Abstract

The use of information technology is growing rapidly, marked by public opinion that can be conveyed indefinitely through social media. One of the social media that is Twitter. Twitter is considered easier to retrieve information related to existing opinions and sentiments due to the limited character in a tweet made by users and there is the hashtag "#" which can be searched easily regarding the current hotly discussed situation. Some time ago, there was a lot of discussion regarding the ratification of the omnibus work copyright law. Tweets in the form of lively sentiments adorn the hashtag “#omnibuslaw” and other related hashtags. This study discusses reviews in the form of tweets related to omnibus law with the Chi Square selection feature and the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm using R Studio. Data were taken as many as 500 tweets related to the omnibus law. The methodology used is Knowledge Discovery in Databases. Data labeling is carried out by experts who are divided into positive and negative sentiments. The results of the modeling using K-Fold Cross Validation, the highest accuracy is obtained with a 25% feature use scheme (Chi Square feature selection), and the value of k = 5 in KNN is 81.4%. Testing on the model was carried out using 100 random data and obtained 83% accuracy, 100% precision, 15% recall and 26.08% F-Measure value. Of the 500 data taken, the word "people" is the most dominating word. Of the 500 data taken, 78.8% negative sentiments and 21.2% positive sentiments.

Abstract

In improving the quality of employee performance in a company, it is necessary to have motivation in the form of giving employee bonuses. Bonuses are additional wages given to employees for the achievement of the best work they have done. PT Lexus Elektronik itself has implemented bonuses for its employees, it's just that the bonuses are given based on sales achievement targets and have not used an assessment based on other supporting criteria. This research was made in order to assist company leaders in determining employee bonuses, especially in the Sales section by taking into account several objective criteria. The method used in this research is the TOPSIS (Technique For Others Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution) method with several assessment criteria, namely sales, service, performance, teamwork and attendance. The TOPSIS method has several stages, namely: determining the normalization of the decision matrix, determining the normalized weight of the matrix, the distance between the alternative Ai and the ideal positive solution, the distance between the alternative Ai and the negative ideal solution, the preference value for each alternative (Vi). After the calculation process of these stages is carried out, the highest preference result is 0.697 (V14)

Abstract

Technology greatly affects the progress of the business, either individually, government agencies, or private sector. The development of information has a very important role in an effort to create progress in all areas intended for human benefit in general. Information systems are also an important part of the company in improving productivity. Rader Flower is a shop that is engaged in the sale of crops. In producing all of its products Rader Flower provides local raw materials and manufacturing is self-made. The problems faced by Rader Flower are determining the underlying price of the production, because currently the calculation of the cost of the product produced by the store is a calculation based solely on store policy and adjust and follow the price Market alone without calculating correctly and the specific working capital for a product, so it is very difficult for the shop Rader Flower to set the selling price of the production and of course this can affect in obtaining profits Or profit on the store. In this research, the design was built to determine the selling price of mobile web based plants using the full costing method. Can be concluded that this application can determine the price of plant sales at the shop Rader Flower.

Abstract

At this time there are so many Internet packages provided by companies in the telecommunications sector to help facilitate Android users in accessing the Internet. Android users using this Internet package are for the purposes of social media, chatting, browsing, streaming and downloading where Android users will feel incomplete if they do not use the Internet package because in terms of finance it is most cost effective compared to using regular pulses. The Internet is currently one of the main alternatives in meeting all needs, namely Information and Education needs that provide positive value for all people. The number of operators offering Internet packages will certainly make it difficult for consumers to make the right choice according to their wishes and criteria. To overcome these problems, a system is made that will make decision making easier for choosing an Internet service package, one of which is the decision support system to help the community choose the best Internet service package. The method used in this study is the ANP Method. With the ANP method, it is expected to help the community in determining which alternatives will be chosen as a final decision in the selection of Internet Packages as needed

