Abstract

In designing ergonomic products, anthropometric data are needed to determine the size of the product that fits the user's body so that it can make users feel comfortable when using the product. This paper discusses the design of ergonomic wheelchair products for elderly people who need adult anthropometric data to determine the size of wheelchair products that will be used later. From the anthropometric data, the percentile value is calculated which is then determined the size of the wheelchair product.

Abstract

Tempat kerja adalah segala sesuatu yang berada di lingkungan kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung seseorang atau sekelompok orang di dalam melaksanakan aktivitas kerjanya. Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dpat disebabkan karena beberapa factor, salah satunya faktor pencahayaan. Pencahayaan yang baik (sesuai SNI) maka dapat menjadikan tempat kerja menjadi nyaman. `Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional. Dimana data intenstas pencahayaan ruang kerja dianalisis terhadap data kelelahan mata pengguna ruang kerja tersebut.Hasil dari penelitian dini didapat bahwa terjadi hubungan antara intensitas pencahayaan ruang kerja terhadap kelelahan mata pengguna ruang kerja pada Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muria Kudus.

Abstract

Scheduling is defined as the process of sequencing the manufacture of a product as a whole on several machines. All industries need proper scheduling to manage the allocation of resources so that the production system can run quickly and precisely as of it can produce optimal product. PT. Sari Warna Asli Unit V is one of the companies that implements a make to order production system with the FCFS system. Thus, scheduling the production process at this company is also known as job shop production scheduling. The methods used in this research are the CDS method, the EDD method and the FCFS method. The purpose of this research is to minimize the production time and determine the best method that can be applied to the company. The results of this research showed that the makespan obtained in the company's scheduling system with FCFS rules was 458 minutes, and the results of scheduling using the CDS method obtained a makespan value of 329 minutes, then the best production scheduling method that had the smallest makespan value was the CDS method.

Abstract

In Kudus district, has two museums which Museum Kretek and Museum Jenang Kudus. In 2018 the number of visitors to the Museum Kretek reached 102,998 visitors, while the total visitors to the Musuem Jenang Kudus reached 397,625. The difference reaching  294,627 raises the question of how the service quality between the two museums. This study used the SERVQUAL Model method to determine the service quality of the two Musuem as well as a comparison of the service quality of the Museum Kretek and the Museum Jenang Kudus. The results of the study revealed that of the 100 reapondents who had visited the Museum Kretek and the Museum Jenang Kudus, the Museum Jenang Kudus had a better perception of service quality according to respondents. Based on the results of this study, we suggest that both museums improve service quality, especially in service quality items that get a low perception of respondents

Abstract

CV Abadi Jaya Presisi is a company engaged in manufacturing the manufacture of household appliances made of plastic such as wakul, plastic jar, plastic spoon and rollers. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) is a way to find out the dangers that exist in CV Abadi Jaya Presisi. The research method used is HIRARC, with data collection techniques namely observation and interviews. The results of the study found that 4 operations were in condition N/ according to the procedure and A/ outside the procedure, 1 operation was in condition E/ difficult to control. With the value obtained from the research the risk of work accidents is in a condition of medium and small risk. By controlling risks such as wearing gloves to avoid slashing hands and hot finished products, using eye protection equipment, checking cranes regularly, using a helmet to avoid hitting the head with hard objects, checking electrical installations, using ear protective equipment and masks when operating. Crusher machine, and use safety shoes when installing and removing molds. For Personal Protection equipment, it should be provided at work locations because there is a lack of Personal Protection in the work area

Abstract

A work accident is an event that humans do not want to experience. Accidents are a big problem for the survival of the company because they can cause substantial material losses as well as fatalities and occupational diseases. Efforts to improve occupational safety and health in every industry are a way to avoid these occupational accidents. CV Surya Agritama Indonesia is a manufacturing company that manufactures product namely rubber rolls, As a rubber rolls manufacturing company, CV. Surya Agritama whose every work process cannot be separated from potential dangers. This study aims to determine the risk of work accidents in CV. Surya Agritama Indonesia, the method used to complete this research is the checklist method by collecting data by means of interviews and observations The results of the study show that there are 2 fields that result in fatal work accidents, namely the production and B3 fields, the risk value involved in extreme risk is 60% with 30% production machines and 30% B3 materials, 22% high risk with the work environment, 11% medium risk with Workers, and 7% low risk with security

