show a significant promotion (0.000) and location (0.002) smaller than 0.05, so that partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the f test show that 0.000 is significantly smaller than 0.05 so that simultaneously promotion and location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of multiple linear regression test if promotion and location are constant equal to zero then the value of the purchase decision is 2.396, if the addition of 1 value to the promotion then the value of the purchase decision increases to 0.481 is considered constant, and if the addition of 1 value to the location then the value of the purchase decision increases to 0.342 is considered constant. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) shows 64.4% that purchasing decisions are influenced by promotion and location, 35.6% purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in the digital era provides opportunities and challenges for its existence. So the Islamic bank must be able to use the existing opportunities as well as possible, namely by improving marketing strategies in the digital era by embracing the millennial generation. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of Islamic banks in increasing the interest of the millennial generation in the digital era and also to find out the inhibiting factors in the marketing strategy carried out. the collection technique is through documentation. The analysis is descriptive qualitative. The results show that the marketing strategy of Islamic banks in increasing the interest of the millennial generation in the digital era can be carried out with a marketing mix strategy, namely: creating a condition called bank less (banks without offices), product innovations that can attract millennials namely marriage savings, and qurban savings (one people one goat), digital banks are able to save costs because they are easy, simple, and cheap, promotions by creating creative content competitions, promotions involving influencers/ustadz/artists, and promotions involving the active role of generations millennial. The inhibiting factors are: lack of application socialization by Islamic banks, untouched internet networks in remote areas, features that are still lacking in supporting marketing. Keywords: strategy, marketing, Islamic banking, millennials.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the role of job training in increasing the potential of human resources in UPT-LK Region I Riau Province according to a sharia economic perspective and explores the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of job training. This study is essential considering that increasing the potential of human resources is an effort that must be made to compete in the world of work. One of the efforts that can be done to increase human resources' potential is by on-the-job training. This research is field research with qualitative descriptive analysis. The study results indicate that job training has a significant role in increasing the potential of human resources. The trainees stated that they had gained additional knowledge and skills. Factors supporting the implementation of job training at UPT-LK Region I Riau Province, including training materials, instructors, participants' abilities, funding, and strategic locations. While the inhibiting factors are related to facilities and infrastructure, some participants resigned during the training. There is no alumni association of training participants, so that there is no data on graduates who have worked according to the exercise that has been followed. The sharia economic review regarding the role of job training at UPT-LK Region I Riau Province, in general, is by sharia principles, namely kafa'ah, himmatul-Amal, and Amanah. Keywords: Role, Job Training, HR

Abstract

This journal is entitled “A Review of The Concept of Mudharabah Contracts in Indonesia (review of the implementation of the mudharabah contract at Bank Syariah Indonesia). This study uses a normative approach. The data were obtained through library research (library research). Data analysis was carried out qualitatively on all literature sources about the topic, namely research that seeks to collect data from the treasures of literature and make the world of text the main object of its analysis. Based on the research conducted, it is known that the Mudharabah contract carried out by Indonesian Islamic Banks still has some shortcomings in its implementation. Such as the pattern of profit sharing that is unclear and convoluted, because Islamic banks combine all funds so that it cannot be distinguished which customer funds have been channeled and which ones have not been distributed, as well as readiness to accept losses when the business fails, the bank and customers are not ready to take the consequences if the company run by the Mudharib suffers losses, and the banking position is not clear, when the Islamic Bank becomes Mudharib, in a short time the funds will be channeled back to the customer. Abstract

AbstractThis writing aims to analyze the concept of the Wadi’ah contract related to the law of receiving and the procedures for maintaining the goods deposited in the wadi'ah contract according to the perspective of fiqh scholars. The scholars of the madhhab of fiqh view that it is an obligation to keep the goods deposited in the wadi'ah contract. Safeguarding the deposited goods is a form of debt in accepting the trust that the giver of the deposit has entrusted. This care is carried out by the person who receives the deposit independently or may also be assisted by another person who is still within the scope of his residence. There was a difference of opinion among the scholars regarding the issue of how to safeguard the goods deposited in the wadi'ah contract. Hanafi and Hambali scholars stated that the party entrusted with it should take care of the goods as if they were their own by trying their best. The Hanafi and Maliki scholars also state that assigned people may ask for the help of others to keep the deposit in the place of those who are their dependents. Meanwhile, scholars from the Shafi'i school stated that the entrusted person is obliged to take care of the deposited item himself.Keywords: Wadi'ah, Fiqh Scholars, Deposits