Abstract

The success or failure of learning objectives in the learning process is greatly influenced by how the learning process is experienced by students. One of the successes of students in education is shown by their academic achievement. The results of the evaluation of a learning process are usually expressed in quantitative form (numbers) which are often applied in evaluating learning scores or grades. This study focuses on analyzing the academic scores of general and religious subjects of students in Class IX Non-Boarding Madrasah Aliyah. The concept of analysis Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) is used as a data analysis method because it is able to represent data and model it into objects and attributes. In this study the FCA method was used to be able to analyze the academic excellence of students at boarding madrasah schools in general subjects or religious subjects. The research objective was to determine the pattern of success in student academic scores and to determine the model of student achievement academically specifically for general subjects. The results of the analysis carried out on the academic scores of 200 students of the Class IX Non-Boarding Madrasah Aliyah in general and religious subjects, it can be concluded that the average student has good and good enough scores, there are general subjects who also have good and quite good scores in the subject. religious lessons.

Abstract

Internet of things (IoT) is a hardware (Raspberry Pi) that can connect to the internet with the aim to expand the internet network that is connected thoroughly to the hardware. The development of the Internet of things (IoT) has been widely used, especially in this day and age, one of the utilization of this IoT technology is the control of electronic room light equipment through global network controlled via smartphone that can be operated remotely. This research aims to build a remote-control device by utilizing internet technology to perform the process of controlling the lights based on the Internet of things (IoT). This research is done by building a prototype with mobile based application using python and php programming language. In this research there is a feature of controlling the room lights with the first condition of control of one lamp used to turn one room light and the second condition is used to turn the lights simultaneously.

Abstract

Prediction of students 'understanding of the subject is important to know the extent to which the students' understanding of the subjects presented by educators when teaching and learning activities and to determine the ability of educators in delivering subjects. Artificial Neural Network to predict the level of students' understanding of subjects using backpropagation learning algorithm uses several variables: Knowledge, skills / abilities, assessment and workload and guidance and counseling. Backpropagation learning algorithm is applied to train eight indicators to predict the level of students' understanding of the subjects. The test results obtained by the student's understanding level prediction accuracy rate of 90% with a 6-5-1 architecture.

Abstract

Maintaining data that needs to be considered in system security is the authentication process. This process is carried out to ensure users who access data or information on the system are authorized users. There are several methods to authenticate, one of them using data encryption (cryptographic) techniques. Cryptography is applied to data or information by encoding or organizing the data needed only by those who have the key to which the data or information can be accessed. This research will implement the One Time Pad (OTP) algorithm to encode the data and information used. Data or information transferred in the application will form a ciphertext so that users will get a key to access the data or information. The making of this application is expected to guarantee the confidentiality and security of data properly, where the party that can access the original data or information is only the party that has the key.

Abstract

Knowledge of eye care is needed when eye disorders occur. One of the tools needed as a tool to identify eye disorders is the application of an expert system for early detection of eye diseases, which can be used as a first step in eye disorders consultations. In this study, an expert system application was designed that uses weighted parameter determination techniques with the pairwise comparison method for Case Based Reasoning (CBR) early detection of eye diseases using the KNN algorithm. In the weighting of pairwise comparisons, this study is divided into four stages of preparation, namely: 1) Compiling a pairwise comparison matrix to see the level of importance between criteria based on the prioritization scale of pairwise comparison; 2) Normalization of the decision matrix from the results of the matrix compilation; 3) Consistency analysis by comparing the criteria with other criteria which can lead to inconsistency; 4) Implementation of the KNN algorithm which is used to determine the similarity value between a consultation and an old case in the database. Determination of parameter weights using the pairwise comparison method implemented on 20 symptoms and 18 eye diseases resulted in three weight groups, namely: severe symptoms with a weight of 0.636986, moderate symptoms with a weight of 0.258285, and mild symptoms with a weight of 0.104729.

Abstract

Biometrics is the study of patterns of characteristics to recognize or identify humans based on one or more parts of the human body, both chemical, physical, and behavioral characteristics, such as faces, fingerprints, sounds, hand geometry, or iris. Nowadays technology has developed using sound to be used as an application that facilitates humans. Voice identification process is very necessary to know the accuracy of the sound based on the characteristics possessed, because some humans have similarities in saying. In this study aims to determine the sound pattern based on speech. The method used for voice identification using the Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) feature extraction method, is a feature extraction method that approaches the human hearing system and is able to recognize speech patterns.
