Abstract

It is a human need to fulfill the desire to have fun and enjoy life. The demand for these needs can be realized by providing tourism places. From the supply side, the provision of these tourist spots can be utilized to develop the economy. One of the tourist attractions on the north coast of Madura Island is the Lon Malang monitor. This tourist spot is the result of cooperation between the local government, private bodies and the community to manage and organize. Managers involve a lot of local communities to develop this tour. Thanks to the development of this tourist spot, the economic impact has begun to be felt by the surrounding community. There are two focuses in this research, namely how to develop tourism and how the impact of Lon Malang tourism in improving the community's economy. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that, firstly, the development of Lon Malang beach tourism started with the initiative of the village head and community groups in Bira Tengah village, in the development of Lon Malang beach tourism prioritizing beauty without throwing away local culture (local wisdom). Secondly, the development of Lon Malang tourism can help increase the income of the people of Bira Tengah village, where initially many residents work as farmers and fishermen, with minimal income levels. After the development of this tour, many people are involved so that there are additional business opportunities, can increase income. regions and villages, and can increase the income of the people of Bira Tengah Village.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh fashion involvement, promosi, religiuisitas terhadap impulse buying dengan shopping emotion sebagai variabel intervening pada pakaian thrift di Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 100 sampel yang disebarkan kepada masyarakat Salatiga yang memiliki minat terhadap pakaian thrift. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, kemudian data yang diolah dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 25. Analisis ini meliputi uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji statistik melalui uji Ttest, Ftest, serta koefisien determinasi (R2 ), uji path analisis, dan uji sobel test. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fashion involvement, promosi dan shopping emotion berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap impulse buying, sedangkan religiusitas mendapatkan hasil positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Kemudian shopping emotion mampu memediasi fashion involvement, promosi dan religiusitas terhadap impulse buying pada pakain thrift di Salatiga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendapatan, Kepercayaan dan Pengetahuan terhadap Minat mengeluarkan zakat dengan Religiusitas sebagai Variabel Moderating. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatitf data primer yang diolah melalui penyebaran kuisioner terhadap muzakki lazismu Kota Salatiga, sample yang diambil sebanyak 133 responden. Kemudian hasil yang diperoleh diolah dengan SPSS versi 25. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrument, uji statistik, uji asumsi klasik, uji moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Pendapatan tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat, Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Minat, Pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat, Religiusitas tidak dapat memoderasi pendapatan terhadap Minat, Religiusitas dapat memoderasi hubungan antara kepercayaan terhadap Minat, Religiusitas dapat memoderasi hubungan antara pengetahuan terhadap Minat.

Abstract

In the investment world there are rational and irrational investors, rational investors use mature calculation steps in investment decisions and predict stock returns so that this is the forerunner of the emergence of CAPM, while irrational investors only follow their own instincts, psychology and investor proxies in predicting and making investment decisions without careful consideration, so SAPM emerged. Basically, the CAPM and SAPM models are no different, the only difference is the beta, beta SAPM uses beta modification, namely beta investor sentiment. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to describe which is more accurate between CAPM and SAPM in predicting expected returns, namely by using the Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) test. The results of this study can be concluded that the CAPM model is more accurate than the SAPM model.

