Abstract

This research is motivated by the spread of the Covid-19 virus in various parts of the world. All sectors were affected. One of them is the education sector. Even though it is currently in the period of the Covid-19 epidemic, learning must continue. Various policies have been taken by the government to support the implementation of learning. Many schools are affected by the current situation. One of them is Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 7 Bungkal Ponorogo. In the learning process as a teacher, you must have a method or strategy so that the material can be conveyed to students so that the curriculum targets can be completed. This research to determine the impact caused by the presence of covid-19, learning process constraints and learning strategies used by teachers during the Covid-19 epidemic at Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 7 Bungkal Ponorogo. This research is a research with a qualitative approach. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews and documentation. To analyze data using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the impact of Covid 19 is that learning becomes ineffective. MA Muhammadiyah 7 Bungkal currently uses online and offline learning strategies and collaborates both, or better known as "Blended Learning". The learning constraints during the Covid-19 pandemic at MA Muhammadiyah 7 Bungkal are: in the online learning process many students do not have phones or gadget and data packages so that learning is not optimal. The strategy used by the teacher is inquiry and assignment learning. While the obstacle during offline learning is the reduction in face-to-face hours, which is only 30 minutes per subject. The strategy used is to use an expository strategy or direct delivery with the lecture method. This is done because of the limited time for offline learning and following suggestions from the school.

Abstract

This study was structured with the aim of knowing the effectiveness of the Audio Lingual and Drill learning method in improving vocabulary mastery of the VII-I grade students of MTs "Wali Songo" Ngabar Ponorogo. The subjects of this study were students of class VII-I, totaling 25 female students. This research is an action research classroom and was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle is carried out with the stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, namely in December. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results showed an increase in students' vocabulary mastery in English, namely in the first cycle by 64% then in the second cycle, it increased to 80%. It is said that there is an increase of 16%, with the use of the Audio Lingual and Drill method in English subjects can improve the understanding and mastery of words of students in grades VII-I MTs “Wali Songo” Ngabar Ponorogo.

Abstract

Leadership is someone who can influence, encourage, invite, guide, move others to accept the influence of something that can help achieve goals certain. Leadership is essentially related to human power or groups that organized, and as a force or potential. One of those guidelines is a human obligation to obey everything that is ordered for a better life and stay away from all prohibitions to keep away from bad deeds. In the course of the dynamics of human life, it turns out that Humans cannot live alone, humans need a leader. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the concept of leadership in Islam, understand what leadership is, leadership in Islam, and what is the urgency of a leader in educational institutions. This research using the library research method, in analyzing the model data this method using a descriptive analysis model. As a source of information, namely; scientific books, reports research, scientific papers and journals. From the results of this study, it can be explained that The concept of leadership in Islam is a point of view that forms the basis of thought in being a leader. The concepts possessed by Islamic teachings in looking at leadership, leadership in Islam includes several aspects, namely; aspect influence, spiritual aspect, and characteristic aspect.

Abstract

Learning is an activity that is always in touch with students. Related to the learning process until now, the learning motivation of students is one component that still needs to be considered. In this case, learning motivation is an important aspect as a supporter of the success of the learning process. This article aims to explain the implementation of the index card match strategy in PAI learning at SMKN 1 Ponorogo. This research is motivated by the phenomenon that the world of education is still faced with low learning motivation of students which will have implications for student achievement. Therefore, educators need creativity in creating a pleasant learning atmosphere. One of the efforts made is to implement the index card match learning strategy. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach and the type of research is a case study. With data collection procedures using: in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation and documentation. The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman interactive model data analysis, which includes: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the application of the index card match strategy has a positive impact on the learning motivation of students at SMKN 1 Ponorogo, especially in PAI learning. Among them are students become more active and enthusiastic in the learning process, students are more confident and enthusiastic than before, learning motivation and learning achievement are increasing and train children to think critically in dealing with problems in the PAI learning process.

