Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of changes in world shrimp prices, changes in the dollar exchange rate against the rupiah, changes in International Gross Domestic Product, and changes in inflation on changes in shrimp exports. The model in this research uses Error Correction Model (ECM) regression. The ECM model is the most suitable model to use in analyzing export behavior in Indonesia. This research uses time series data from 1990 to 2022. The results of this research show that changes in world shrimp production and changes in inflation have a positive and significant effect on changes in Indonesian shrimp exports in the short term. Meanwhile, changes in world shrimp prices have no effect on changes in shrimp exports, changes in international GDP have a negative effect and changes in exchange rates have no effect on changes in Indonesian shrimp exports. In the long term, it shows that changes in world shrimp production, changes in world shrimp prices, changes in Indonesian inflation have a positive influence on changes in Indonesian shrimp exports, while changes in international GDP have a negative influence on changes in Indonesian shrimp exports. Because changes in inflation and changes in shrimp prices have a negative impact on changes in shrimp exports, the government should pay attention to simple shrimp cultivation techniques that benefit shrimp farmers, thereby increasing the competitiveness of shrimp exports in the international market.

Abstract

Patient appointment management is a critical aspect of neurology clinic operations, especially given the complexity of patient care and the increasing number of patients requiring specialized attention. Capacity and efficiency challenges in scheduling negatively impact patient waiting times and optimal access to care. This research adopts an Agile approach in developing an information technology-based appointment management system to address scheduling issues in neurology clinics. The research methods include a literature study, interviews with relevant parties, patient surveys, system prototype development, and end-user evaluation. The implementation of the Agile-based appointment management system resulted in a significant reduction in patient waiting time and increased patient satisfaction. Data analysis showed that the use of information technology in scheduling improved the efficiency of using clinic resources and minimized the risk of delays in diagnosis and treatment. This study contributes to developing an adaptive and effective appointment management system in neurology clinics. It provides a foundation for developing better systems to improve healthcare quality and patient satisfaction in the long term.

Abstract

Local governments are responsible for public services, infrastructure, employment and resource management. To improve performance, strong apparatus capacity, efficient financial systems and active community participation are required. Local autonomy includes both governance and financial arrangements. Factors such as budget, human resources, policies, transparency, accountability, and community participation affect performance. This study aims to evaluate the effect of APBD realization and Budget Goal Clarity on Local Government Performance in Sleman Regency in 2022, to support policy improvements and future measures. The research method used is quantitative with secondary data, data analysis techniques include classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. This research was conducted in Sleman district with a population of all local governments and a sample of 47 respondents.

Abstract

The research is a form of descriptive qualitative research with the aim of examining a comprehensive, exploratory study regarding tax evasion as a frequently occurring phenomenon carried out by taxpayers in implementing tax provisions. The sample consists of 1000 documents contained in the crossref database in the period 2014-2024 with the keyword tax evasion. This research uses the bliobiometric analysis method with the help of VosViewer to analyze the research results based on visualization mapping. Based on the results computed by clustering via VosViewer, there are seven clusters in this research which are distributed in several colors, namely cluster 1 is marked in red, cluster 2 is green, cluster 3 is blue, cluster 4 is yellow, cluster 5 is purple, cluster 6 is blue. young and cluster 7 are colored orange, where the distribution of data can be seen in network visualization.

Abstract

This research aims to address the issues of limited accessibility and efficiency in monitoring neurological patients by developing an Agile Development-based Remote Monitoring application. The development method includes identifying user needs through interviews and questionnaires, designing initial prototypes using Adobe XD, piloting testing with target users, and evaluating users using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and in-depth interviews. This research indicates that the application successfully enhances treatment accessibility, user satisfaction, and the effectiveness of neurological patient monitoring. The primary contribution of this research lies in providing user-oriented technological solutions in health monitoring, with the potential for further development to enhance overall remote healthcare service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the efficiency of neurology clinics by implementing an Agile-based inventory management system for medical supplies. The identified problem is the need for more efficiency in managing medical supply inventory, which can lead to stock shortages, management errors, and delays in patient care. The methodology employed is an Agile approach in software development, starting from user needs analysis and application development to user acceptance evaluation. This research indicates the system's success in improving clinic efficiency by enhancing inventory management performance, improving the efficiency of medical supply procurement processes, reducing stock management errors, and enhancing user satisfaction. The contribution of this research lies in its theoretical implications for inventory management theory development in the healthcare field and its practical implications for efficient neurology clinic management. Suggestions for further research include exploring the integration of other technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), to enhance automation and more sophisticated data management in healthcare inventory management systems. Thus, this research contributes significantly to developing adaptive and efficient inventory management systems in neurology clinics, which can serve as a foundation for further innovation in the healthcare industry

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the determinants that influence Indonesian nickel exports. The determinants used in this research consist of internal factors of national Nickel production, Rupiah exchange rate against the Dollar, investment and external factors, total GNP of European countries, and total investment of European countries. This research uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM).The research results show that in the short term the Nickel production value variable has a negative effect, foreign investment from Europe has a positive effect, domestic investment has a negative effect, gross domestic product per capita from European countries has a positive effect, and the Rupiah exchange rate has a negative effect on Indonesian Nickel exports. Then, in the long term, the nickel production value variable has a positive influence, foreign investment from Europe has a positive influence, domestic investment has a negative influence, gross domestic product per capita from European countries has a negative influence, and the dollar exchange rate has a positive influence on Indonesian nickel exports. From the results of this research, it can be explained that national nickel production and foreign investment from Europe greatly contribute to the value of nickel exports in the long term. However, domestic investment in the mining sector has a negative impact, meaning that investment uses a lot of non-nickel or imported raw materials. The GDP per capita of European countries also has a negative effect, meaning that production from European industry is not completely dependent on Indonesian nickel raw materials.

Abstract

This research addresses the problem of insufficiently adaptive and re-sponsive patient feedback systems in neurology clinics, which can hinder service quality improvement. The methods employed include user needs analysis, application development using an agile approach, user acceptance evaluation, and continuous improvement based on feedback. The research findings indicate that implementing a respon-sive and integrative patient feedback system can enhance patient satis-faction, clinic process efficiency, and overall service quality. This re-search contributes to providing a framework that can be applied to de-velop effective and adaptive patient feedback systems in the context of healthcare services, with the potential to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency in neurology clinics.