Abstract

This study intends to describe practical models of inbound marketing at Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). This research is an observational descriptive study on BMT in Indonesia, using the triangulation method. The total subjects recruited in the study were 50 BMT. This study uses primary data obtained based on structured interviews and in-depth interviews with BMT managers. Data analysis uses descriptive and qualitative analysis and is displayed in descriptive form. The findings of this study conclude that BMTs in Indonesia have used inbound marketing to inform and communicate with customers. Social media that is often used is Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. The platform is quite effectively used in informing BMT products and interacting directly with customers. The benefit most felt by BMT is that communication with customers and customers is more intensive and effective and efficient because they can communicate directly in full and real-time. The strategy for implementing inbound marketing has proven to have a positive impact on BMT and its customers, inbound marketing has been able to increase sales of fundraising and financing products at BMT.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan etos kerja Islam terhadap pegawai negeri sipil lingkup Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Mamasa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lapangan atau field research, sedangkan sifat penelitian bersifat deskriptif, Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara, sumber data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder, adapun yang menjadi sumber data primer yakni kepada Kepala Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Mamasa H. Ramli L, S.Ag., M.Pd, Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Usama Majid, S.Ag., M.M, dan Plt. Seksi Pendidikan Islam, Kepala Seksi Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam H. Anwar, S.Ag., dan Penyelenggara Haji dan Umrah Hj. Sumarnih, S.Ag. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, kepemimpinan yang ada di Kementerian Agama Kab. Mamasa secara keseluruhan sudak cukup memenuhi dari indikator-indikator serta fungsi kepemimpinan berdampak pada etos kerja pegawai yaitu menjadi lebih bersemangat dalam menjalankan tugas maupun pekerjaan yang diberikan serta berpengaruh pada tanggung jawab kepada Kementerian Agama Kab. Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how Corporate Social Responsibility is implemented at PT Pisma Putra Textile, Pekalongan Regency, as well as analyzing the perspective of Islamic business ethics in implementing CSR. In this research, researchers used qualitative research. The type of research used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Using primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through books related to research. By using a data validity test method which is then analyzed using triangulation techniques to find research conclusions. The results of this research conclude that the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility carried out by PT Pisma Putra Textile Pekalongan Regency is generally more directed towards social assistance such as the distribution of basic necessities and sarongs every Eid al-Fitr holiday, compensation for orphans every month of Ramadhan, distribution of meat or sacrificial animals every day Eid al-Adha, blood donation, and other incidental social assistance such as assistance for flood victims and other natural disasters. In general, the implementation of PT Pisma Putra Textile's CSR is in accordance with the values ​​of Islamic business ethics, but its implementation is still relatively small and cannot be said to bring prosperity to society.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the productive zakat utilization model carried out by BAZNAS South Bengkulu Regency and to find out the improvement of mustahik businesses after receiving productive zakat assistance from BAZNAS South Bengkulu Regency. This research method is structured using a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was carried out through the steps of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this activity show that the utilization of productive zakat at BAZNAS South Bengkulu Regency in improving mustahik businesses is realized in productive economic programs, as well as with management in the form of creative productive zakat. The increase in mustahik businesses in productive zakat from BAZNAS South Bengkulu Regency is increasing well. This can be seen from the mustahik income data table after receiving effective assistance from zakat. Keywords: Productive Zakat Utilization, Business Improvement

Abstract

PLUT KUMKM Jember Regency is a program of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (KemenkopUKM) to encourage SMEs to advance to class. One of the tasks of PLUT KUMKM Jember Regency is to provide assistance to friends of MSMEs assisted by PLUT Jember Regency. One of the assistance is regarding digital marketing. In this assistance, PLUT holds independent classes and also Bimtek (Technical Guidance) classes for the assisted MSMEs. Through a series of digital marketing training and assistance applied to MSMEs in Jember Regency, they not only go through a learning process, but also become technologically literate, realizing that in this technological era, digital marketing is an inevitable necessity. This provides a new perspective on the incredible potential that digital marketing strategies have. MSMEs realize that digital marketing has the ability to reach target customers efficiently and effectively. This allows MSMEs to find consumers more quickly, precisely and widely, opening up huge opportunities for sustainable business growth. By implementing the right digital marketing strategy, it is estimated that MSME sales have the potential to increase by up to 70%, creating an extraordinary positive impact on local economic progress and the business desires of MSMEs themselves.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate CWLS practices that have been published by the government, then propose improvements that can be made for future development of the CWLS instrument. The methodology of this research is literature study research with a qualitative approach. This method involves analysis and synthesis of written sources that are relevant to answering research questions or understanding the problem being researched. Findings - The advantages of CWLS include that the risk is entirely borne by the Government, the returns offered are quite cooperative because they are free from tax, flexible in obtaining CWLS, and fully supported by various related agencies. Weaknesses in CWLS studied in this research include Human Resources, in this case, namely Nazhir, who is still relatively incompetent, especially in contemporary waqf science, and Sharia Financial Institutions, there are only 27 institutions that are partners in collecting CWLS. Opportunities that Indonesia can take advantage of in CWLS include the demographic bonus which will make the majority of Indonesia's population of productive age with the hope of participating in CWLS, Indonesia as the most generous country in the world, as well as a strong legal umbrella. The challenges that will be faced in CWLS are differences in opinion from Islamic Schools of Imams, traditional waqf is still strong in society, as well as moral hazards that may occur within social institutions.
