Abstract

This research explains the empowerment of students in Islamic boarding schools. Islamic boarding schools which are known as places to gain knowledge do not always only discuss religious knowledge, but Islamic boarding schools also train the skills of students for the reason of improving the community's economy in the future. In this case the researcher used a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection methods based on the results of interviews and field observations. The data obtained includes students, internal servants and boarding school administrators. Based on research results at the Bata-bata Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School, the Santri Empowerment program is a positive effort to build and realize the goals of the Islamic boarding school in equipping students with religious and general knowledge. By providing training and improving entrepreneurial skills, this empowerment program aims to encourage students to become more involved in business. By providing students with creative and innovative skills, it is hoped that the student empowerment program will help business growth. This program will encourage students to become entrepreneurs based on human values ​​and not monetary gain.

Abstract

Job stress and high workload can reduce employee performance. High job satisfaction can be a mediator that minimizes the negative impact of work stress and workload on performance. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of work stress and workload on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Maxipro Group Indonesia. The population used in this research was all 25 employees of PT Maxipro Group Indonesia. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the entire population is used. The data collection technique uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative nature. The data source for this research comes from questionnaire answers which are then analyzed using path analysis with the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) application. The research results show that work stress does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Workload does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Work stress has a significant effect on performance. Workload does not have a significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance. There is an indirect effect which is not significant, which means that job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work stress on performance. There is an insignificant indirect effect, which means that job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of workload on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance. Employees of PT Sentra Agroprima Lestari Surabaya became the research subjects. This study uses quantitative research methods as its methodology. This type of research uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data. The population of the research was 35 employees of PT Sentra Agroprima Lestari Surabaya. The sampling technique in this research uses saturated samples, namely a sampling technique that uses all members of the population as samples. Data collection through questionnaires. Abstract

Banks as intermediaries that can help mobilize and channel public funds need to be measured by how successful financial management has been. By knowing its financial performance, we can also find out whether the company is running smoothly or not, and can see its banking and financial prospects. This research was conducted to discuss differences in the financial performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia and the Sharia National Pension Savings Bank in the 2017-2022 period. This research is a quantitative study with the number of samples studied, namely 24 quarterly financial reports of Bank BRI and Bank BTPN Syariah. Selection of the sample using the saturated sample method. Methods of data analysis using independent sample t-test and Mann-Whitney test analysis. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the financial performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia and the Sharia State Pension Savings Bank for the 2017-2022 period based on all the financial ratios studied, namely ROA, ROE, BOPO, NPL/NPF, FDR/LDR, NIM/NOM and CAR. The financial performance of the Sharia National Pension Savings Bank is superior to Bank Rakyat Indonesia in terms of the ratios of ROA, ROE, BOPO, NIM/NOM, FDR/LDR NPL/NPF and CAR for the 2017-2022 period.

Abstract

This research explains product quality on customer decision making in choosing barokah savings products at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar, Sumenep Head Office. This research uses quantitative methods, namely research with statistical analysis or numbers. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study stated that the t test obtained tcount > ttable (3.477 > 1.66071). So Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected and it can be concluded that Product Quality (X1) partially has a significant effect on Customer Decisions. Another variable, namely Personal Selling, obtained tcount > ttable (9.4484 > 1.66071). So Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected and it can be concluded that Personal Selling (X2) partially has a significant effect on Personal Selling. Fcount > Ftable (88.966 < 3.09), meaning that all independent variables (Product Quality and Personal Selling) simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (Customer Decision) and the amount of R Square is 0.647 or 64.7% (65%) p. This means that the independent variables Product Quality and Personal Selling are able to explain the dependent variable (Customer Decision) by 65%. Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of promotion mix on purchasing decisions for suzuki motorbikes in Makassar city. The population in this study were all consumers who had transacted at PT Sinar Galesong Mandiri for the last three years with a sample of 54 respondents. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS 20). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the Promotion Mix variables (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, it shows that personal selling and sales promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for suzuki motorbikes, while advertising and publicity have no positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Recruitment is the process of selecting the right individuals for certain positions within the company so that these individuals can do a good job and remain in the company for a long time. This research was conducted at Mie Muslim Sumenep, located in Jalan Letnan Merta, Sumenep City District. This study aims to analyze recruitment in improving the performance of Sumenep Muslim Noodle employees. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods in this study consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that Mie Muslim Sumenep uses external sources with the referral method or employee recommendations and advertising in the implementation of recruitment because the performance of employees obtained from the referral method is better than the advertising method. Through the referral program, the owner of Mie Muslim Sumenep can better recognize employee actions and appreciate the efforts made. That way a good quality relationship will be created between employees and companies that can improve employee performance

