Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the responses of consumers who have used smartfren through comments on social media twitter regarding the network, price, and quality of smartfren in Indonesia. Useful to find out what consumer complaints are often submitted by smartfren users. With smartfren's superior services, smartfren 4G LTE advanced, VoLTE to enable customers to enjoy calls with HD quality, international services, smart world, smart U, and super4G smartfren. Smartfren also provides unlimited services 24 hours a month. With this Text Network Analysis method, the author wants to find out whether there are negative comments about this smartfren service so that the company will finally be able to find out what problems often arise and can be fixed so that they can make the company even better.

Abstract

SD Nature Islam is one of the educational institutions located in the Tangerang Banten area. Its activities are certainly inseparable from the activities of the teaching and learning process. The results of these teaching and learning activities are in the form of grades that are reported in a student learning progress report book or report card every semester. Nature Islam Elementary School uses the 2013 curriculum which is of course based on the Basic Competencies formulated in the curriculum. Thus, it requires teachers and staff to develop perfect assessment techniques. The use of computers is very useful and helps work become better, faster, and more efficient. The use of computers in particular will be very beneficial. in processing report cards at SD Nature Islam. However, in terms of processing report cards, they still use pen counts and calculators. This will take time and teacher labor in the process. For that we need a system that can play an important role to help the field in question run well. Good value data processing will produce report cards as a good evaluation result. To get results from processing good grades data, one of them is by utilizing existing and currently developing technology or in other words making a computerized student value data processing system using one of the methods to develop information systems, namely the waterfall method, in the form of applications web based.

Abstract

The State Treasury Service Office in Kediri is one of the services of the state general treasurer in the city of Kediri. The function of the State Treasury Service Office in Kediri, which is responsible for channeling the budget according to its allocation as stipulated in the APBN Law. In order to maintain the quality of the services provided, the State Treasury Service Office in Kediri always carries out supervision. Currently, the employment survey is conducted using the google form. However, the use of this form of google is not optimal. This is because there is no final cost for the staffing survey that has been carried out and there is no report on the results of the survey that has been carried out. Therefore, this study makes a web-based design of the personnel survey information system at the State Treasury Service Office in Kediri. This information system uses the programming language PHP and Javascript (EcmaScript 6) with the MySQL database. Based on the experiments that have been done, all the features in this information system can work according to their function. The design of this information system can help the State Treasury Service Office in Kediri to conduct the performance survey process more efficiently.

Abstract

Office Supplies and Stationery (ATK) are equipment that is often used in offices, companies and organizations, include cabinet filling, perforators, calculators, paper clips, staplers, numerators, guides, flashdisks, paper punches, pens and paper, paper shredder, computers, printers, facsimile machines, photocopiers, archive folders and cash registers, office furniture. Supplier is part of the supplier chain that influences the development of a company. Problems that are often experienced by PT. PLN Engineering such as late arrivals and lack of quality equipment and stationery from suppliers, therefore it needs to be re-ordered or returned to suppliers, so that time is wasted. Storage of data on procurement of equipment and stationery that are still conventional so that it is not effective and efficient in terms of time, cost and energy, let alone supplier selection which is still subjective. The purpose of this study makes it easier for competent parties to make decisions at PT. PLN Engineering in selecting the best supplier to be consistent in maintaining the determined criteria so as to minimize the risk and not disappoint the company. Incorrect supplier selection affects the quality and costs incurred in buying equipment and stationery from suppliers, how to overcome them requires a decision support system (SPK) that is able to accurately select the most suitable supplier. The method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) combined with fuzification is the right method for evaluating the best suppliers. The most important criteria are Price of Goods, Quality of Goods, Delivery Time, Location Distance, Goods Packaging, Accuracy of Goods, Flexibility, Track Record. The conclusion of the test results is the SAW method is able to show that the ranking of the best suppliers with the highest value of 0.89 is UD. Bintang Mulia.