Abstract

Sejarah Kepemimpinan Transformatif telah ada sejak tahun 1970 karya dari Burns, yang menginspirasi lahirnya sebuah paradigma baru kepemimpinan. Dalam suatu organisasi manapun termasuk birokrasi publik, pemimpin memegang peranan yang sangat strategis. Berhasil tidaknya birokrasi publik sangat ditentukan oleh kualitas pemimpinnya dan gaya kepemimpinannya. Pada konteks birokrasi public termasuk didalamnya lembaga pendidikan kita yang sangat paternalistik, dimana para staf atau bawahan bekerja selalu tergantung pimpinan. Jurnal ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Hamzah menjelaskan bahwa dalam konteks penelitian kepustakaan, data-data diperoleh melalui eksplorasi terhadap bahan-bahan pustaka yang dikaji secara holistik, kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan kerangka berpikir atau teori tertentu/paradigma filosofis yang melandasinya. juga menggunakan pendekatan tertentu sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Dan berlokasi di MTs Negeri 1 Ponorogo yang terletak di Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No. 24 A Jetis Ponorogo. Sedangkan kesimpulannya adalah;1). Pemimpin transformasional adalah agen perubahan yang bertindak sebagai katalisator yang menggiring Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) kearah tmbuhnya sensitivitas pembinaan dan pengembangan organisasi, pengembangan visi secara bersama, pendistribusian kewenangan kepemimpinan, dan membangun kultur organisasi pendidikan yang menjadi keharusan dalam skema restrukturisasi lembaga Pendidikan. 2). Konsep Kepemimpinan Transformasional di MTs Negeri 1 Ponorogo bahwa kepala Madrsah dilembaga ini sudah memiliki seorang pemimpin yang bercirikan transformatif. 3). Implementasi Kepemimpinan Transformasional berbasis spiritualisasi di MTs Negeri 1 Ponorogo telah memenuhi standar kategori kepemimpinan transformasional dalam aspek spiritual.

Abstract

Sebuah organisasi lembaga pendidikan islam akan bisa berkembang dengan pesat sejalan perubahan jaman apabila mempunyai pemimpin yang bisa mentranformasikan perubahan dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan lembaga pendidikan islam untuk menjadi lebih baik. Pemimpin yang mampu mentranformasikan perubahan yang lebih baik dan maju dikenal dengan kepemimpinan tranformasional yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin tranformatif. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Hamzah menjelaskan bahwa dalam konteks penelitian kepustakaan, data-data diperoleh melalui eksplorasi terhadap bahan-bahan pustaka yang dikaji secara holistik, kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan kerangka berpikir atau teori tertentu/paradigma filosofis yang melandasinya. Kesimpulannya adalah Pemimpin tranformatif melakukan serangkaian gerak langkap dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan lembaga pendidikan islam. Kepemimpinan Tranformasional mempunyai tahapan yang meliputi mengetahui bidang kerja, mengenali tim, membuat keputusan yang tepat dan cepat, konsisten dan mengarahkan, serta mampu menginspirasi tim. Tahapan kepemimpinan tranformasional tersebut harus dilakukan secara runut dan tepat.

Abstract

Tingkat stres dan kelelahan guru menjadi salah satu problema madrasah yang hingga saat ini belum sepenuhnya teratasi. Tulisan ini menjadi salah satu tawaran solutif untuk menciptakan kultur madrasah yang efektif guna mereduksi tingkat stres dan kelelahan guru madrasah. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menelusuri sumber-sumber literatur yang relevan, membandingkannya, sehingga menghasilkan ide-ide yang lebih tajam untuk ditampilkan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa program untuk dilakukan yaitu survei kesehatan fisik dan mental bagi guru dan karyawan, layanan konseling singkat, program senam yoga 15 menit sebelum kerja, dan dukungan kepala madrasah.

Abstract

This study was structured with the aim of knowing the effectiveness of using the pat method to improve the cognitive abilities of early childhood in T.A Al-Manaar Ngabar for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 14 students. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of 2 cycles with each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely the first stage is plaining (planning), the second stage is acting (implementing). Observing (observation) and the fourth stage is reflecting (reflecting). This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, which is from November to December. The subjects of this study were early childhood group B consisting of 14 students. The object of research is physical motor skills and the clapping method. Data collection techniques using observation. Research data obtained during action research until the final assessment of the action. The results showed that the results of the initial test after the action in the first cycle of 14 students there were 7 students (51.66%) experienced an increase, while in the second cycle students (81.66%). Thus the use of the pat method in the theme of introducing the pillars of Islam can improve children's cognitive abilities.