Abstract

Abstract: The Era of Society 5.0 is an era where information and communication technology has been integrated with human life in all aspects. This era is marked by the emergence of artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, robotics, and other technologies that enable humans to live more easily, comfortably, and efficiently. Human resources in the era of society 5.0 are expected to be more professional and qualified and fully competent in all areas of life, which is expected to include the company's HR performance. One of the institutions that requires human resource development to face the challenges of the society 5.0 era is LAZ PERSADA, Pamekasan branch. The research aims to analyze the HR Development Strategy of LAZ PERSADA Pamekasan Branch in Facing the Challenges of Digitalization in the Age of Society 5.0. The research method used is qualitative with the type of field research. Based on the analysis, there are several strategies that LAZ PERSADA Pamekasan Branch can use to improve the institution to become better, namely by (1) training in the field of zakat management and distribution. (2) synergy between the head office and branches to conduct evaluations, coaching and training every now and then for LAZ PERSADA Pamekasan branch employees. And (3) serious training in the field of digitalization of technology, especially in the Artificial Intelligence section in facing the challenges of digitalization in the era of society 5.0. Keywords: Society 5.0, HR Development, Digitalization Abstrak: Era Society 5.0 merupakan era dimana teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah terintegrasi dengan kehidupan manusia dalam semua aspek. Era ini ditandai dengan munculnya Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, robotika, dan teknologi lainnya yang memungkinkan manusia untuk hidup lebih mudah, nyaman, dan efisien. Sumber daya manusia era society 5.0 diharapkan lebih profesional serta berkualitas juga berkompeten penuh di semua bidang kehidupan, harapannya termasuk dalam kinerja SDM perusahaan. Salah satu lembaga yang memerlukan pengembangan SDM dalam menghadapi tantangan era society 5.0 yakni LAZ PERSADA cabang Pamekasan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis Strategi Pengembangan SDM LAZ PERSADA Cabang Pamekasan dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Digitalisasi Era Society 5. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi lapangan (field research). Berdasarkan analisa terdapat beberapa strategi yang bisa digunakan LAZ PERSADA Cabang Pamekasan dalam menyempurnakan lembaga untuk menjadi lebih baik yaitu dengan cara (1) pelatihan pada bidang pengelolaan dan pendistribusian zakat.(2) sinergitas antara kantor pusat dan cabang untuk mengadakan evaluasi, pembinaan dan pelatihan setiap beberapa waktu terhadap karyawan LAZ PERSADA cabang Pamekasan. Dan (3) pelatihan yang serius di bidang digitalisasi teknologi utamanya pada bagian Artificial Intelligence dalam menghadapi tantangan digitalisasi pada era society 5.0. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Servant Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Performance with Work Engagement as an Intervening Variable. The subjects of this research were 52 employees of the Trans Central Java Bus under the auspices of PT Mulia Orda Serasi. The author uses quantitative methods in this research where data is obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis that has been carried out shows that: (1) Servant leadership has a positive and insignificant influence on the performance of Trans Central Java bus employees. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Trans Central Java bus employees. (3) Servant leadership has a positive and significant influence on the work engagement of Trans Central Java bus employees. (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on the work engagement of Trans Central Java bus employees. (5) Work engagement has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Trans Central Java bus employees. (6) Work engagement can mediate the influence of servant leadership on the performance of Trans Central Java bus employees. (7) Work engagement 0can mediate the influence of work motivation on the performance of Trans Central Java bus employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teamwork, motivasi islami dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan gaya kepemimpinan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Data yang diambil secara langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan kepada karyawan PT Nada Surya tunggal sebanyak 75 responden dan kemudian data diolah menggunakan bantuan aplikasi olah data SPSS versi-27. Melalui analisis data yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan hasil bahwa: (1) Teamwork berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Motivasi Islami berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Gaya kepemimpinan tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh teamwork terhadap kinerja karyawan. (6) Gaya kepemimpinan tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh motivasi Islami terhadap kinerja karyawan. (7) Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