Abstract

The development of information technology in this modern era has progressed very rapidly, many ways have been developed to store large amounts of data, one of which is to use a server. A server is a computer system that serves and controls client access that is connected to it. All activities that we do on the internet always involve the server. Servers play a very important role because of their heavy duty to serve clients. Therefore, the server may not experience interference. One of the disturbances that cause a damaged server is the temperature that is too hot so that this tool is made in order to prevent these problems. This tool is made to regulate the temperature and humidity of the server room that exceeds reasonable limits. This tool is made using Arduino Uno as a microcontroller, DHT11 as a temperature and humidity sensor, Ethernet shield as a link to the internet. This tool also uses the Blynk application as monitoring, from the results of reading temperature and humidity sensors on this device can reduce the temperature by 6˚C cooler when the temperature in the room is hot, in this case the tool functions as it should

Abstract

E-learning is an important advance in the modern education system. While an Illustration is an art of visual on writing artwork, drawing, painting, photography or another type on an art. Most People want to be an illustrator usually must learning their skill basic with self-taught or learning on art of school. However most people specifically for known illustration and want to learn their skill on art school but constrained with distance or time or another reason with their tools art. Until the most people can not got their skill with fast. By looking at this times with the Design Online Learning Of Education On Illustration At Website, which have contain more information and education about illustration and the illustrator can make easier for other to learning or to hone their skill with complete material which is came from most experience illustrator. The design will become a place of sharing content about illustration, it was built with PHP, and DBMS MySql. This research resulted in an e-learning application using Iconix process.

Abstract

Museum Sang Nila Utama is a cultural museum which has 3,819 collections covering geology, biology, ethnography, archeology, historica, numism, philology, ceramics, art and technologics. This museum as one of the cultural center and tourism of Riau Malay. Visitors are usually from schools and local tourists. Current museum visits are declining, leading to a lack of museum services and yet no creative strategies to improve it. Plus the thought that the museum is ancient, boring and unkempt. To handle the problem, it needs promotion media in the form of creative media based on technology. Besides, there is still a lack of promotion media in the introduction of museum cultural objects. One of the needs of interactive media applications and technology-based promotions. Applications as a Mobile-based promotional media with Virtual Reality 3D objects tailored to the museum with various collections. This application uses research methods during the modeling process, VR, Mobile and users. This application is modeled using Blender and then processed its VR using Unity Engine. By making the Museum as one of tourist destination and culture of Riau Riau will bring many regional and foreign tourists. It is also to promote the calendar of Riau Province with the tagline "Riau Menyapa Dunia". Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a decision support system that can facilitate in determining the eligibility of borrowers KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat) through predictive use based on existing data and presents various alternative solutions in the selection of a feasibility customers in KUR loan. This study uses Artificial Neural Network applications using Backpropogation method. Criteria used as an assessment in this study is Collateral, Capacity, Loan Application Form, Income and Establishment Business License (Business License). The decision making process consists of two (2) phases where the first phase and pattern recognition, the second phase is forecast feasibility KUR customers. pattern recognition and predictive feasibility KUR customers using different data with the same process using training and testing. The conclusion by the two architectural models 5-2-1 and 5-3-1, obtained 93% accuracy with 0.0009995807 MSE is the 5-2-1 model architecture. This model is used to predict the feasibility of KUR customers with accuracy> 90% and MSE truth 0.0009566280.

Abstract

Information system security management is very important for Aceh Government institutions in managing information assets that refer to a standard. This will have a negative impact on the sustainability of information services, especially e-mail services managed by the Aceh Communication, Information, and Encryption Service. So the need for good management governance according to national and international standards to create good management of electronic mail information system services by conducting an internal audit process on its management in terms of physical and environmental security where the electronic mail service information system is managed. This study discusses the "Information System Security Audit on Data Centers Using SNI-ISO 27001 Standards (Case Study: Aceh Government)". The results showed the need for data and documentation of the final evaluation of the maturity level of the audit process to reduce the risk of threats to the information system generated so that problems can be overcome by making efforts to minimize the possible risks that have been caused. The auditing stages have been carried out on the information system in the data center using the SNI-ISO 27001 standard resulting in a level of maturity still at the "repeatable but intuitive" level that still requires further supervision in the management of the security side.

Abstract

Purwokerto is an interesting city to visit because it has many tourist attractions that offer natural beauty. Many tourists visiting Purwokerto have difficulty getting information about tourist objects and determining tourist destinations. This is based on the results of a survey of 114 respondents. Based on these problems, we need a system that provides information and provides recommendations regarding tourist destinations. The system is designed by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithmas an algorithm that selects tourist destinations based on the criteria entered by the user. As for the methoddevelopment The software used in this research is a method Waterfall. Which systemhas beenbuilt tested to users using the User Acceptance Test testing method. This is meant to mengmeasure user acceptance. UAT testing conducted on 100 respondents measured 3 aspects, namely, software engineering aspects, functionality aspects, and visual communication aspectsal gives a value of 5,660. The value is converted using the Likert's Summated Rating (LSR) method, giving the conclusion that the system that has been built is accepted by the user.
