Abstract

Digital technology is a discovery that continues to evolve along with the development of the world. Digital technology can be utilized for various purposes, such as supporting the teaching and learning process and accessing information more easily. One of the digital media that can be used to support schools is a profile website. The presence of a profile website can have a significant impact on users, such as prospective students and parents, as well as support school promotion and communication. This project aims to develop a profile website for SMK Advent Batam to provide information about the school's facilities, expertise programs, and activities. Data collection was carried out through literature studies and interviews with the principal. The result of this project is a responsive website that supports SMK Advent Batam's online visibility and effective communication.

Abstract

The importance of a portfolio website cannot be ignored, especially for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who want to increase their business visibility and credibility. Therefore, this website development project is expected to provide MSMEs like CV Putra Pahala Tua an effective tool to compete in an increasingly digitized market. The entire portfolio website and its complementary systems (online ordering system and admin panel) development process uses the Scrum framework guided by Agile principles. The website was developed using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework. The features developed included: home page, news page, catalog page, login page, as well as an online ordering system for customers to make order requests and an admin panel for company employees to manage front-page content and order requests from customers. Once developed, the website went through black box testing, and was ultimately deployed on the internet through shared hosting, before being handed over to the MSME for management. The website was rated positively by the MSME and is expected to help in enhancing its reputation and provide sustaining benefits.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of the Agile Scrum framework as a project management approach in a software development context. The research objective was to evaluate the use of Agile Scrum for enhancing digital transformation initiatives. The findings indicate that the implemented system can be effectively utilized by the organization, aligning with its requirements. Additionally, the Agile Scrum methodology proved beneficial in increasing the adoption of SAP SuccessFactors within application consulting settings, emphasizing the need for flexible integration of project management practices to accommodate rapid business dynamics.

Abstract

PT. BPR Kintamas Mitra Dana adalah bank ternama yang ada di Batam yang sudah memiliki website company profile, namun website tersebut telah usang karena tidak diperbarui dari segi produk dan design, sehingga mempengaruhi kepercayaan dan kenyamanan pelanggan ketika membuka website company profile. Untuk membantu PT. BPR Kintamas Mitra Dana dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan ini, penulis memutuskan untuk merancang ulang design dan memperbarui produk perusahaan pada website company profile. Proses perancangan dan pengembangan website akan dimulai dari tahap pengumpulan data, proses perancangan luaran, dan tahapan pelaksanaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Website company profile yang sudah diimplementasikan dan di-hosting, perusahaan menilai website yang telah dirancang sangat memuaskan, baik dari segi konten, warna, maupun susunannya untuk menganalisis dan memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan perusahaan mitra khususnya pada website company profile yang sudah lama tidak diperbaharui. Untuk itu, penulis akan merancang dan mengimplementasikan situs web profil perusahaan baru yang lebih menarik dan efisien. Proses perancangan ini melewati beberapa tahapan, yaitu dengan metode pengumpulan data, tahap perancangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil perancangan situs web profil perusahaan ini akan diimplementasikan secara live (hosted), sehingga mitra dan pelanggan dapat mengakses website secara langsung.

