Abstract

Bankruptcy is a situation where a debtor is unable to pay his debts and can be billed. Companies that have been declared bankrupt in this case must be dissolved in order to change their legal entity status so as not to cause losses to related parties. A limited liability company that is declared bankrupt does not immediately stop and disband but still exists as a legal entity. Under certain circumstances, it continues to operate as usual, the limited liability company does not go bankrupt and can still carry out its business activities. This study formulates two problems, namely first, what is the process for dissolving a Limited Liability Company after being declared bankrupt? and second, what are the implications of a Limited Liability Company after being declared bankrupt. The type of research used in this case is normative juridical. Legal research conducted by reviewing the literature is referred to as secondary data. The results of this study are that liquidation is processed by first holding a General Meeting of Shareholders and the implication is that a Limited Liability Company after being declared bankrupt makes the company lose its right to manage and control the company's assets

Abstract

The deradicalization programs conducted by BNPT and other stakeholders have been running since the enactment of Undang Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2018 as a starting point for changing the paradigm of handling terrorism in Indonesia. Terrorism convicts are then assessed, rehabilitated, re-educated, and reintegrated. The program also runs outside the prison for ex-terrorism convicts so that they can back to the community. However, some ex-convicts return to commit terrorist crimes, so preventive measures are needed, especially in term of strategic intelligence measures to prevent this. This paper uses a qualitative approach with case study research. Data collected through interviews as primary data and supported by secondary data derived from official government documents and other journal articles. The case study on the application of the intelligence strategy is explained in the handling of ex-convict P in Solo Raya, in which the intelligence strategy implemented is able to monitor the movement of ex-convicts, help integrate into society and be able to help officers communicate with ex-convicts who are still closed

Abstract

Protein quality is assessed based on the speed of growth that occurs after consuming and digesting something protein and the amount of nitrogen absorbed or used by the body. Complete protein can ensure good body growth and can maintain or replace damaged body tissues while incomplete protein although it cannot guarantee growth but is able to maintain body tissues. The purpose of this study to determine high-quality protein food sources can be seen from the value of protein quality indicators, including Protein Efficiency Ratio (PER), Biological Value (BV), Net Protein Utilization (NPU), Net Protein Ratio (NPR), True Digestibility (Dt) and Apparent Digestibility (Da). The research design developed in this study is an experiment using experimental mice with indicators of weight gain and protein quality in some foods. The results showed that the average weight gain (8.5 gr) of the largest rats was rats given baby porridge in their diet, as for weight loss (-2.4 gr) of rats given soy protein concentrate (KPK) in their diet. Furthermore, from the assessment of protein quality, it is known that the highest PER value is baby porridge (10.03), the highest BV value is soy protein concentrate (KPK: 0.99), the highest NPU value is soy protein concentrate (KPK: 1.28) and casein (1.23), the highest NPR value is baby porridge (0.13) while the Dt value (protein / casein 1.36) and Da for all types of protein tested are almost the same.

Abstract

? ? The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with a total of 76 people determined purposively then the primary data and secondary data collected were analyzed using data analysis techniques from Creswell (2016). The results of the study found that collaborative governance in an effort to reduce stunting rates in TTS District, NTT Province, was analyzed using the opinions of Thomson and Perry (2006: 24-28) with the following findings; (1) in the governance dimension, it was found that joint decision making to reduce stunting rates had not been carried out, (2) in the administrative dimension it was still limited to the problem of database integration of each indicator in each goal that was not complete, valid, and reliable, (3) in the autonomy dimension, it was found that there was no comprehensive understanding of stunting rate indicators by collaborating parties, (4) the mutuality dimension was not effective due to the lack of mutual dependence between actors institutionally and (5) the process of building social norms found that there has been no trust and reciprocity in coordinating the reduction of stunting rates in TSS District, NTT Province.

Abstract

To find out whether investment opportunity set, business risk, and leverage affect dividend policy. To determine whether firm size can strengthen/weaken the effect of the investment opportunity set, business risk, and leverage on dividend policy. In this study, dividend policy is measured by dividend payout ratio (DPR), investment opportunity sets are measured using proxies based on the market-to-book value of equity (MBVE), business risk is calculated using the basic earning power ratio (BEPR) proxy, and leverage (debt to equity ratio) as a ratio that describes how much the company conducts debt policy. The firm size variable used in this study is measured using the natural logarithm of total assets. This research is quantitative application research, this research uses interaction test analysis or better known as moderated regression analysis (MRA). The sample was selected using a purposive random sampling method in companies going public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the consumer sector for the period 2017-2021. The results of this study indicate that investment opportunity sets do not affect dividend policy, low business risk has a positive effect on dividend policy, and leverage has a positive effect on dividend policy. Size can moderate of the investment opportunity set and low business risk on dividend policy but size cannot moderate the effect of leverage on dividend policy.
