Abstract

Record databases are generally still often displayed in text form as information for users, so it can facilitate cryptanalyst to access and provide opportunities to do the leak, distribute or modify the database records. One of the cryptographic algorithms used to secure data is using the DES algorithm to encrypt the data to be stored or sent. The DES algorithm belongs to a cryptographic system of symmetry and is a type of block cipher. DES operates on a 64-bit block size. DES describes 64 bits of plaintext to 64 bits of ciphertext using 56 bits of internal key (internal key) or up-key (subkey). The internal key is generated from an external key 64-bit length. This research describes the process of securing database records by encrypting it based on DES algorithm, resulting in text record databases in the form of passwords that are difficult to understand and understand by others. This is done in an attempt to minimize the misuse of database records.

Abstract

The maze solving robot is the development of the line follower robot. Where the robot can trace a path that has an intersection, in tracing a maze, apart from finding a way out / finish, it will be more efficient if the robot can find a shorter path through the maze. From the maze samples made, the robot can explore a maze and find the shortest path. When the mapping process is carried out, the robot traces 12 path codes; after the path simplification process is carried out, the robot can shorten the path it takes to 6.

Abstract

School of Silas Papare Jayapura is one of the high schools that has implemented an information system in carrying out their management of job. However, there are still lack in the application of the information system. As in the academic section, the information system has not been implemented in managing lecture activities, so that the data management of activities in the academic section are still carried out semi-manually. The purpose of this research is to assist academic staff in managing academic data, assist lecturers in inputing of score, and provide better service for students of Silas Papare Jayapura. This web-based Academic Information System was created using the PIECES analysis method, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method as a system design, using the waterfall method as a system development, and the Black Box as system testing method. This research produces an academic information system that has been organized in managing academic data and becomes a means of information systems for academics, lecturers and students in schools of Silas Papare Jayapura

Abstract

Depok Madani Vocational School is a Vocational High School consisting of 2 majors namely Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) and Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) with 20 teachers as instructors from class X to class XII. The selection of the best teachers is done once a month to motivate the teacher in conducting teaching and learning activities. Schools in making decisions are often influenced by subjectivity and are done manually. Resulting in social jealousy among teachers and inaccurate decision results. Therefore, in assessing the best teachers a decision support system is needed in order to obtain accurate results. Decision Support System methods used in this study is Profile Matching. The method determines the value of weights on each criterion, which is to be present on time, responsibility, dress neatly and politely, participate and contribute, be active and productive, and help fellow teachers, which is followed by a ranking process. The result of the comparison of the two methods above is to produce the same chosen alternative, so that both methods can be applied to help the school's decision making.

Abstract

The research have goal to design the Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda dan Olah Raga website using PHP programming language and MySQL database at Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda dan Olah Raga in Kebumen. Reseach method have used in this research is qualitative with descriptive method. Data collection technique is observation, interview, and literature review which have connection with main problem. The system development method which used is SDLC (System Development Life Circle). From the result of research have problems such as the menu provided too much and the information presented is not grouped properly. It made the user still feel difficulty in finding the needed information. There are recommendations which give to solving the problem are: 1) grouping the menus to easier finding informations, 2) re-design website that can show the information with categories, and 3) make the user-friendly website design.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the Blended Learning application because of the COVID19 pandemic that is hitting the world. The application is built in such a way as to simplify the process of use in school learning by using the Research and Development (R&B) type of research. The development method used a model designed by Plomp with three stages of research: 1) Preliminary Research, 2) Prototype Phase, 3) Assessment Phase. The determination of the validity and practicality of the Blended Learning application is based on the validation test of experts and users, namely teachers and students, through a questionnaire, in determining the sample, using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the results of this development research were as follows: 1) The validity of the Blended Learning application was valid; 2) The practicality of the Blended Learning application based on user responses, namely teachers and students, was stated to be very practical. Based on the findings of this study, it is concluded that the Blended Learning application is very valid and very practical.

Abstract

To prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the government has issued a caring and protective application that can be accessed on the user's mobile device. The caring protection application aims to protect and trace contact history and provide notifications if the user is in the red zone, namely an area infected with covid19. This study aims to determine whether the application of care to protect is used and well received by the community by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. TAM is an information systems theory that creates a model that is used to analyze how users are willing to accept and use a technology. The results of the study indicate that the interest in using the Care Protect application has a significant effect on the actual use of the application based on research that has been carried out on respondents.

Abstract

In its development, image processing is very helpful for solving problems faced by humans. Imaging processing is an image processing technique of an object to distinguish the background and the object to be analyzed. This research uses a segmentation method that can distinguish between objects and backgrounds. Analyzing objects from ultrasound images requires the expertise of an experienced doctor. In addition, there are artificial factors that make automated analysis complicated. We aim to improve natural imagery. Therefore to overcome the potential difficulties in analysis, we present four Comparison of Edge Detection, namely Gradient Image, Roberts Operator, Sobel Operator and Prewitt Operator. In image processing, data accuracy and accuracy are required as well as knowledge of statistics because image processing is related to data processing. The result of this research is to determine which edge detection is more appropriate for analyzing ultrasound images. The conclusion from this research is that from the four operators that were tried, the results of the testing process showed that the Prewit operator succeeded in detecting existing objects, even objects that function as background were successfully detected. The resulting edge detection is smoother compared to other operators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze responses regarding customer satisfaction Ruangguru Application to the learning space features in the Ruangguru Application at every level of education. This is useful to know the strengths and weaknesses of the Ruangguru Application based on sentiment responses from Ruangguru users. Ruangguru is an online tutoring startup and a technology-based educational content service and provider no. 1 in Indonesia. So of course, customer satisfaction is an important thing that is the goal of the company. So that when customer satisfaction is met, that is where the company can realize their goals. To see how the level of customer satisfaction, sentiment analysis methods and topic modeling are used in processing the data so that responses can be seen as to what is provided by the customer so that it can be an evaluation for the Ruangguru Application.

Abstract

Business in the culinary field is one type of business that will not die and be eroded by the times because as long as humans still need food, culinary business is the right business choice with large profits, but in a business in the culinary field there are still very many the business died because of several factors that were previously ignored by many groups such as non-strategic location, business location to market a product that is not strategic can cause 40% of failures in the culinary business will lead to bankruptcy. This is very unfortunate if from the start it was not anticipated by taking into account what criteria were appropriate in selecting locations in selecting locations not only based on rumors that the area was good for building a business in the culinary field, especially for a culinary company in opening new branches. A business can use a decision support system in analyzing and calculating the level of accuracy in selecting the desired location with the help of the Promethee II (Exprom II) extended method approach which is able to assess the criteria in building a culinary business appropriately and effectively.
