Abstract

Developments in the technological era are increasingly developing and people's needs vary with the desire to accelerate a job in a systematic and more effective and efficient manner. The problems faced by PT. XYZ in supplies of office equipment are still poorly organized and there is no reporting on the use of office stationery (ATK) and inhibitors of employee productivity because there is no precise inventory information and delays in making reports. Facilitates the company in the process of inventory input Application of the method in this research is to use the classic life cycle (CLC) method, known as the process design, which is carried out sequentially, with the research stages beginning with analysis, design, coding and testing.From the several stages that have been carried out in this researcher can produce reports stock of goods and office stationery information updated to users or visitors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the loading speed of the website, identify the factors that affect the test results, and suggest improvements that can be made to improve the loading speed performance of the IAIN Salatiga website. The research was conducted in four main stages, namely: website traffic observation, designing website performance testing scenarios, website performance testing, and website testing data analysis. Based on the test results, one of the causes of the poor performance assessment is because most of the load time is used to display the largest content on the website. Implementing images with the right size and format can improve website performance. The limitation of this study is that the test uses a free version of the application which has limitations in displaying test results. The results of this study can be used by academics and practitioners in the field of website evaluation studies and the findings of this study can be a concern for website developers in building a website.

Abstract

One of the goals of the countries is to do continuous development in a positive direction so that the welfare of the country is guaranteed. To assess the development of a country can be seen from various factors such as socioeconomic and health factors. Some of the indicators used including GDP, health, income, export-import and others. This analysis can be used an evaluation of each country to improve its level. In addition, it is also used as a basis for determining which countries are entitled to receive assistance from funding institutions, so that the people of these countries can have a better life. Based on these problems, the authors analyze data of countries in the world using the Machine Learning Unsupervised which is Clustering method with KNIME. This analysis aims to determine the effect of indicators on the level of a country. The data to be studied are 167 countries in the world with socioeconomic and health factors. Based on research to avoid multicolenarity the authors use the PCA method. From this study, the authors used 4 PCA which represented 90% of the data and obtained 3 optimal clusters with an average silhouette value of 0.443.

Abstract

The condition of citrus fruits can be determined by looking at several parameters, one of which is color, larger pores, and even yellow skin. So far, the identification of the maturity level of citrus fruits by farmers and consumers has used manual techniques, for example paying attention to the color, pores and peel of the orange product. Such identification will be very large and fluctuating developmental days because people have visual impairments in recognizing, fatigue, and judgment on great development. Barriers to strategy guidance require innovations that can complete the development process impartially, and with clearer results. One of them is the segmentation process using yahoo k-means. The segmentation process aims to divide or separate the image into several (local) districts based on the specified attributes. The k-means algorithm will cluster data with similar attributes assembled into one set and data with various qualities assembled into different sets. From the results of taking pictures from 6 angles, namely front, back, top, bottom, and right and left using 8 datasets, it produces 48 images, and by testing the clustering results, ripe oranges produce 6 and 2 ripe.

Abstract

Counting residential houses is one of the problems faced when determining population density level in Indonesia, therefore it’s required to find a method that’s able to solve said problem. Deep learning method is capable of creating a prediction model for detecting the number of buildings from an image. The deep learning prediction model is created with MobileNetv2 application. The prediction model is trained by using a dataset from Kaggle. The prediction model is tested using satellite photos taken from Way Kandis-Sukarame, Bandar Lampung. The result is a deep learning prediction model with accuracy of 91.30% for SenseFly and 10.34% for Way Kandis dataset. The research can be further improved by using a better training and testing dataset

Abstract

The application of health protocols has become a new habit in the Covid-19 pandemic, one of which is the use of masks. Presidential Instruction Number 6 of 2020 on August 4, 2020, has stipulated the obligation to use masks in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the topics formed on the Twitter network and public perceptions before and before the implementation of the Presidential Instruction. Tweet data with the hashtags “#gunakanmasker” and “#indonesiaterserah” were collected during the period from March 2 to November 30, 2020. The data was processed using the Topic Modeling method with Python software. The results show that the topics formed before the Presidential Instruction were "prevent-protect" and the topics after the Presidential Instruction were "compulsory-mandatory". The Chi-Square test shows that the topics formed before and before the implementation of the Presidential Instruction are independent. The topics that were mined from the tweet data were then checked for compliance with the policy framework consisting of the variables of perceived knowledge, social trust, perceived benefits, and perceived risks