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya. Minimnya pemanfaatan data yang tersimpan membuat data ini kurang memberikan nilai tambah terhadap institusi. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan adanya pemanfaatan data-data tersebut agar menghasilkan sebuah pengetahuan yang bermanfaat bagi program studi dan perguruan tinggi. IT Telkom memiliki 3 fakultas, terdiri dari 12 program studi S1 dan 1 program studi D3. Pada tahun 2017, jalur masuk yang dibuka oleh IT Telkom Purwokerto adalah Mandiri, Kemitraan, dan Prestasi Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi perfomansi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masa studi tepat waktu. Batasan penelitian ini yaitu hanya pada program sarjana Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto. Atribut yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cluster asal daerah berdasarkan PDRB, program studi, jalur masuk, asal sekolah, bidang keahlian, IPK semester ganjil 2019/2020, dan status kelulusan TA 1 dan Seminar Proposal. Sumber data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari bagian Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (PMB), Akademik Institusi, dan SISFO. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode klasifikasi decision tree. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 63 rules dengan akurasi 68,49% dengan nilai precision 79,63% dan nilai recall 55,13%.

Abstract

PT Kebon Agung PG Trangkil merupakan industri manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang agribisnis yang menghasilkan gula sebagai produk utama. Gula merupakan sembako yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Kehabisan bahan baku bisa mengakibatkan proses giling berhenti dan tidak mencapai target. Hal tersebut bisa menyebabkan biaya produksi menjadi boros karena target tidak terpenuhi akan tetapi proses produksi semakin berlanjut. PG Trangkil mengambil bahan baku dari kebun perusahaan dan kebun petani. Persediaan bahan baku dilakukan setiap hari pada musim giling berlangsung yaitu sekitar 4-6 bulan. Dalam kasus ini peneliti mengusulkan untuk menggunakan metode EOQ untuk memastikan persediaan bahan baku seefisien mungkin serta sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.

Abstract

Quality is an achievement or assessment of an item or service from various factors based on the conformity of the specifications desired by the manufacturer. Good product quality can provide confidence for customers to order or cooperate in business so that it can improve the company's position against its competitors. PT. Dasaplast Nusantara is a company producing plastic woven bags or plastic sacks, the raw materials used in the manufacture of products have a high enough price, so the company must really maintain the quality of the product so that the company does not suffer a large enough loss. Thus, in this study, quality control was carried out using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method which aims to control the level of product defects in the plastic woven bag unit. By using the SPC method, the company's defect rate is 12%, which means that the production capability is not good

Abstract

PT. SUKUNTEX adalah perusahan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dengan memproduksi kain mori Rayon RBA, kain Greige Blacu ASA 74, Kain Kanjen, supply kain mori AY 94, supply kain Mori Memento AY 23. Pada PT SUKUNTEX terdapat 3 departemen, yaitu departemen spinning, departemen weaving yang terdiri dari divisi persiapan dan divisi pertenunan, dan departemen finishing. Pada divisi persiapan, tipe aliran proses persiapan benang adalah flow shop dengan 2 mesin dan tidak terdapat penjadwalan produksi/ job scheduling yang menyebabakan terjadi keterlambatan dalam proses pengiriman ke proses berikutnya. penjadwalan produksi di PT. SUKUNTEX saat ini menggunakan metode FCFS, melalui perhitungan mendapatkan penjadwalan pada bulan Maret memiliki nilai makespan selama 1440 menit dengan urutan job 1- 2-3-4-5, sehingga sering mengalami keterlambatan. Maka dilakukan penjadwalan dengan metode CDS menggunakan software winQSB. Hasil yang didapatkan dari perhitungan metode CDS adalah nilai makespan 940 menit dengan urutan job 2-3-1-4-5. Selisih waktu antara metode CDS dan metode FCFS mencapai 500 menit. Sehingga metode CDS dapat meminimumkan makespan
