Abstract

E-procurement is used to make purchases of goods and services. This study's objective is to determine what variables Polda Metro Jaya's Procurement Service Unit must consider while implementing procurement rules for electronic goods and services. The data gathered for this study was repeatedly and thoroughly checked using qualitative methods. The study's findings suggest that this application can be utilized to make purchasing of goods and services simpler. The e-procurement deployment was done correctly based on the idea of policy implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality, facilities, and location on the decision to stay at Hotel Madani Medan, the sample size for the study was 125 respondents. To process the research results using validity, reliability, multiple linear regression test results, coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (f test), and parsial test (t test). The result of service quality (X1) is known to be calculated at 4,892 > ttable 1,979 and a significant value of 0,000 < from alpha 0.05, meaning that service quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on on the decision to stay (Y). The result of the facility (X2) is known to be calculated at 5.522 > ttable 1.979 and a significant value of 0.000 < from alpha 0.05, meaning that the facility (X2) has a positive and significant effect on on the decision to stay (Y). Location result (X3) is known tcount -2.145 > ttable 1.979 and a significant value of 0.034 < of alpha 0.05, that location (X3) has a positive and significant effect on on the decision to stay (Y). Proven by the results of the F test (simultaneous) Fcalculate value 64.929 > Ftable value 2.68 and significant value 0.000 < from alpha niai 0.05. The results showed that the variables of Service Quality (X1), Facilities (X2) and Location (X3) had a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on the decision to stay (Y) at Hotel Madani Medan.

Abstract

Concrete is one of the materials that is often used in various construction projects. This is due to several advantages possessed by concrete, including when viewed in terms of cost efficiency, concrete has cheaper work and maintenance costs compared to steel, besides that when compared in terms of flexibility, concrete will be more easily formed as desired depending on the shape and strength of the formwork. In the implementation of construction projects, several problems are often encountered, including damage to the concrete structure, which weakens the building structure. The use of concrete in building construction also requires continuous evaluation and repair or reinforcement of the structure so that the concrete can function again at a good performance.

Abstract

Jinjja Chicken is a restaurant with a main menu of Korean fried chicken. The restaurant experienced a decrease in revenue due to increasing competition from other Korean restaurants. Customers have several factors in terms of shaping consumer behavior, one of which is culture and social. The development of Korean restaurants in the city of Medan is increasingly developing. At present the development of Korean restaurants in Medan makes Jinjja Chicken has an urgency to improve its image. There are still problems at Jinjja Chicken experienced by consumers who have not received optimal service. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of cultural, social, brand image, and perceived quality on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted using quantitative, descriptive, and causal methods. The test results have passed the validity, reliability, classic assumption tests of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The population used is all customers of Jinjja Chicken and the total sample is 140 respondents using convenience sampling. The results of hypothesis testing show that culture, social, brand image, and perceived quality have positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously so that the hypotheses H1, H2, H3, H4 are accepted. The coefficient of determination is 55.5% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined. Recommendations for Jinjja Chicken are adding other menus that are in accordance with Korean culture, providing special room for family events, providing promotional programs to consumers, implementing hygiene and safety standards in handling food, and implementing loyalty program for customers.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Siantar Top, Tbk which is on Jalan Pematang Siantar No 13, Ujung Serdang, Tj Morawa, Deli Serdang Regency North Sumatra. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of what marketing strategies are carried out by the company in maintaining the product life cycle. The chosen research method is qualitative descriptive. According to the findings, this company carries out marketing strategies in maintaining products by using product life cycles so that products remain in demand and grow in the market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of promotion, service quality and motivation on the decision to choose gold savings products at PT. Pawnshop. The sample of this study was 144 customers. Sampling uses accidental sampling or chance sampling, that is, anyone who accidentally meets with the researcher can be used as a sample. Data analysis uses Multiple Regression test, hypothesis testing uses coefficient of determination test (R2), partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), while data processing uses SPSS 22. The results showed that partially the promotion of service quality and motivation influenced the decision to choose, and simultaneously the promotion of service quality and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose

Abstract

The objective of this research was to establish whether client loyalty at STIFIn Medan is influenced by service quality and emotional closeness. The sample of this study was 133 respondents. Sampling using random sampling namely the determination of samples that provide equal opportunities for each member of the population to be sampled. using multiple regression tests to analyze data and the coefficient of determination (R2) to assess hypotheses, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test), while data processing using SPSS 22. The results showed that partially service quality and emotional closeness affect client loyalty, and simultaneously service quality and emotional closeness affect client loyalty.

Abstract

Going concern audit opinion is an opinion given by the auditor to a company whose ability to maintain its business continuity is doubtful. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Audit Tenure, Audit Lag, Opinion Shopping, Liquidity & Leverage Ratio on Going Concern Audit Opinions. This research is done using the quantitative method research with secondary data obtained from the financial reports and audit reports included in the annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for 2018-2021. The sample of this study were 102 manufacturing companies which were carried out using the purposive sampling method and processed with IBM SPSS version 25. In this study the results obtained were that the liquidity ratio did not affect the Going Concern Audit Opinion. Meanwhile, Audit Tenure, Audit Lag, Opinion Shopping and Leverage Ratio affect the going concern audit opinion.

Abstract

Going concern audit opinion is an opinion given when the company is in doubt about its ability to maintain its business. This research was conducted to determine the effect of firm size, audit quality, profitability, audit lag, liquidity and leverage on going concern audit opinion. This research is a qualitative study with secondary data obtained from financial statements and audit report of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2021. The sample of this research is 22 manufacturing companies that was carried out using a purposive sampling method and processed with IBM SPSS version 25. The process is included descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. In this study the results have been obtained with the conclusion that firm size, profitability and leverage have no effect on goinng concern audit opinion. Meanwhile, audit quality has a negative effect on going concern audit opinion. Then for the audit lag and liquidity produce a positive effect on going concern audit opinion.