Abstract

This study presents the design and implementation of a hybrid propulsion control system for a trimaran vessel using fuzzy logic. The system integrates a Brushless DC (BLDC) motor and an internal combustion engine, controlled by STM32 and ESP32 microcontrollers, with sensors for speed and current monitoring. The fuzzy logic algorithm was developed with two input variables—speed error and delta error—and one output variable for motor control. Experimental testing was conducted on a trimaran prototype in river conditions to evaluate system performance. The results show that, without fuzzy logic, the vessel’s speed fluctuated significantly, deviating from the reference set point. In contrast, with fuzzy logic control, the vessel maintained a more stable speed, achieving an average error of less than 5%. This demonstrates that fuzzy logic can effectively address the non-linear characteristics of hybrid propulsion systems, providing adaptive control that enhances speed stability and energy efficiency.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut instansi pemerintah untuk menyediakan layanan internal yang efisien, salah satunya melalui sistem helpdesk. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kepuasan karyawan terhadap pelayanan helpdesk di Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Indonesia menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui penyebaran kuesioner skala Likert kepada 97 responden yang pernah menggunakan layanan helpdesk. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya sebelum dilakukan analisis CSI yang mencakup lima indikator utama: responsivitas, ketepatan solusi, kepuasan pengguna, kejelasan komunikasi, dan keandalan layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai CSI sebesar 80,24% yang termasuk kategori “puas”, mengindikasikan bahwa pelayanan helpdesk telah memenuhi harapan pengguna internal. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya keberadaan layanan helpdesk yang responsif dan solutif dalam mendukung efektivitas kerja di lingkungan birokrasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kepuasan karyawan terhadap pelayanan helpdesk berada pada tingkat yang baik, namun evaluasi berkelanjutan tetap diperlukan agar kualitas layanan semakin meningkat. Implikasi dari hasil ini adalah perlunya strategi penguatan kapasitas helpdesk sebagai bagian integral dari sistem teknologi informasi kementerian untuk menunjang kinerja diplomasi dan operasional organisasi.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan E-Commerce di Indonesia telah mendorong peningkatan kebutuhan akan layanan logistik yang cepat dan efisien. Salah satu penyedia layanan pengiriman, SPX Express, memanfaatkan sistem informasi berbasis aplikasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja kurir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh implementasi sistem informasi SPX Express terhadap kinerja kurir di Hub Pamulang dengan menggunakan metode PIECES, yang mencakup enam dimensi: Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, dan Services.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara yang dibagikan kepada 63 responden. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item instrumen dinyatakan valid, sementara nilai reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,870 menandakan tingkat konsistensi yang tinggi. Rata-rata skor kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi mencapai 4,29 (kategori “Sangat Puas”), dengan nilai tertinggi pada aspek Services (4,34) dan Efficiency (4,33). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi SPX Express telah efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja kurir. Namun demikian, penelitian ini masih terbatas pada lingkup kurir di satu Hub dan belum mencakup perspektif pengguna lain. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan responden serta menambahkan analisis terhadap aspek lain, seperti kepuasan pelanggan atau efisiensi manajemen internal, agar hasil penelitian lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

The production of Siam oranges in Sambas Regency has experienced fluctuations, with the highest peak production recorded in 2019 at 123,739 tons, but declining to 88,119 tons in 2023 based on data from the Department of Food Crops and Horticulture of West Kalimantan Province. Additionally, the highest harvest production in 2019 reached 123,739 tons, while in 2021, the lowest production was recorded at 51,691 tons. This decline was largely caused by heavy rainfall and floods that damaged agricultural land. The simple linear regression method produced a regression equation indicating a significant relationship between harvested area (independent variable) and orange production (dependent variable). The results of the analysis using simple linear regression calculations produced a total RMSE value of 17321.364 for 18 sub-districts. This demonstrates that the regression model is effective in predicting orange production in Sambas Regency, considering historical data and the harvested area from 18 sub-districts. This model is expected to assist in planning and decision-making regarding orange production in the future.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong para pelaku bisnis untuk memasukkan sistem digital ke dalam operasional mereka, termasuk dalam industri jasa seperti barbershop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan suatu sistem pemesanan online di Barbershop GL dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi layanan serta kenyamanan bagi pelanggan. Metode yang dipilih adalah prototype, yang memungkinkan proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara bertahap berdasarkan umpan balik langsung dari pengguna. Langkah-langkah dalam pengembangan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, desain awal, pembuatan prototype, evaluasi dan masukan, serta perbaikan prototype secara berulang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pemesanan online dapat menekan waktu tunggu, mempermudah manajemen jadwal, dan menyediakan data yang diperlukan untuk strategi pemasaran. Untuk pengembangan di masa depan, disarankan untuk menambahkan fitur seperti penilaian pelanggan, integrasi metode pembayaran digital, dan analisis data yang lebih mendalam. Diharapkan penerapan sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan serta daya saing Barbershop GL dalam dunia digital.

Abstract

The design of this Information System has had a good impact on the Rahma Bukittinggi clinic, where initially the system for recording patients manually by doctors still used paper and books in recording patient status at the Rahma Clinic Bukittinggi with this research regarding the Design of the Rahma Doctor Consultation Information System in Bukittinggi, so that recording patient status is faster compared to using paper manually. The method used in designing the Doctor Consultation Information System at the Rahma Clinic in Bukittinggi is RAD. There are three stages in planning the information system design, namely the planning stage, the design workshop stage and the implementation stage. This method uses the UML development system as the basis. The tools in designing this Information System have had a good impact at the Rahma Clinic, Bukittinggi, helping the Rahma Clinic to be computerized in recording patient status so that services are faster and more accurate.
