The purpose of this study is to analyze the interrelation between service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, trust and loyalty. The population in this study is a visitors culinary tourism in Bandung. This study uses PLS (Partial Least Square) with several variables of service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The number of samples used as objects of research of 270 respondents. The results showed that the service quality rendered by providers in Bandung culinary significant effect on the perceived value. Service quality provided by the culinary providers in Bandung do not directly affect the respondents satisfaction, but the indirect effect through perceived value of the respondent. This is because in order to achieve satisfaction, respondents had to feel the perceived value of culinary services provider in Bandung. Perceived value significantly influence respondents satisfaction and loyalty. Satisfaction significant impact on the trust and loyalty of respondents. Trust significant effect on loyalty respondents. The implementation of learning materials based on online  tutorial activities at the Universitas Terbuka is not optimal yet. One obstacle that occur is the lack of information technology, the high cost of access, and time limitation. This study analyzed the effect of the implementation of materials in the online tutorial on student achievement. The sample used in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics who took a course of Economic Statistics 1, in the academic year 2013.1 and 2013.2 with totaling 279 students. This study uses correlationmethods. The results of this study indicate that the use of teaching materials in the onlinetutorial has a positive influence on student achievement. Thus, the intensity of use of onlineteaching materials should be improved. Penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis online  pada kegiatan tutorial  online  di Universitas Terbuka ternyata belum maksimal. Beberapa kendala yang terjadi adalah kurangnya teknologi informasi yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa, mahalnya biaya akses, dan keterbatasaan waktu. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh penerapan bahan ajar online  yang terdapat pada tutorial online  terhadap prestasi mahasiswa. Sampel  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi  yang mengambil mata kuliah Statistik Ekonomi 1 pada tahun akademik 2013.1 dan 2013.2 yang berjumlah 279 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar online yang terdapat pada tutorial online memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan prestasi mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, intensitas penggunaan bahan ajar online  harus lebih ditingkatkan.

Etik Ipda Riyani dan Tamjuddin: The purpose of this research is to identify the marine ecotourism development of the Pisang Island that is one of the favourite destination in west coast of Lampung. According to condition and the potencies of this island which likely has a potentiality as a further ecotourism destination and also nature conservation that will bring a revenue for the local communities, local governmemt and also management in west coast of Lampung. There are many problems for managing tourism assets because it requires infrastructure development. The research is located along the coast and marine ecotourism zone of Pisang island. This research is the development as further research of previous research which is about the beach, snorkling and diving zone in north coast of Pisang island by Nugraha and Irfan (2013). The importance of this research is to know the challenges and problems in decision making of tourism-developing sector for local goverment and managemet. The methods of this research are direct survey, observation to collect the data and also interview with respondents. The local communities, tourists, the local entrepreneurs, the local governments such as subdistrict head, district head and head of locat department tourism are the sample of respondents. Data analysis is used by SWOT for formulation. The strategy of development are based on the policies, the marine ecotourism zone, the previous reseach analysis, the experience of local communities, infrastructure demands, human resources and the local culture The involvement of local cummunities, the beach marine ecotourism zone and underwater zone are the result of the research.Key words: Pisang Island, The Challenges Of Policy, Zone, Infrastructure, Human Resources

The model used in the study was the model of success of information systems updated D & M IS Success Model. This model is based on six measures of success is the quality information system (System Quality), the quality of information (Information Quality), quality of service (Service Quality), user interest (Intention to Use), the satisfaction of users (User Satisfaction), and tax compliance. The population of this research is all taxpayer is incorporated and registered in Madya Tax Office A and B. Researchers using simple random sampling in the sampling. The analytical tool used in this study were Path Analysis (Path Analysis).The results showed the successful implementation of the information system e-SPT PPN with dimensions System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality, Intention to Use and User Satisfaction effect on Tax Compliance.Key words: the success of information systems, e-SPT VAT, tax compliance

Membantu upaya peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi rumah tangga adalah motivasi dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki semangat untuk membantu dalam pemecahan masalah ekonomi yang muncul selama masa Pandemi Covid-19, melalui suatu aktivitas yang berbentuk pelatihan untuk melakukan inisiasi dan perencanaan bisnis rumah tangga. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan atas dasar kerjasama dengan kemitraan dan diikuti oleh 36 (tiga puluh enam) peserta pelatihan yang secara keseluruhan merupakan anggota dari komunitas Ibu Rumah Tangga (IRT) di Kecamatan Ciledug, Kota Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom Meeting dengan tujuan untuk menghindari tatap muka yang dapat meningkatkan risiko penyebaran virus Covid-19. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan IRT untuk menginisiasi ide bisnis dan merencanakan bisnis yang akan dijalankan secara berkelanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah IRT di Ciledug memiliki peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk menginisiasi ide bisnis dan membuat perencanaan/perancangan bisnis rumah tangga sebagai upaya peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah bahwa “Pelatihan Perencanaan Bisnis Rumah Tangga dalam Membantu Peningkatan Pendapatan Selama Pandemi Covid-19” berjalan dengan baik, lancar, dan efektif.

Financial scandals often occur in the business world, and many cases such as KKN (corruption, collusion, and nepotism), manipulation of financial reports, and money laundering often occur. These various kinds of issues are very good and very interesting to discuss because there are many ways that actors use to provide information that is made up of neat schemes but end up committing fraud to various parties. The purpose of this research was to find out the role of forensic accounting and investigative auditing in finding and detecting fraud through a literature review. The research process was carried out in an observational and exploratory manner using the literature review method. The population in this study is all research and studies related to the field of forensic accounting and investigative auditing in detecting fraud or fraud. The results of the study found that forensic accounting and investigative auditing are collaborative and proven in fraud detection. An investigative audit seeks to detect and reveal fraud, while forensic accounting can be a valid means of evidence in legal and litigation processes that have reached the court and trial stages in the process of disclosing fraud.
