Abstract

The development of AI technology, such as advanced chatbots, provides many variations of assistance to humans. This research discusses the use of chatbots, particularly ChatGPT, in the workplace based on interviews with three informants. Using interpretive phenomenological methods, the study seeks to find out the experience of using ChatGPT to help complete work tasks. The researcher found that ChatGPT can personalize responses based on user prompts. The speed of providing feedback is the Media Richness Theory's dimension that dominates the results of this study. The superiority of ChatGPT is recognized in terms of its speed in providing feedback when quick resolution of work tasks is needed. However, the research also highlights the weakness of ChatGPT in terms of its limited knowledge storage. Further research is expected to explore experiences related to the use of Chatbot technology with other models to enhance understanding of communication technology industries based on AI.

Abstract

Ectopic pregnancy is defined as implantation outside the uterine cavity with an incidence rate of 19 per 1000 conceptions in the United States, accounting for >64,400 hospitalizations annually. It is the leading cause of maternal death in the first trimester. Most ectopic pregnancies (98%) occur in the fallopian tube but can also occur elsewhere. Cesarean scar pregnancy is a form of ectopic implantation in the fibrous tissue around the scar of previous cesarean delivery. The first case of cesarean scar pregnancy was described by Larsen and Solomon in 1978, and only 19 cases were reported until 2001. 3 The incidence of cesarean scar pregnancy is estimated to be 1:1800 to 1:2216 pregnancies. This condition represents 6.1% of all ectopic pregnancies with a history of at least one cesarean operation. In Indonesia, this case is rarely reported, and there is no data on the prevalence of this disease in Indonesia. Due to its rarity, we report a case of a 37-year-old G2P0100 woman with ruptured cesarean scar pregnancy.

Abstract

This research aims to develop PISA model mathematics questions with a Central Javanese cultural context that are valid, reliable and have a potential effect on students' mathematical literacy abilities. The research method used in this research is design research type development studies, which consists of two stages: preliminary and formative evaluation. The resulting test instrument was then validated by experts consisting of experienced Mathematics Education lecturers and Mathematics Teachers. The respondents in this research were 29 students at SMP IT Harapan Ummat Purbalingga. The product of this research is PISA model Mathematics test questions with a Central Javanese cultural context that are valid, reliable and have a potential effect on students' literacy abilities based on the PISA framework. The validation results were analyzed using the Aiken V index by calculating the correlation coefficient ( ) and the Aiken V coefficient value was between 0.583 to 0.917, which means that for all questions, 4 questions had high criteria and 3 questions had medium criteria. Then reliability was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 2022 by determining the Cronbach Alpha coefficient and obtained a value of 0.904. Then, from the results of the analysis at the field test stage, it can be seen that several basic mathematical abilities are emerging which are based on mathematical literacy abilities such as reasoning and argumentation abilities of 44.3%, communication skills of 34%, representation abilities of 41.25%, ability to formulate strategies to solve problems. Problems amounted to 70.3%, the ability to use symbolic language, formats, and techniques and operations amounted to 57.67%, and the ability to use mathematical tools amounted to 23.5%.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information and technology has encouraged all organizations including school organizations to adopt a quality management called Total Quality Management (TQM). The practice of TQM in Malaysian and Indonesian schools shows similarities and differences. Therefore, this research seeks to explore some of the TQM models and elements that are applied in Malaysian and Indonesian schools. Using a qualitative literature study approach, this study uncovers the models and elements of TQM practiced in Malaysian and Indonesian schools. The TQM models found are the Deming model (PDCA), Quality Circles (QC), Total Quality Control (TQC). The elements of TQM that are practiced include leadership, employee commitment, continuous improvement, employee involvement, training, and customer satisfaction. The difference is that the TQM that is practiced in Malaysian schools found the Crosby "zero defect" model, meanwhile, in Indonesian schools found the Control Chart (CC) Model. The TQM element in the form of problem solving in Malaysian schools is proven to be able to train students' thinking skills, creativity, and innovation. Therefore, Indonesian schools need to adopt it in classroom learning.

Abstract

Anemia is a nutritional problem with a high prevalence. Anemia often occurs in teenagers, women of childbearing age, and pregnant women. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal characteristics and folic acid intake with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. The design of this study is cross sectional. The population is all pregnant women in the second and third trimesters in three villages in the Percut Sei Tuan sub-district. The sampling in this research was porpusive sampling. Data collection was carried out through interviews using questionnaires and food recall tables as research instruments. Data processing through editing, entering and tabulating. Data analysis used the Chi Square test with Ci 95%. The results of the study showed that 87.8% of mothers in the good age group did not experience anemia and 12.1% of mothers in the unfavorable age group experienced anemia. 90.2% of mothers in the good parity group were not anemic and 9.8% of mothers in the poor parity group were anemic. 90.2% of mothers with good ANC group experienced anemia and 9.8% of mothers with poor ANC group did not experience anemia. 9.8% of pregnant women in the good folic acid intake group were not anemic and 48.8% of pregnant women in the not good folic acid intake group were anemic. There is a relationship between parity, ANC visits and folic acid intake in pregnant women in Percut Sei Tuan District. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between digital transformation, dynamic digital entrepreneur capabilities, competitive advantage, and business performance in small and medium enterprises (IKM). The first hypothesis (H1) proposes that digital transformation has a positive effect on competitive advantage, referring to Porter's (2001) view on the role of the internet in creating competitive advantage through partnerships and business digitalization. The second hypothesis (H2) states that digital transformation influences dynamic digipreneur capabilities through increasing knowledge sharing and digital capabilities. The third (H3) and fourth (H4) hypotheses claim that entrepreneurial-oriented dynamic digital entrepreneur capabilities have a positive impact on the competitive advantage and business performance of SMEs. The fifth hypothesis (H5) confirms that competitive advantage contributes to improving SME business performance through increasing market share, profits, efficiency, reputation and marketing effectiveness. Next, the sixth (H6) and seventh (H7) hypotheses try to explore the role of mediation, with H6 proposing that dynamic digipreneur capabilities can mediate the relationship between digital transformation and competitive advantage, and H7 claiming that competitive advantage can mediate the relationship between digital transformation and SME business performance . Finally, the eighth (H8) and ninth (H9) hypotheses suggest a dual mediating role, with H8 proposing that competitive advantage can act as a mediator between dynamic digipreneur capabilities and SMI business performance, while H9 proposes that digital transformation can influence SMI business performance through digipreneur capabilities dynamic and competitive advantage as a mediator.