Abstract

The Regional Revenue Management Agency (BAPPENDA) of Asahan Regency in the distribution of Tax Returns Payable (SPPT) until the process of paying off Land and Building Taxes in the Rural and Urban sectors (PBB P2) to obtaining a Deposit Receipt (STTS) as proof that PBB P2 has been paid off is still not complete. efficient in terms of time. Researchers try to solve problems that occur by implementing an Information System in the process of paying off PBB P2. The results of this study are the system built at the Regional Revenue Management Agency (BAPPENDA) of Asahan Regency using the Short Message Service (SMS) Gateway in terms of commemorating the due date and using the Midtrans Payment Gateway payment method, this provides benefits to agencies in managing PBB P2 data and provide benefits for taxpayers in the process of repayment and obtain STTS so that it is more effective and efficient

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) during the Covid-19 pandemic was one of the companies whose sales growth was affected by the decline in electricity consumption in several sectors. Another condition is that several power plant and substation construction projects have fulfilled the realization commitment to the RUPTL from PT PLN (Persero). This has resulted in PT PLN (Persero) being faced with an over supply condition between power capacity and customer usage load. Realization of sales growth until July 2021 was 4.44% (144,788 TWh). Energy consumption in July 2021 was 20.55 TWh where the growth of kWh sales in July 2021 comparing with July 2020 began to show a recovery of +1.82%. The factor that most affected business and industrial growth was the manufacturing sector in Indonesia experiencing a slowdown/contraction as reflected in the PMI (Purchasing Managers Index) which decreased from 53.5 to 40.1. Growth is strongly influenced by consumer behavior in responding to government regulations, especially related to controlling the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia in the form of restrictions on social activities (PSBB, PPKM, or Lockdown) which have been effectively implemented since April 2020 until now. Based on the analysis of the customer's electrical energy consumption data per industrial sector, as well as using technical data on the availability of power per electrical sub-system and the cost of producing electrical energy in an area, an evaluation model will be obtained that can be used in selecting the criteria for prospective customers who will be given program offers "SEMAKIN PRODUKTIF". By using "SEMAKIN PRODUKTIF" program data modeling, it is hoped that prospective customers will be given program offers so that they can be an opportunity to increase sales growth of electrical energy which is targeted to grow 6% in December 2021

Abstract

The number of malware attacks that occur by embedding malicious code or exploits makes it important to know the flow of the malware attack that occurs so that we can understand where the attack started and what impacts can be caused by a malware attack that occurs, and how the flow of the attack using an analytical method Cyber Attack Lifecycle. This research was conducted to find out the flow of a malware attack, to find out where the attack started and to find out what impact the attack could have on the Mandiant's Cyber Attack Lifecycle Model. Mandiant's Cyber Attack Lifecycle Model was chosen as the analysis method because it has 8 stages that can cover the entire attack flow, namely initial recon, initial compromise, establish foothold, escalate privileges, internal recon, move laterally, maintain presence, and complete mission. Analysis of the attack was carried out from a document file which was indicated to contain malware in which the document file was sent by someone using Microsoft Excel document format and would be analyzed using Mandiant's Cyber Attack Lifecycle Model method to find out where the attack started and how the attack flow could occur. The results showed that the application of the Mandiant's Cyber Attack Lifecycle Model was successful in covering all the attack paths well, knowing the impact of the attack, and being able to find out where the attack started.

Abstract

An e-commerce Website is a Website to aims to sell one or more goods or services by using electronic media as a media for the transaction of goods/services. Taichandel is a food outlet that sells a variety of foods,  Aim of this research to solve the problem that occurs at the Taichandel because  the transaction of  this outlet still manual.  The metodh of this research using waterfall metodh, this metodh is used to  develop the software start with analytic, design, code until testing. The results of this research is  design system and system implementation with programming languages as html, php and database MySQL.  Benefit of this research is this information system can help the process of managing data related to the Taichandel Store and speed up the process of buying, selling and selling transactions  and also the owners  can check  the transaction reports because all store data is stored in the database so as to maximize sales evaluation and minimize loss of sales data.
